  Apology for a delayed response.

  You can try this procedure and check if it retains the size original album art information of the media file in Windows Media Player:

  • Open the media file in Windows Media Player. Click on the file and then press F4. Now the album art will not be displayed.
  • Press the F4 key from the keyboard. This will reset the size of the info from the album. This works very well for a specific file. You can also choose to support those who don't have the default size and use specific keys to reset.

  If this does not help, we will proceed with several troubleshooting steps ahead.

I went to change this view for weeks and not only discovered that all these photos have been in the display list folder / in Control Panel, but also all the pictures in the files of our holiday, which should have been in the image file in my documents. There are also pictures of my family photos files that are in the selection of wallpaper from the 'view' file in the documents.  I will return to my pictures folder and there not a file here for them, which means that it is not a copy of the file, but the actual file. I did not do in the lists of display/control panels. How can I remove or cut pictures that came the wallpaper display lists and put them in the my documents/images files where they should be.   Navigate to the folder where the photos are and then right-click on the image and click on copy and then open the folder My Documents/photo then right-click and press on paste.  Since you have a lot of picctures you can hold CTRL and left click each photo in this way they need only hit copy once.

  Half white makes me think that you have activated somehow another monitor (and no additional monitor is probably connected).

  Hold the keys of the keyboard and press P until the first option is selected, and then see if the problem persists.

  Make sure the printer is actually functional.  If everything is gray, this means that the operating system considers the printer offline or unavailable.  Apart from Windows or Mac, Google will be your best bet to help determine if the printer is online and functioning (test page).  Please start here...
