site problem

I want to report a problem with your website, I have a dell Latitude d630 [Amin Note: Service Tag edited by TOU policy]

First the detection tool does not work

Second, the drivers of detection does not work

Third, when I enter the serial number in and look under the bios, he says that he has 3 files

But when I click on it nothing shows

PS: How don't you post on your forums I do not see where to enter a new topic.

Robert4578,

Thank you for posting and this bring to our attention.  I'll report it to the team that runs the Web site.

In the meantime, it is easier and more reliable to do it manually.  Here is the link to the help desk for your computer page:

  • To enter a Web site problems

    I often visit this website using Google Chrome. However, as soon as I passed the Mozilla Firefox browser, I can no longer visit this Web site. Here's the scene; When I go on this Web site, blank page appears, with a line of upcoming words < < you have an error in your syntax SQL; consult the manual for your version of the MySQL server for the right syntax to use near 'AND 'prohibited' = 0 LIMIT 1' at line 1 > >. I think that the problem can be solved easily, but I don't know where to start. I also checked around setting the menus so many times, and I have found nothing about the problem. Thanks to pay attention to my problem.

    Import you all the data Google chrome in Firefox?

    Clear the cache and cookies only from Web sites that are causing problems.

    "Clear the Cache":

    • Firefox/tools > Options > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.

    'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

    • Firefox/tools > Options > privacy > "Use the custom settings for history" > Cookies: "show the Cookies".
  • Certificate with HTTPS sites problem

    Hey. Im having a problem on all sites start https. When I try for example connect https://addons.mozilla.org/ , I get this:
    http://i.imgur.com/2zPE8.jpg

    I already tried to restart the computer, start FF without addons, reinstall firefox etc, but still have the problem. With IE, everything seems to work fine, but I would still use firefox.

    What security (firewall, antivirus) software do you have?

    Some firewalls monitor secure connections (https) and send their own certificate instead of the certificate of the Web site.

    If you have ESET and then see:

    • ESET setup-> Advanced Configuration-> expand web and email-> SSL shaft
    • SSL protocol: do not scan SSL protocol

    You can retrieve the certificate and check details such as WHO issued the certificates and the expiration dates of certificates.

    • Click on the link at the bottom of the error page: "I understand the risks".

    Let Firefox recover the certificate: "Add Exception"-> "get certificate".

    • Click on the "view..." button. "and inspect the certificate and the Coachman, who is the sender.

    You can see more details like the intermediate certificates that are used in the details pane.

    Hi, I'm of the Canada.

    I tried to sign in Support of Microsoft, specifically at this address:

    When I'm in 'http://support.microsoft.com/?ln=en-ca' in the upper right corner of the screen, it is said: 'change of Canada. " Which I guess means that I am on the Canadian Web site, since I live in the Canada.

    I click on Contact a technician of technical support by email, online or by phone

    then I click on Windows Vista Home Premium 64 - bit Edition

    Then I get this message "type the product identification number."

    I found the identification number of the product in the menu 'Start', click 'Control panel' and click on 'system '. I also noticed that it contains some basic information about my computer. As it is Windows "Windows Vista Home Premium" edition. "Service Pack 1". "System type: 64-bit operating system. And my "Product ID: ' 12345-XXX-1234567-12345.

  • Download to a GoDaddy ftp site problems

    I designed a web page that I am trying to download on a site hosted by GoDaddy. I can't successfully connect using Cyberduck, so I know that I have the right credentials. But Muse won't let me open a session.

    I don't see a place to put in a port number in the window "connection to the FTP server. That would be a problem? What else could be? I tried the following variations, by GoDaddy site... with no luck.

    What I am doing wrong? Thank you!

    So it turns out that my client had not related his account with this domain name. Sigh. So once he did that, it works beautifully.

  • Create a 1 page site - problems with the last section scrolling too far from scrolling

    I've created a 1 page site that works very well outside the final section, scrolling too far from scrolling. My site consists of a headr pinned, a footer pinned and 4 sections (defined by rectangles - each a 1011 pixels high). I used effects scroll to bring the items in and out.

