  Try this.

  1. Select the template project and to call "Clean Model.jpr" (Menu-> Build-> own XXX). Do the same for the proposed notice.
  2 remove all records of /classes/ projects of model and view
  3 visit the project (under project-> libraries and classpath properties) dependencies and see if JDev wins a mistake here. Remove the incorrect dependency, as appropriate.
  4 rebuild all / run.

  Location of bc4j.xcfg is compared with the corresponding AMs overall. In other words, ADF creates a file of bc4j.xcfg separate for each parcel containing AMs (for example if some AMs are in a single package, so they share the same bc4j.xcfg file). The corresponding bc4j.xcfg file is located in the package whose name consists of the name of the package in the AM with 'Common' appended to the end (for example, if your AM is located in the mypackage.ampackage, then the file bc4j.xcfg containing the configurations of this AM is located in the mypackage.am.commonpackage).

  Where is the code you posted? Running in a separate project, I guess? This project has a dependency on the project that contains the specified app package?

  And just to check (although by default, JDev should do it for you) - the project of app module has been compiled since adding the configuration, right? You should check that the config is not only the title of the project/src, but the title of the project/classes.
