• Sharing a folio by e-mail - do not receive email

  I been using DPS for many months now, to produce a magazine content and will have earlier a problem sharing a folio by e-mail. I share a folio from one account to the other, that both how I manage. Summer do likewise for a year now, so I don't know why it doesn't all of a sudden.

  It WAS that I could type in my address not affiliated email Adobe and I would receive an email with a link, but I'm reading that I need to share an email registered with Adobe. So, I did it just for this go-around.

  But when sharing in the folio to the address linked to my Adobe ID, the system is not just generate the link and e-mail. Nothing is never arrives in my Inbox. I tried 2 different browsers, also after rebooting my machine, and it never works.

  Is this a bug or maybe something that someone from Adobe is not yet aware of? I did a month (we are a monthly magazine) and in the meantime, I alerted on the Adobe security breach and so I changed my password, but I doubt it has anything to do with the question, because I am still able to connect to both of my accounts using the new password.

  Help please! I cannot complete publish folio unless this problem is solved. Hoping that someone has had this happen or knows what I'm talking about and can suggest a fix or a workaround. If there is another way to share a folio so I can access it in another DPS account, this would be ideal. Or, is via the DPS generated by the only way?

  Our team has confirmed there is a problem with the e-mail is sent. The work of the actual share: If you log on with the account that you sent the part you will see the folio there. It's just the email itself which is not sent.

  Our operations people are working to solve the email piece now.

  When I share a folio with a client. Share only a 'snapshot' of the folio? Or if I come back in the InDesign doc and make updates and changes after sharing, do all the updates to get eliminated at the people, I shared the folio with?

  When they launch the content viewer on iPad it teaches them that there is a new version available for download?

  I just want to check before sharing anything with a client. If I go back later and test new things, I don't want that they are able to see everything if he can still be ongoing.

  When you update the folio items you shared, recipients are encouraged to upgrade to a newer version. You don't need re - share.

  If you don't want recipients to see your current changes, create a different folio.

• Sharing a folio on a desk between several users

  We have multiple users sharing the same office, on which we are starting to develop some DPS folios. However, if a CC member, and another sign, how the second access to the first folio?

  The Adobe ID for the folio is not necessarily the same as the ID of the connection of creative cloud.

• Trouble sharing my folio with a customer

  I have a problem my folios of sharing with clients.  I clicked on the button share and sent the e-mail to the customer.  They received the email and sign up for an adobe account.  When they try to connect to Adobe Content Viewer on iPad using their Adobe credentials, they continue to connect you view failed.  Anyone know why this is happening?  Thank you.

  Anyone else have a problem with the auto-generated email that is sent to users when you share a folio with them? Enamel is super confusing to my clients, I get at least a handful of emails each week of new people to the content by obtaining content viewer shared with them, and then clicking on the link provided with the e-mail, which triggers the safari to open and message on the incompatibility of the browser.

  You can not click on this link from a mobile device. You must include in the body of your message.

  I can't share my folio with someone with an active AdobeID.

  I have successfully shared with others, but it is currently not even send an email to the user.

  You have any advice on what could be the cause of the problem?

  You need not receive the e-mail to complete the action. Just nobody log in the http://digitalpublishing.acrobat.com/ and the folio shared will be there.

  Im a folio (orientation h and v) v23 that contains the video of the construction. The video is used repeatedly, in various articles throughout the folio. From my tests, it seems that a video used multiple times, in different articles, adds total Folio weight, even if it is linked to a file source video. BTW, it doesn't seem to be a problem with the weight and two directions.

  I searched this forum and saw he addressed several times, but my results do not correspond to the top. I think maybe I can do something wrong.

  So my question; How can I repeatedly use the same video, in various articles, through a folio without DPS thinking that this is a new video and therefore adding overall weight of folio?

  If you need to use the same video in several articles, the best way to reduce the size of folio is to add the video to the HTMLResources.zip file and create a web page that plays the video. In each article, create a content overlay Web that points to the local HTML file. Here are some links that might be useful:

  I understand how I can share via Ad - Hoc or In-House-Distribution with a spectator of brand and the appropriate licenses.   I'm new to the DPS, and I create a folio of the sample to see how it works.  The problem I have is that

  Folio items themselves are not, i.e. without words and images I see in InDesign.

  Here is a description of what I did and what I see.

  I created two articles and put them in a folio.  The first thing that I really want to learn to do is know how to share with someone, especially someone as a potential employer, who may or not have their own DPS or Adobe account.

  So I understand that there is a drop in Folio Builder

  in the upper right corner of this window, where you can select share and then enter the e-mail address of someone.

  I sent it to myself as a test, by the way of a different email address than the one I used to connect to Adobe for my DPS use.

  When I receive the email, it contains a link.  The wording is as: MYNAME shared SAMPLENAME folio with you.

  The e-mail also has this line: to accept the invitation or access the folio in the web client Folio producer, click on the link above.

  So when I click it, it goes to a page on this area: https://digitalpublishing.Acrobat.com , and

  then load it this page with Digital Publishing following the Summit.  A row of drop-down menus and buttons, including a button named 'open '.

  He then shows my SAMPLENAME folio in a row.

  If I select my folio name and click on the 'Open' button, it goes to a new page, with

  Digital Folio Producer: Editor at the top, with SAMPLENAME beside him.  Then he has a line

  Hi all.

  I am trying to share a folio with my teammate, so it can it review. I looked on the adobe site and it says you go to the menu in the folio producer Panel and there is a share button, but oddly enough on mine there is no, whem I go to the menu I get this. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong here?

  Im trying to see through the content viewer but when I log in no is there for a reason any on my ipad home rather than my mac work where I do)

  You can share online via Folio Producer folios. Select the folio in Folio Producer, and then click on share. Those that you shared the folio with can log on to the Adobe Content Viewer and review the folios.

  I shared a folio with a number of people for approval, is it possible to tell who you shared with because I did not write down. I can't see a list feature to tell you.
