• What does the error mean too big length of the header message 413?

  I was trying to download the PSE 13 and 13 PRE for students and teachers.

  Mozilla is up-to-date with version 37.0.2

  Windows 8.1

  64 bit

  I downloaded 13 PSE using the alternative download link with 2 files successfully.

  I installed successfully 13 PSE.

  The problem is that the download page has expired before that I could download the two files for Premiere Elements.

  I downloaded LS26_win64.7z, successfully, but not able to download the file .exe for it because the page has expired and will not give me access again.

  I tried to go back on my account and starting over, but now when I click on the download button, I get the message

  The 413 header length too large.

  I got the same error message when I tried to use the Akamai Download Setup. I could upload it never.

  What it means?

  I know that my system meets the criteria.

  I have opened and started to use 13 PSE.

  But am stuck on how to complete the first download?

• The DPC latency is too high because of the storport.sys file in windows 8.

  Set the DPI to 96.
