Sevice of Windows wireless does not run.

Hello

I've recently been impossible to restart the Windows wireless and would be grateful if someone could offer me some tips on this subject. Here is a list of the steps that I performed and any other information that I have collected.

Operating system

Windows Vista Edition Home Premium

Wireless adapter

Atheros AR5007EG Wireless Network adapt

  • The adapter is reported as working properly.
  • The adapter is listed as compatible with Windows Vista.
  • The driver is up-to-date.

Steps performed

1

Tried to restart the autoconfiguration WLAN

  • Received the error 1068. The dependency service or group was able to start.

Attempted to restart Extensible Authentication Protocol

  • Received error 1075. The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion.
  • However both the following dependencies exist and are both started.
  • Remote procedure call
  • DCOM Server process Launcher

CNG key isolation

  • Does not exist.

NativeWiFi filter

  • Does not exist.

NDIS usermode i/o Protocol

  • Does not exist.

2

1 regedit
2. [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE] \System\CurrentControlSet\Services\ndisuio
3. change the start at "0 x 000000002 (2).
4 restart

  • Start was initially set to 0 x 000000003 (3). This did not solve the problem.

3

Performed an analysis online with care one Online Scanner.

4

Could not go back to a previous restore point as it had not been established due to the short time owning the device.

Notes:

  • I had recently received a warning from my anti-virus software on a PUPPY that was then quarantined and deleted thereafter. It was shortly after I became aware of the problem above.
  • All other WIFI devices connected to my network are able to access my router WLAN/LAN.
  • All other LAN devices connected to my network are able to access my router WLAN/LAN.

Once place you would be grateful if someone could help me, because I heard that the only real alternative is to reinstall Vista. My knowledge of operating systems only also extends to have the courage to follow the steps provided in previous posts, so I can follow in the footsteps of complexity resonable but only if they adopt the that I know very little.

Thank you for your time.

David

Hi all

Thanks for the help.  All set here also.  I followed the instructions for the upgrade of vista, although it was a little more difficult than you think.  The hardest part was understand that step that requires that you remove service pack 1 is not correctly described.  I couldn't fnd a program or update to uninstall Vista.  I had to uninstall microsoft NET 3.5 of the program for SP1.  In any case he worked subsequently.

Wireless is in place and take the Sun again.

Thanks again.

    Hello

Which shows the file properties in the tab digital signatures? Is there a previous version on this tab? Basically, if it cannot verify the signature, the file may be damaged or has been replaced by an incorrect version.

You may want to run sfc/scannow from a high command prompt to validate all system files.

  • I have a new HP Envy with Windows 8 desktop computer that still does not run properly. I rebooted, restored, ran chkdsk, sfc/scannow, uninstall/install update etc...

I have a new HP Envy with Windows 8 desktop computer that still does not run properly. I have rebooted, restored (im doing this), ran chkdsk, sfc/scannow, malware, virus, uninstall/install etc and my machine wil always do not run for a long time without going through some sort of problem after an hour or two.  Can anyone suggest what to do about this? I read a lot of information online on all the windows 8 and fixes bugs, etc, but anything Microsoft/Windows, which ensures its customers, a hotfix or compesating their customers with software that still works. This isn't a hardware problem, and I can't keep day and bad shooting and trying to fix the day things in?

    Sincerely,
A client who is a loss for words.
Here are some problems in no particular order.
1.) apps to not install it, and/or Windows saying they are when they are in fact not. The fix to install / uninstall, or get on the site of windows directly in general does not, and or does not at all.
The change permissions 2.) does not work on files that you should be able to access in changing oxnership, permissions, etc.
3.) Google chrome won't let me access my account of microsoft (or fact rarely) trying to access assistance. But internet Explorer doesn't?
Randomly will increase from Internet 4.) a previous connection wired to wireless to a reboot.
5.) my 8 'key' windows was only shown to me after that I have let Windows scan my machine online? Why? I paid for this... I restarted it and it says: service not available (it worked the third attempt which was 1-3 minutes after the initial analysis). Windows only showed my product ID not the key. I know that my victory. 8 was OEM when preinstalled I bought it new, but why didn't we files on it that had nothing to do with activation, appearing on dates for three weeks, or so before I bought it. What is the 'activation of the factory'?
6 :) Windows Essentials does not hang for a long time, and the troubleshooterprogram of update simply does not work (I had to go to the website to try tp operate, the bluetooth functionality is not good that there is an error.
7.) windows scan and repair gets stuck at 27% (Im not the only one with this problem).
8.), avery MS Office 2013 Disappears so often and not easy to reload "we have encountered a problem.

The computer manufacturer is responsible to see that it works properly with Windows 8. It says that it is a new computer I contact HP and make these problems their. If you don't get satisfactory results I turn and look elsewhere for a computer. Hope this helps and if you need another post to help and we will be happy to help you.

Go to your computer manufacturer's support web site

I just tried both, the dell is one that says OS not supported"and the intel, it went very well, but my 'network controller' still have a yellow top thing in Device Manager. and I always wireless. any other ideas? Thank you for the help

Question...  You have whatever it is listed in the "Network adapters" section of "Device Manager" now?

While ensuring that the exclamation point is not for your wired network device (plausible) or bluetooth (plausible) and you just need to configure your wireless network to connect to * your * wireless network now.

You may have to contact Dell to see why none of their drivers receive your wireless device works on the original operating system, what they included.  This could be a hardware problem PURE.

  • Windows Vista does not work with modem wireless broadband

I saw no answer to this problem.  Can anyone help?

Windows Vista on my DELL laptop at home does not work with my new NETGEAR modem wireless broadband 3 G.  The modem appears in the list of networks, I just errors like: unable to connect, cannot diagnose,... Both devices work perfectly well together when connected by cable but not wireless.  Interestingly, my laptop work, also a DELL but runing Windows XP, works very well with the NETGEAR modem.

    Summary:
Vista / Netgear wired - work
Vista / Netgear wireless - does not work
XP / Netgear wireless - work

I went through the NETGEAR troubleshooting guide, doing everything from changing the types of security to manually enter the MAC address of the laptop.  I ran to the ground with the NETGEAR support engineers, and they said check with Microsoft.  I am convinced that it has something to do with Vista.  Any ideas?
