• 6380 will not print envelopes from word

  6380 into one ask for photo paper when you try to print envelopes from word. If I put the piece of paper in the photo tray is printed on this paper. Does not print the envelope on full text information in the main tray. If the photo tray is empty says photo fill tray.   I found that when configure envelope printing in WORD it selects the photo tray for food (with 6380 all-in-one), this causes the alert: photo error empty of the status bar if photo paper is not loaded.   If I select the main tray feed in the printing options when you configure envelpoe print. WORD cautions that it's not the tray THAT Word has chosen for this printer. But it works and I can print my envelopes.

  To print from Word 2010

  Open Word > click Mail tab (top) > select envelopes > enter address > Print. (Default envelope size is 10 to change click options and change the size accordingly)

• printing envelopes from A2 for LaserJet Pro 200

  Size that a2 is not listed in Word to print an A2 envelope. When I format the envelope on Word, and then try to pass A2 in the Menu print to Laser Jet 200, the return address does not print and send it to the address is located in the center of the envelope.   We connected our HP Photosmart C309A AllinOne printer on a wireless network to our Mac computer running Mac OS 10.7.5. Almost whenever we try to print from any propgram he respnds with the following error message:

  Paper size error: paper selected in the printer driver does not match the paper size in the printer input tray.

  I have reset the size of the paper to the printer to letter 8.5 x 11, updated all the software of the computer and checked all the preferences.

  What should I do next?  The printer worked fine with 10.6.

  I suggest to reset the printing of your Mac system. Then readd the printer printing & scanning and test again to print.

  Thank you very much for your help! I installed the doctor print and scan and there was nothing wrong with my printer.  After searching and trying different suggestions of H.P., I went back to my usual method: I shot to the top of my envelope of document library, I went to the print icon and the printing facility came. The only thing I changed was the sequence of the numbers in the boxes. COLLATE has not been verified, and now I had a series of 1.1 in the first two boxes, 2, 2, in the second row of boxes and 3, 3, in the third. Would you believe that I had success? I tried this method several times, and I managed. I can now print as many envelopes that I need - all at the same address.

  No problem, margen!

  I would recommend using the Deskjet 9800 driver with this printer because it also uses the PCL3 GUI language.  This print driver allows custom paper size so that you can manually configure this size management.

  To swap to another driver, please follow the steps in the thread found here.  However, instead of the driver 990c or 450 please use the Deskjet 9800 driver.  You may need to click the Windows Update button at the bottom of the printer driver selection screen to pre-populate the list thus providing this HP Deskjet 9800 driver as a selection.

• OfficeJet Pro 8600 not giving orientation options when printing photos from the main tray

  I searched this issue, but I have not found anything, so this is:

  I have an OfficeJet Pro 8600 911 and an iMac (21.5 inch, end 2013) running OS X 10.9.2 Mavericks.

  The problem comes when I try to print a photo 4 x 6 from the main drawer - in the print dialog box, the image is oriented the wrong way on the preview. No matter if I rotate the image or not, it does a perpendicular orientation. In the print dialog box, there is no orientation option to change from portrait to landscape or vice versa, even if

  I understand that you have a problem when printing envelopes from your Windows 7 computer to your HP ENVY 7640 e-all-in-one printer. I would like to help you today with correct this print error "Photo tray". To start I have to make sure that the envelope is correctly loaded in your troubleshooting paper tray. Once you have confirmed that your envelope is loaded OK we'll take a look at the envelope to print on your computer settings. Can I please you follow the steps below.

  Step 1: Load the paper:

  To begin troubleshooting, please click here. Once the support document opens, please select the drop down list for "load envelopes. Please see the instructions on the screen to ensure that your envelope is correctly loaded in the paper tray. Once you have confirmed that your envelope is loaded correctly, proceed to the next step.

  Step 2: Check the print settings:

  Below I will provide you with instructions for printing envelopes per word. You should use a different program on your computer to print envelopes, please respond to this post with the program that you are using so I can provide specific measures.

  1. Open Word and click mail merge to top
  2. Select "envelopes" in the upper left side
  3. A page of envelopes and labels should now open. Enter your delivery and return address.
  4. Select 'Options' on the lower right
  5. Under the tab 'Options for envelopes' to ensure that your envelope is correctly selected.
  6. Select the 'Print Options' tab at the top. You must now select as appropriate feeding method for your product.
  7. Make sure that you choose the option "Face down".
  8. Also ensure that 'right-hand Rotation' is selected
  9. At the bottom of the window, select the drop-down list of pet food
  10. Make sure that the feeding method is set to main tray rather then select automatically
  11. Press 'OK' and 'Print'.

  I replaced my set two Officejet 7410 due to age, with the top two Officejet Pro 8600. Default tray position #1 (above) works fine and prints the paper standard and photographic paper nicely. Lac #2 (bottom) may receive envelopes #10.

  I use Win XP Pro service pack #3 and the suite MS Office (Word SP3) 2002. When I write a letter, it will be printed correctly in the default tray paper #1, Word allows you to go to the fall of the low 'TOOLS' to select "envelopes, their size, (#10), printing the job-oriented and if you want to add a postal bar code, and then you select the status bar (#2) and click on print.»

  Hello: Unfortunately this model does not support the envelopes from the T2, you can change your settings and load the envelopes in the Tray1 and the Plains media on tray 2,
