Settings saved not Toshiba 40BV701b

I have an interesting error with my Toshiba 40BV701b TV,
I keep having to change the settings every time I turn on the TV, her menu for the user parameter and select HDMI 4 whenever I come back to my TV turned off or in standby.

After being switched off or in standby sound is back to the attitude of film and 4 HDMI will be disabled again.

All previous changes that have been made in the past are still saved, like having only 4 of enabled sources and settings of the image.

I have re-enabled the TV source this weekend to open the extended menu and the GET to return to the initial configuration option, I tried this and the TV will switch to standby, flashing light as if he does something, then finished that I pulled the power to a minute depending on the site Web of Tosh, when I turned on it back it was back to the previous configuration No Setup initial, or even remember the fact that I had activated the TV as source.

I also found the menu extended service codes and the codes of fashion hotel to check those, but some of these options I could help me are set read-only.

There doesn't seem to be an update of firmware for this TV, but anyone know a fix or is it possible to reflash the firmware current, it seems to me as a soft\firmware problem and not a hardware fault as I had suggested to me, which would be an exchange of motherboard, seems extreme and annoyingly expensive on a TV that is probably 2-year sentence.

Any ideas?

With regard to the sound:
In the manual (page 107), there is an interesting note: pressing the volume button + and would allow the main menu where you can change the values. To navigate the menu, you must use the P key / CH + and to change the values, you must press the button Volume + -.

With regard to the HDMI
Not very well why 4 HDMI would be disabled, but pressing the "SOURCE" button, you can change the ENTRY.
From my point of view TVs are able to automatically switch to the source enabled and connected. Probably the device connected to HDMI isn't active or the TV does not receive the signal from this source.

The manual (page 111) provide the info how to change the source

Thank you for visiting the Forums HP's Support and welcome. I read your thread on your Windows 7 and display rotated 270 degrees. Here is a solution from a third party site. Turn on your computer and wait for the Windows platform to load.
Right-click on the desktop with icons part less. On the shortcut menu that appears, click on "Properties". Another pop-up window containing various tabs will appear on your screen. Select the 'Settings' tab, and then locate the button marked "Advanced." Go to "Intel Graphics Media Accelerator Driver" and then proceed to "graphics properties." Select 'rotation' and choose 'enable rotation '. Click on 'apply' first and then click on 'OK '.
This will bring you to the desktop. Hold down the ALT key (usually positioned to the right or to the left of the space bar and Ctrl key (found under the shift keys) and press the right arrow key.) This will flip your screen to the right by 90 degrees.
Hold the Alt key, the CTRL key, then press the down arrow key to turn the display upside down from 180 degrees.
Hold down ALT, CTRL key, and then press the left arrow key to move the screen to the left of 270 degrees.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you.

    Hello

The application of parameters cannot be deleted or hidden.

You may have moved to an another home screen or in a folder.

To search for the settings app, when you view the home screen on your iPhone:

-Drag down on the center of the screen > in the search at the top of the screen box, type 'settings' > will display the application icon (you can open it from there) with any folder name, shown to the right of the icon.

  • All of a sudden I can't open attachments to emails. I get a message that the 'security settings' do not allow. Where are these settings and who put?

I use TWC (Time Warner Cable) as my server e-mail and Firefox as my browser. I went to my emails and has attempted to open an attachment and got an error message stating "security settings prevent the download file. Well, I contacted TWC, Norton and my PC settings. It seems that Firefox is the problem! If I use another browser ie: Google and go to my email account, I have no problem. I remember recently that Firefox did a download of updates and this may be the cause of the problem.

Thank you for your private message with the error text: "your current security settings do not allow this file to download."

Firefox partially integrates with Internet Explorer security settings for download purposes. You can realize your Internet Explorer settings to the 'Internet' zone by following the steps described in this answer to Microsoft forums:
