  I think the reason what OE is the original date because each message is stored in a single file, while TB stores all messages in a folder in a file, an mbox file. Thus, when you save a message as a single eml file, its 'modification date' corresponds to the eml file date was written in the mbox file.

  Use the sort and filter, Panel to the right of the workspace.

  Click any cell in the table to maki it tha active table.

  Click Filter and sort, then choose sort.

  Click Add rule. Select column A

  Click Add rule. Choose column B.

  Table should now be sorted by column A, then in groups of 'A', by the numbers in column B.
