• Universal book with site specific variable data

  Hi all, I created a guide for patients book which consists of about 32 pages. There are 16 sites that will use this book in particular. Much of the information applies to all 16 sites, but there is some information that is specific to the site. Y at - it a good way to use a single file for the whole book yet to be able to have information specific to the site so essentially, so the book can be printed for one of the sites when needed. It would just be easier to create 16 separate books? Keep in mind that the site specific information varies in length from one site to the other.

  (Someone asked the same question a few years ago but I don't know if, in the meantime, some smart update has changed the situation. So, here I am.)

  I speak Italian, French and a little English but, as (I assume) the majority of the people in the world, very rarely I buy books in languages different from mine OR when I choose to do, I go to this specific tray or this specific book store.

  In iBooks, the situation is completely reversed by the lack of a feature allowing me to display only books written in my native language: they are literally hidden in the middle of hundreds of other books in English, french and German (I'm Switzerland, so you can imagine what I mean). The only thing I can do is to look for a specific word or words and then choose a language... But if I want to take a look at all THE Italian books in the store or in a specific category (that's what I really need), I simply can't.

  It's very frustrating and I always leave the store after a few minutes without having to buy anything...

  Sorry, Firefox isn't like filters, you would need an external program as a "Net Nanny" to be able to block all but a few areas.

  Not that I know and I can't imagine anyone doing such an 'uber-widget' simply because it's just not how it works under the hood. This thing is really the point where you need to focus on dynamic systems like Joomla where the content is managed through a database and can be loaded dynamically into your models based on certain parameters...

  My mother tongue is the French, so I use Mac OS X in French. However, I want to use some in English, but all applications open in french, since the OS is in french.  Is it possible to open applications in English even if the operating system is in french?  Maybe a command line in the Terminal?

  You can control and manage permissions for the domain in the tab currently selected through these steps:

  • Click the address bar onthe Site identity button"(globe/lock)
  • Click on 'More information' to open ' tools > Page Info "with the Security tab is selected

  You could try your history unless you delete history after each session.

  Command + Y should open Safari history or in the Safari menu bar, click on: history > view history

  Based on the information, you try to set the default browser to open different websites in different browsers using shortcuts.

  It is not possible by double clicking on that shortcut will call no matter what default browser is set and site which will open. In order to open different websites in different browsers, you will need to open the browser and type the address to open the site.

  With Dreamweaver, I can click twice on a page of a site and launch Dreamweaver.  However, the active site of Dreamweaver is one that has been active at the end of the last session of Dreamweaver.
