  According to the guide on the website of manageability http://hp.com/go/clientmanagement BCU, error code = 10 back which means "Password valid unplanned".

  I suggest you try the following:

  1 re create the bin file from password

  2 provide the full path to the bin file from password

  example:

  BIOSConfigUtility.exe /setconfig: "filename.txt" /cspwdfile:"c:\myshare\password.bin"

  where:

  Password.bin is located in c:\myshare

  How to do a startup repair disk:

  Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

  Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

  At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

  I get this error from a specialized device that uses a usb/network card connection built-in.  It is with windows 7 Home premium.  Now I know that the source of the driver.  It is the latest driver and labeled for use with Vista.  I need to override this security check, so I can use this equipment.  It is an integral part with me a living. It is likely absolutrly nothing wrong with the driver.  I downloaded from many sites without modification.  This equipment worked well under Vista.

  Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might be installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or maybe it's a malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)

  I found the answer by looking for other sites, it's probably here somewhere as well.  Restart the computer.  During restart, press "F8".  Select Disable Driver Signature Enforcement in the start menu.  This fixed the problem of driver in my case.

  Method 1:

  Uninstall and reinstall the device in Device Manager. Steps to uninstall the device:

  i. click on start, type devmgmt.msc and then on enter.

  II. Locate the display adapter device

  III. right click on the device and select uninstall

  IV. restart the computer to make the changes happen

  Uninstall and reinstall the card program and features. Steps to follow

  i. Click Start and select Control Panel

  II. in the Control Panel double-click the "Programs and features" icon

  III. here you can find all the programs and items that are installed in Windows 7.

  IV. to remove the adapter click once on the program and then click Uninstall/change, and follow the prompts.

  v. install the last driver on the manufacturer's Web site. Download the Windows 7 compatible display driver.

  Yesterday, I installed JDE version 4.7.0 on the same machine, for the development of application on top of the OS version.

  Now with new JDE 4.7.0, Im not able to sign signatures, the application manifest fails. I'm trying this for a long time.

  How to use same set of keys for both versions of JDE?

  First of all, check if the files: sigtool.csk, sigtool.db and sigtool.set appear in the folder bin of you Blackberry JDE 4.7.0

  Take a copy of these files from the bin folder of the Blackberry JDE 4.5.0 to the bin folder of the Blackberry JDE 4.7.0.

  This will allow to use the signature with the Blackberry JDE 4.7.0

  Always to install or reinstall a JDE version, you must implement the copy of these files.

  Note: Have a backup of these files.
