• Lenovo T420 with Windows 7 Professional 64 bit - Windows Genuine validation failure

  I have directly from Lenovo Lenovo T420 bought end of 2011 which began recently to show the message that its not running Genuine Windows.  He fails to pass the validation test.  He also stopped treatment of the Windows updates since December 15, 2014.  All fail with the error 800706F7.  I don't know if that is related to the failure of the validation.  I would like to get the Windows validation problem all solved first guess that they may be related.  Is attached a copy of the report full diag.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Update: called Microsoft validation and validation of phone attempt to id software.  Has been informed by the agent that the product ID has been blocked by Lenovo.  Suggested I upgrade Windows, purchase a new license or call Lenovo.  Release with support from Lenovo and told me that they have no way to block a product code.  Suggested I try an upgrade of BIOS or reload the operating system.  Have you the BIOS upgrade result has not changed.  Also updated the driver Intel Rapid Storage, but again no change on the system.  Read messages where that fixed similar symptoms).  Latest report of diag is the same as that posted here. Operation of the system with the exception of the issue with the message on non-genuine software and updates of Windows does not not error code 800706F7.  Looking for more information.

  Update: 2/29/2015 KB3004394 was not as installed on this system.  I ran a system scan and it shows the following missing components. There are several entries in the CBS for the latter.  I have included only the first two entries in the newspaper here.

  Last update: after trying the suggested corrections that have failed, I did a complete system restore.  Too bad the updated Microsoft corrupted the system.  System is operating normally and is more pointed out the error of "Genuine Windows" and updates are being processed. KB3004394 is not installed.

  According to the description of the problem, you can not install Windows updates and get a non-genuine mistake. As you have mentioned that this whole issue started since 15 December, so there might be a chance that some updates to move that could cause the problem.

  The KB 3004394 which was dated December 10, 2014 update can cause additional problems on computers that run Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. This includes the inability to install future updates. This new update is available to remove KB 3004394 from your computer. Thus, there could be a chance that this update is installed on your computer that is causing the problem.

  According to my research and findings that I got to know only after you have installed the Microsoft KB3004394 update that was released on December 10, 2014 and Microsoft has disabled since the relevant updates. Some systems also provided a Windows is "not authentic" error caused by the same update.

  So try to remove this update of the updates installed, if it is installed and hide so that it can be installed in the future of its own. You can check the link below to complete the task.

  1. Click on start.

  2. Now click on all programs.

  3. And then click Windows Update or Microsoft Update.

  4. Now, click on custom.

  I am trying to install 10 Windows on a laptop of a friend. My first attempt was simply click on the icon in the system tray, but when I try to open the the upgrade, it will just in a screen "download progress" without end.   I have some questions on how to manage the snapshots of virtual machines with multiple disks on different LUNS.  First of all, the LUNS are VMFS.  We are just starting to add virtual machines with dedicated for data storage format VMFS LUNS.  I don't think an extra space must be made for snapshots, as well as at least 100 GB LUN is required to store the data, and then say, add about 25 to 50% of this amount?  Set the 100 GB vmdk file but have the GB from 25 to 50 additional disk space for snapshots, if necessary (rather than just to get a unit number logic needed 100 GB of data and devote all of the 100 GB to the vmdk file).  In addition, if a virtual machine has several files vmdk on different LUNS, which will be a problem to take a snapshot, and is it possible to do just a snapshot of a disk of a virtual computer (as the volume of the BONE)?

  Snapshot files are created in the home folder of the VM by default for all virtual disks, no matter on what data store they are. You must make sure you have enough free disk space on the data store for snapshots.

  If you want to exclude a virtual disks of taking snapshots, you can set it to 'Independent' - 'Persistent' machine virtual settings to the HARD drive.

  I have a chart in waveform with multiple locations on my main VI running.

  I use the Application Dashboard data 2.2.1 on my Ipad to monitor table of wave shape of my running app.  I placed a marker on my Ipad and also related waveform with my waveform array variable.  I can't play my data dashboard application because it shows unable to connect to the server.  I noticed that it is because of multiple plots being plotted on my table of waveform.

