Since the upgrade for my iOS 9.3.1 iPad2 my Telstra sim displays no Service every time that I reboot. I contacted Telstra and they sent a signal to the Tower closest to you. However, every time that I reboot I remove the sim card and then reinsert it. I then get a complete service.
Network settings may be damaged after an update of iOS.
Tap settings > general > reset > reset network settings
Then restart your iPad.

Resetting all parameters is a great step in this situation. Since it did not help, I would recommend first tried two methods to reboot your phone listed in this article, in the order shown:
Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch - Apple Support
If the problem is still not resolved, it may be necessary to perform a backup restore your iPhones and their restoration to the factory via iTunes settings.

The first thing we want to make sure is that all your data is safe. You can perform a backup to iCloud or iTunes. Use this article to help with this: backing up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
Once you have your backup, please go to appleid.apple.com on your computer or via a web browser. Log in with the Apple ID you are trying to connect to the App Store with. If it connects, take note of the Apple ID and password. Try the same information on the iPhone.

Hi, I have problems with my PC (Windows Vista) mothers. Margot opened the narrator and now it starts automatically when it restarts or logs and new. How can she stop it? I tried msconfig but can't find it.

Since the upgrade to 10.0 FF on Mac OS X 10.7.2 I noticed that some sites are does load correctly or that they do not work as they did.
For example:
1 connection for Tumblr page just the background image, not the login form.
2. in the section Art of Newgrounds, I can change is no longer the content filter by clicking on the icons.
However these sites still work fine with Safari and Chrome. For now, I'm moving to Chrome except if anyone knows what is happening and how I can fix this problem?
Thanks for all the comments. After much testing, including all the foregoing, it turns out be a bug with the latest version of Kaspersky for Mac. I have it disabled for now and everything is working normally.
I can finally give up Chrome and go back to the FF!

There is no systemic problem with 10.11.4 gel. Where are you this information? If you get it from forums like this one do not forget that the few people who post here post about issues they know. Their messages do not represent millions of people, not problems.
A lot of questions like yours goes back to 3rd party apps incompatible or drivers that have not been updated for 10.11.4. Provide details of your question and we will try to help you.