    The site can be accessed here: Homepage

    The problem is with the contact us section, where you seem to be able to scroll further than the lower part.

    Here is my document, set the parameters:

    Screen Shot 2014-11-05 at 20.20.03.png

    so my size is set on 4042 (although I've tried it with 4044-4 x 1011 - it makes no difference. When I click on the link to the contact section it seems fine, but I then seem to be able to scroll further down, and this seems dependent on the screen / the browser size. The problem is more pronounced with a smaller screen / browser size in height.

    I have tried everything I can think to do does not scroll beyond what it takes the anchor when I click the link, but whatever I do the problem seems to persist.

    I would welcome any suggestions on this and also General comments on the site. But help with the problem, first please.

    Thank you very much in advance - I'd be happy to publish the file of muse but can't seem to find a way to do it.

    Ian

    Hello iwatts3519,

    just make your master page longer. I don't have to correct the pixel length. This is a test and see option. Here is the corrected file:

  • Form of messaging on Site problems

    Hi again!

    I have another problem with this site, I'm currently cleaning and it slowed progression a lot to me, you guys have been helpful for me whenever I came here, I thought perhaps you all may have a solution for this (probably something I'm on...).

    http://restorationacpc.com/contactus.htm

    The link above goes to my test site for a new site I'm working on the reorganization and cleaning and I have a lot more work to do with this site. The problem that I'm facing here is that when I put in all the information on the form and submit, need me a separate page for "file not found". So I started digging through the old site, looking for a php file that this page needs to operate, but the old site does not seem to have one. What would be the fix for this problem, this file is the presentation of the search page for this electronic form work?

    Thanks in advance for any help!

    Yes, I had already changed to the email address, I want him to be, he doesn't seem to pass. He was not sent to me again, I'm at the point where I feel that it is not just take long to reach my email, he won't achieve it, do not know what the problem could be.

    Regarding the bad link that leads to my computer files, yes I'll have to come back who repaired after I sit in this form correctly, this link has to do with flash animations, in that I put.

    I will consult the php script to ensure that it works - it seems ok.

    You NEED to sort on your form page. You have 4, yes 4 instances of the same form on the page? (Look at the source code of the pages, that's sure to confuse you)

    The php script is slightly incorrect, it's why you don't receive any feedback after the filing of the information.

    $name = $_POST ['name']; is NOT the same thing as $name = $_POST ['name'];

    (Note the bottom and top of case) Have all your form fields - name = 'Name', name = 'phone', name = "email" etc. so that MUST be reflected in the php code (see below, I have change all uppercase). "

    I have also included the «;» at the end of the recipient variable that was missing:

    $recipient = "[email protected]";

    If you take all below and replace it with what you have now, replace the [email protected] in $recipient because the e-mail address you want the information in the form that it should work. BUT please sort the page of the form itself.

    <>

    $name = $_POST ['name'];

    $phone = $_POST ['phone'];

    $email = $_POST ['email'];

    $address = $_POST ['address'];

    $city = $_POST ['city'];

    $state = $_POST ['State'];

    $zip = $_POST ["zip"];

    $time = $_POST ['time'];

    $remarks = $_POST ["comments"];

    "$formcontent =" from: $name \n phone: $phone \n Email: $email \n address: $address \n City: $city \n State: $state \n Zip: $zip \n best time: $time \n remarks: $remarks ";

    $recipient = "[email protected]";

    $subject = "contact form";

    $mailheader = "from: $email \r\n";

    mail ($subject, $recipient, $mailheader, $formcontent) or die ("Error!");

    echo "Thank You!";

  • Export and download Muse site problem

    Hello

    I just finished my site in Muse, everything works correctly in the window Business Catalyst, but many will not, as soon as I have the export, load it with Dreamweaver.

    I have a few "403 forbidden" with additional error "404 not found" pages, a page appears as if she did not get the CSS... The strange thing is that I deleted this on local and remote servers to make a pure transfer and errors appear again, but on different pages, while those who were not working only not previously are well again!

