  With my HP Photosmart more B210 printer, I accidentally not selected as the default printer.  I followed the video instructions to select this option to return, but he would not choose and instead, was a symbol of "troubleshooting."  There is no problems identified through troubleshooting.  I tried deslecting all other options down the left and always the symbol of "Troubleshooting" stayed.  When I tried to go to a frame earlier, the PH site says that there is no previous setting.

  By default Firefox will be "reduced to adjust."   Not a good day. Windows has not been restored. I received a message that a file was blocking it - probably an anti virus file. I have uninstall Bitdefender using their uninstall process. Same thing, so I gave up on it and I tried the scanner with no luck. I think I'll give that as long as we can use another computer, even if it's down the stairs, unless I move the B210. It still prints.

  I'm still waiting for Bitdefender to send me a new access key, so I can reinstall Bitdefender.

  I've taken enough of your time and mine. I'm going to end this now and not spend more time on it. Thanks again for your help, even if nothing has worked. Something has changed on this computer and I can never find.

  Sorry, but you will have all color cartridges in also, so that the printer to operate. The reason is that all the cartridges color another use to mix together to make a true black print.   First, uninstall completely any software installed:

  2. Select Applications
  3 select the Hewlett-Packard folder
  4. double-click on uninstall HP application
  5 follow the uninstall to prompt to select a device to uninstall
  6. press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Cmd keys on the keyboard at the same time as you click on uninstall
  7 approve any prompt to uninstall all HP software.

  Then download and install the Lion software for your printer below:

  Have had the above printer and computer wireless without any significant problems of printing until yesterday when I couldn't print liked anything from my computer.   Let's start our trip with HP print and Scan doctor. Printing HP and doctor Scan is a free utility (tool) that allows to quickly solve common printing, scanning and connectivity problems, including but not limited to:

  If the changes are not stick when made directly in the driver, the driver is probably corrupted. Try to uninstall and reinstall the printer driver and software package. I'll link the latest version below. Let me know what happens.
