  The IOS Simulator seems to observe the DPI information for screens, even to change scale setting for virtual IOS devices compatible retina when you move the Simulator to a display of high resolution to normal display. As I have both, I'd get a reasonable facsimile.

  I created an impressive application with DPS InDesign tools for my company for use on ipads in our centers to inform customers free - no relevant income. Then, they wanted it evolve into a quarterly interactive - not much. But now, when it's done and almost ready to publish, they tell me that because there is no funding for the publication of InDesign, I have to rebuild in ebook in ibook author to go on the Bookshelf for ipads. I say so I can use my CC subscription and with Apple, we can use the developer of the company license and there is no cost involved. No dice. And they are not receptive using the content viewer Adobe b/c "it would be too difficult for customers to understand." Is there a way for me to export the folio as SOMETHING - as an application that does NOT pass through the itunes store (b/c we do not distribute - we want to just sit on the ipad and to be a resource in the Center) or as a unique free magazine or an ebook that is not a boring epub? No matter what? PLEASE, I BEG YOU! I can't stomach back at the author of the ibook and lose my work DPS and I don't understand why there is no way to get the files for use - there must be something that I am missing or any format I don't know. Thanks in advance!

  Well, you could pay $395 for a simple editing application or just get

  subscription to CC. With a CS6 license that would cost you $ 19.95/month

I use OS 5.0, BlackBerry JDE Plugin for Eclipse and after deployment of my application, the icon is placed in the download folder and it is not visible in the home screen. If I manually put the icon in the screen of the main menu, 1st place, I see the icon on the screen at the first position. Is there a way to automatically put the icon in this position?   I created a subscription iOS app, but only the free folio is displayed.

  I made several different applications of multifolio in Dps App Builder with a custom storefront for iPad and still the same result:

  The custom before store works well except that the folios are playing in the background, behind the custom store Front

  I'm sure that I can hear them playing (but not showing them) and when I go to the iOS Desktop and return to my app, I can see the picture of my Folio playing 1 second and disappears behind the Store Front custom.

  I don't think that my Custom custom store Front is broken, because when I use the Adobe Server default_library_v3 it does the same thing (HTML implementation of the library by default DPS |) Adobe Developer Connection.

  For default_library_v3, I changed only my own info in Config.js to show my own folios.

  I have download my custom in the 'screen options' window (screen 1 of Dps App Builder) instead of the 'source zip library' (form 3 of the Dps App Builder).

  A noob mistake

  Now my window custom covers not more my Folios.

  My problem lasted 2 weeks... I work around a few tutorials, thinking that I could handle myself.

  I am currently working on a DPS application for a customer who wishes to use its own authentication system.

  The client system is implemented so that they send the valid token to a URI with a custom method.

  After being stuck for a while trying to work with the url of my client for usage, I finally tested it with a modified version and have found the cause of the problem.

  Work of first information provided by a colleague who was apparently not detailed enough for the customer asked me to use a url of the form App. scheme://auth/#token=...

  It turns out that this kind of url can start or bring the app to the front, but applicationContext remains empty.

  My tests using a url in the same form as you suggested (eg. app. scheme://v1/slot/library) can trigger the app or transmit data.

  The documentation available in the SDK library & shop and article on how to use a custom template is very vague on what formats link actually works, and how we can vary with it.

  A breakdown of official links to pieces, that the parties do and what items can be modified (for example ' / appstate') within the API documentation would be a great help for developers, I think.

  first of all a new folio you post of DPS, the folio will not appear in the App Store, but in the library of the application.

  If this is not the case:

  1 make sure that you have published the folio under the same account that you used to create the Viewer.

  2 - Make sure that you have used a product ID unique for this folio

  3. If the Notify button does not work, note that this feature is available for viewers of enabled notification