    I really don't understand what's happening, it's as if some files do not download, but I don't have the error messages.

    I compared the local and remote files: they are identical.

    It is not the first site that I create with Muse and I never encountered this problem before... I've looked through the forum, but have not found an answer... What I'm doing wrong, have I missed something?

    Any help would be greatly apreciated.

    Thank you!

    Hello

    Can you publish the site on Business Catalyst as a place to test and see if it looks good? If it seems very well, then the problem may be with the download, host that you upload to. You can try to download directly to the host of Muse to see how it goes? Or you can use an external FTP client like Filezilla once and see if that fixes the problem.

    I hope this helps.

    See you soon.

  • Display downloaded Web site problem

    I'm relatively new to creating websites in general, but nevertheless I am always creating a new site in flash for a restaurant.

    After you download a template and make any necessary changes, I have publish it in a HTML of Adobe Flash CS4 file and go forward from Dreamweaver CS4 to make other changes.

    Happy with my changes, I proceed to upload it to a field.

    The problem is that when displayed in any browser, the locations of the elements of the Web site are not the right places or are totally invisible.

    From now on, I have not a clue as to what is the problem.

    The website can be found here: www.kizpanasian.com

    Here are some pictures of what the site should look like. You can see what it currently appears as the link I provided.

    Try to reinstall!
  • Rate site; Problem with browsers

    Can you evaluate the Web site please I just complete for my boyfriend. It looks fine in Internet Explorer, but in Firefox the menu bar is deformed that mess to the top of the entire page. I did the browser compatibility check in Dreamweaver, and there is no problems. Can you get it someone please let me know what I can do. Also please give me any other pointers on how the site looks. I still have to upload photos in the areas of commercial and new construction.

    Thank you!

    Murray - IT worked! I put the code in you me and changed the size of the text in the menu bar and made the smaller menu bar, and it looks good in Firefox now. Thank you very much! Why is there so much difference between Internet Explorer and Firefox?

    Can you tell me what you think of the site. I still have to add pictures for commercial and new construction. I hope that in the future, I can get Flash CS3 so that I can improve the site.

  • Site problem Dreamweaver 8 root

    I've recently upgraded to version MX 8. My site root is on my NAS and never had a problem with MX. Paths of my image are all wrong and now just broke my link placeholders. After making a small survey, I have a drive mapped to the folder of my site, and the images are now back in DREAMWEAVER. My problem is now when I before displaying a page in a browser (F12), the image links are broken again... any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

    In fact, the two dots mean 'up one level '. The first link is a root
    relative link and it is the first slash, which refers to the root.

    This would happen in both, if you have temporary files disabled in both. Without a doubt
    you had activated them MX and not DW8. Check your preview in the browser
    preferences.

  • DW 8 and intranet - site problem

    I use DW to maintain our intranet, but worked directly on the content of the server (no installation of test site / remote). As I improved in DW8, it no longer appears to work. Images are not displayed, or not style sheets styles. Link is not correct, either. My local site is defined as \\server\Intranet\, and I have two test sites and remote set to 'none '. I also tried the configuration of the test and remote sites, but who gave the same result. Obviously, I do something wrong in the configuration of the site, or DW8 does not allow this type of configuration, or we have some sort of network problem. Never had this kind of problem before. Can someone point me in the right direction?

    Check in your archiver logs. You have a document called wcmwebasset type?

    Try to add this type of doc, publish your diagram, etc., and then run the import again and see if it works for you.

  • Slippage of Web site problem

    Hello

    We use EasyDNNsolutions Rotator for DotNetNuke. When the ratotor is horizontal sliding, the image on the right has half hight. After some time the image "plopp" at normal height. Works fine in the other browsers. Page Microsoft (XBOX.com) has the same problem. I found a solution. When it is set a border color of background oder so that works. EasyDNNsolutions Support says they can't can't recreate this question and think it's a Firefox Bug.
