  In an upgrade process, Setup usually picks up device drivers which he uses packaged drivers in the program installation or the internet and upgrades the drivers too.   .mov is not a format very widely compatible. Anyone who designs will require a third-party video player, such as Apple's QuickTime. A better solution is to save all in another format, such as .mp4. (Keep in mind that I know almost nothing about iPhones). Maybe you could use a Media Converter. (be careful with these)
