Size/resolution for iPad screen 3

Hello

I design a portfolio app. At the moment I am image previewed on an iPad 2 in the player content and all seems OK (text a but blurry but I hear it's normal) however I have configured items and generator of folio in iPad 3 primers as we will soon receive an Ipad 3 and will be broadcast on the new higher res iPad 3 with our work (we are a design agency). So, it is recommended for me to work at 2048 x 1536 @ 264 ppi for iPad versions 3, then when I designed and built my app, reduce the size of 1024 x 768 on 131ppi?

Thanks in advance

Steve Chapman

What iPad you are targeting your document must be configured at 1024 x 768. PDF format to avoid blurry text.

Select vector for overlays. Your portfolio should look very good on iPads at the beginning and later model.

    For iPad, you can create a 1024 x 768 single Folio that works on HD and SD iPads. Similarly, you can create a 480 x 320 single Folio that works on iPhone HD and SD (see creating a multi-rendu articles). We recommend that you create a rendering of 1136 x 640 extra that works on the iPhone 5 and 6 devices.

  • Encoding and still resolution for BR vs project settings

    I'm a Canon HV20 HDV film editing.  When I configure my Pr Pro project I used the recommended

    by default HDV project settings.  I hope that these are correct.  I will burn a Blu - Ray disc for the project.

    I guess that like other products I've used, the best answer here is the native resolution of your source that is I hope that what I mean.

    Now, when I make via media encode, it asks me the "frame size" / resolution for Blu - Ray disc output.

    Also when you open a new project in Encore, he requested similar information.  I'm in NTSC land.

    I am familiar with the standard HD and the resolutions and the final outcome of this project is a Blu - Ray disc played on the HDTV.

    However, what is the best media settings encode resolutoin and still "image size" for a Blu - Ray with an HDV source disc?

    I've seen several articles and videos from Adobe on these parameters, and they explain what they are, but not what are the recommended selections.

    PS... Didn't know which forum to post this in as it spans all 3 products!

    Your source is 1440 x 1080 MPEG2. Your final destination is H.264 - BR with 1920 x 1080 (i.e. with square pixels), because the h.264 compression is more efficient than the MPEG2, so you can either get better at the same rates or the same quality with maturities with H.264. Audio is of course a 5.1 AC3 file.

    I would skip the intermediate step suggesting Ann and export directly to your final destination with the MRQ. If you do this PR, guests of MPE accelerated for scale and effects/transitions, that you can use and you will have the smallest possible loss of quality.

    Please keep in mind that still is still a 32-bit application, so that can make the extra difference between PR and FR for transcoding. By encoding in PR jump you a transcoding step IN.

    In my case with elements PAL, I would use these export settings:

  • How to change the resolution of the screen in Firefox for Android?

    Hello
    I have a Galaxy Note 3, which is display resolution is 1920 x 1080.
    If I go to http://www.whatismyscreenresolution.com with Firefox, I see that it shows my screen resolution 640 x 360 (even with the "ask Site Desktop" checked and tiny text size ' ").
    I tried with other browsers, and some of them were able to display 1920 x 1080.

    The question is:
    How can I use Firefox for Android in screen resolution of my screen (which is 1920 x 1080) MAXIMUM?

    Could you try to open this page: http://dev.jeffersonscher.com/resolution.html

    The script should show the screen resolution 'effective' as well as the device pixels, which gives the real screen resolution. (The page is not recalculate when you rotate between portrait and model guidelines, so you'll need to manually reload after having done this.)

    Note: There may be rounding errors for more extreme values.

    Assuming that the device pixels is closer to 3 to 1, you can try to change a hidden parameter to see if it improves things.

    Open a new tab and type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press the Enter key on the keyboard. You can bookmark this page for future alterations.

    In the search box, type css, and then press the keyboard entry.

    When you find layout.css.devPixelsPerPx press the button Edit and change the value 1.0 (in general, you simply remove the sign-). Press the OK button.

    Return to the first tab and reload.

    Did that change how make real sites do you use?

  • Screen resolution for Captivate Application

    I use the demo version of Captivate and my best for my screen resolution is 1920 by 1080.  I have a laptop, but this is my second screen.  I contacted Adobe Help and all they continued to make is try different sizes.  Well I could have done that.

    The problem is that I have the screen gives me all the features such as scrollbars; in dialog boxes, I can click on cancel or OK.

    All of the suggestions.  I never had this problem before.  Thank you.

    This is a parameter of %, not an absolute font size. Somehow, he must be a resolution problem, I use Win10 as well and see the whole user interface.

  • Problems sharing in Adobe Illustrator for iPad (low resolution)

    I work with a high resolution photo in Adobe Illustrator drawing App for iPad. In the photo I'm creating vector graphics with integrated brush, then when you're done, trying to share/export the picture/drawing in its version high resolution. I went through all (I think) all share options, only to find out my photo and graphic vector were reduced to a tiny PNG. I would like to print these images on a large scale, but am doing so based on the problems that I have described.

    The sharing features are intended for platforms where matter the size of the file, such as Facebook, Behance or whatnot.

