Version authentic windows message

My eMachines WHAT PSU netbook on board failed a few months ago, so I bought a damaged screen unit and replaced the motherboard on my defective unit. Now, I get a message telling me that my computer is not running a genuine version of windows. I checked the case of the damaged netbook I bought and notice it was on XP, so that one I originally bought wasrunning Windows 7 Starter. Clearly, my version of windows 7 Starter is genuine, how can I fix this problem?

These are OEM Windwos versions, they cannot be installed on different computers, the new motherboard is considered to be another computer by the validation software.  OEM can provide replacement motherboards and provide you with a replacement if necessary key, you should ask them for help.

    So the Windows 7 machine is fine, but its also empty! That we can help you. The XP machine is another matter. If you want to upgrade these machines to Windows 7, and the minimum hardware requirement is met, you can buy discs of software of Windows 7 operating system for each machine (1 motherboard = 1 license for purchased software).

    In addition, I highly recommend you reformat two machines for them to XP RID completely, not to mention viruses / malware. When they have finished their trial scans restarting the computer without the CD installed. What happens now?

    Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.

    System requirements say IE8 should work with SP1 is installed. Maybe it's because SP1 support ends July 12, 2011 and IE8 can not download without installation of the Service Pack 2 for Vista

    End of support for Vista with SP2 does not end until April 11, 2017.

  • Message keeps Occuring invalid Version of Windows Vista...

    I have an old laptop MX6440 Gateway and I bought it new from the store with XP installed on it. Later, I upgraded the laptop for Windows Vista. The upgrade, that I bought at Best Buy was legal and I paid for it. I installed upgrading Windows Vista to the Gateway laptop and it worked great no problems and no problems at all and I was using the laptop for at least a year and I went out a bought a new laptop Gateway, so I put the old one back in the box it came and put it in my closet. The unit has been sitting there for a while, but I recently took it outside and needed to use it.

    I plugged in and let the battery charge because the battery was dead sitting, so after a 1/2 hour, I pressed the key on and the machine. Well, I got to know my user name and password and he has accepted it and then at the start-up phase. The machine just kept hanging and doesn't move at all and after about 5 minutes that a message in the lower right corner appeared saying: "Invalid Version of Windows Vista. I watched the message in complete perplexity and at the moment I don't know what it meant invalid version.

    I decided to restart the laptop and put it in Safe Mode, and it came with no error message (s) at all. I was able to get to the main screen without any problems at all. I was able to make an update of windows for laptop and it took some time, but she completed successfully. Then I restarted the laptop and tried to log on to the laptop in normal mode. The same message came back stating "Invalid Version of Windows Vista. I said to myself, I would try to re - install the OS, but I bit the original disc with the 25-character alphanumeric code, however, I've looked everywhere I mean everywhere and I didn't do it.

    No one knows how to fix this problem I have described...?