  I could only play the App data dashboard when it is just a single parcel related to an indicator on the App.

  My question is if it's possible to have a graphical indicator of waveform on a data dashboard that has several plots being plotted and not only a single square, and how to configure it?

  I currently have a problem with multiple downloads with my current router.  If I have two current downloads at the same time I have no access to all web sites.  It's almost as if the downloads take my meaning of bandwidth there is more nothing for ordinary surfing.

  As a test I put an older router on my system and have a significant improvement in performance.  I have 2 downloads in progress and also surf at the same time.

  To compare two routers, I noticed that the only real difference between the two is that the TCP MSS value is set to '0' on the router of the problem, and then assign him 1392 (MTU - 40) on the router to elderly who gives better performance.

  It is my understanding that this value governs the size of transmitted packets.

  My question is this:

  What is the MSS value which is causing the problem?

  Be sure to interpret the values. The '0' means no not literally because the link would not work. It is likely, that it allows the local device set limits for the link. Don't forget that there is a Maximum value and as such can be any value up to such limit as defined by all devices in the path.

  You can try capping manually but it is unlikely that any local limit will come to effect unless you set very low.

• RV220W - rules of access/redirection of port with multiple WAN IP addresses

  I just installed a Cisco RV220W - that works very well for outbound traffic, however for incoming it seems unable to work with multiple WAN IP addresses.

  We have a block of 6 WAN IPs assigned to us by our ISP, and I want to use each of them to expose certain ports on our servers to the outside world.

  I tried to do with rules (by using HTTP, for example) with the following parameters:

  Connection type: Inbound (WAN (Internet) > LAN (local area network))

  Action: Always leave

  Service: HTTP

  Source IP: Unique address

  Start:

  Send to the Server Local (DNAT IP):

  Use other WAN (Internet) IP address: disabled

  Status: Activated

  However, the port of the inaccessible Server/rest.

  I tried:

  • Restart the server with power power off again
  • implement the same port forwarding settings
  • triple-checking all the IP addresses used

  The only way that I have working is by changing the access rule so that it applies to any specific source rather than to another address... but this isn't a solution for us because we need to use specific IP addresses to the internal servers/ports specific.

  The interface of the router admin certainly suggests that this should be possible, but using it seems to break all incoming access!

  Any suggestion is welcome.

  Basically, you want any source IP to hit one of your WAN IP on port 80, and then your firewall will redirect the request to the internal private IP address of the server on the same port 80. And when the answer comes back internal server, the firewall will already have this translate entry in and reverse NAT won't happen (you must configure it, the default firewall function).

• Single unit with multiple clusters CCM

  I know that this horse has been beaten to death, but I couldn't find a specific answer to my question.

  I understand with multiple clusters, each CCM to the unit calls go on Ports configured as such in each cluster. I also understand that MWI notification is sent by the highest numbered track and he's working his way down until it is successful. What I don't understand, is how to transfer out of the unit for the expansion of the Subscriber. How do I know what CCM Cluster to send the call to unity?   All calls from the unit (transfer and the identical outdials notification message) are only made on a port, the call is not retried on other ports like MWIs.

  With ID 4.0, you can only montior using an interface to sniff. 4.1 you will have taken care of multiple monitoring interfaces.

  As far as performance goes, I don't see any problems and more to ensure that the management station is able to handle the upcoming alarms when using several interfaces.

  Of course, it is possible.  According to what the text file looks like to, you can create an external table that treats the text file as if it were a table.  Otherwise, you can always read the file in PL/SQL, using the utl_file package and INSERT of PL/SQL commands.

  Whenever you have any questions, please post a small example of data (CREATE TABLE and only relevant columns, INSERT statements) for all of the tables involved and the exact results you want from these data, so that people who want to help you can recreate the problem and test their ideas.  In this case, also post a small sample of the text involved file.

  If you ask about a DML operation, such as INSERT, then INSERT statements, you post should show what looks like the tables before the DML, and the results will be the content of the table changed after the DML.

  Explain, using specific examples, how you get these results from these data.