    To obtain the version high quality of the images, you will need to send them to Illustrator or Photoshop. And you need a CC version to be able to do.

  • Adapt the ios for iPad app different resolutions?

    So, I built an app in Flash Professional using AIR 3.6 for the iPad 3 2048 x 1536 resolution. However, I would also be available
    for iPads 1 + 2 (if possible). How would I go to do this? Would be automatically top-down application on these devices or would I need to create separate packages for them?
    This will affect the performance and quality?

    Only, I own an iPad 3, so right now, I'm only able to test this model.

    Thanks to anyone who might help explain this to me.

    If you did nothing special to the time scale mode, then it all works perfectly, without doing you anything.

    One thing that can happen is that the iPad 1 may crash. If this happens, you can solve the problem by having a second copy of your images at 1024 x 768 and use code to decide which of the two to show. Here's an example of how this could work, where in this case I have graphics iPad 1 on frame 2 and iPad 3 graphics on frame 3:

    import flash.system.Capabilities;

    var screenwidth:int is Math.max (Capabilities.screenResolutionX, Capabilities.screenResolutionY);.

    If (screenwidth<>

    gotoAndStop (2);

    } else {}

    gotoAndStop (3);

    }

    You need to decide what size of stage work and, on a set of images at 200% or 50%. My preference is to work at 1024 x 768 and have the graphics of the retina on the stage at 50% and the non-retine those 100%.

  • Optimization of captivate file for different screen resolution

    Hello

    I have a problem to optimize the file captivate for different screens such as laptop, netbook and pc. PC and laptops, this isn't a major problem, as the size of the screen is great. But when you play the swf file captivate generated in a netbook, the entire site gets resized to fit the resolution of the screen with the exception of the captivate file. Captivate file is truncated so that the user can read only half of the slide.

    Thanks in advance

    Parvathy

    One thing you can try is to manually adjust the dimensions of the swf.  I have not found a way to do in first grade.  We had a similar with a few eLearning problem, that we have built all our testers used very well.  But once someone undocked their laptop and turned their desktop monitor, had the same problem you describe, where the background of the film was cut.

    Once you publish the files, open the file .htm with Notepad or your editor of choice text/html.

    Look for a line that looks like this:

    var so = new SWFObject (strURLFile + strURLParams, "seduce", "1100", "798", "10", "#CCCCCC");

    or

    var so = new SWFObject ("filename.swf", "Captivate", "1600", "1200", "10", "#CCCCCC");

    Change these numbers quotes at 100%, like this:

    var so = new SWFObject ("filename.swf", "Captivate", "100%", "100%", "10", "#CCCCCC");

    Save the .htm

    My experience was it will adjust the swf to fit the height or the width of the screen, depending on which is more short.  In other words, it either will fill the top down OR sideways, but keep the swf in proportion.

    hope that helps.

  • Unable to set the resolution of the screen for an external monitor

    I'm trying to set up an external monitor to Asus to mirror my iMac 27 "new using a HDMI > Lightening connection, but using the monitor preferences, requires both screens at the same resolution. The Asus monitor is smaller, I'm looking for mirror to a proper resolution to the screen (that I can actually read!). From what I gleaned on the web until now, so it should be easy - and now I think it has to do with the HDMI connection on the monitor. Any advice would be much appreciated!

    How can I get the samsung to display full screen expanded to save my eyes of the realativively small screen internal?

    Hello!

    Have you tried to update the display on your laptop driver? Check the Toshiba site for an update:
    http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com-online decision-making supported Downloads & => Download drivers

    In addition, it would be interesting to know if you are running the factory settings or you have installed your own version of Windows?
    And what operating system are you using? Have you installed all Windows updates?

    For external LCD, monitors, you must set the screen refresh rate of 60 Hz.
    And if you want to change the resolution of the screen, you must select the second monitor in the graphics options on Windows.

    What is a screen protector for IPad Pro?

    There is no such thing. Back to Apple only or sell screen protectors while they have nothing to say about them. It would seem that their unspoken and unofficial position is that they are useless. Myself and many were used on iPhones and iPads and have no problem with our devices, so that they are purely optional. If you want to use one, you can choose no matter which one you like.

    Change the screen resolution

    Screen resolution refers to the clarity of the text and images on your screen. At higher resolutions, items appear sharper. They appear also smaller, so more items adapted to the screen. At lower resolutions, fewer items adapted to the screen, but they are larger and easier to see. At very low resolutions, however, images may have serrated edges.

  • Recommendations for the resolution of the screen on the W510

    Hi people,

    Recommendations on the resolution of the screen on the W510 - HD or HD +?

    And why?

    TIA,

    SD

    It really depends on your use.  I went with the HD + (1600 x 900), because the graphics card is powerful enough run games of high quality on this resolution and it provides decent realestate to make programming and another office on productivity.  I tried a HD (1280 x 800) screen at work and it is very small and useless for real work, but if you are hard to see or don't use it to calculate the light, he would serve well.  The FHD (1900 x 1080) display provides a lot of realestate, if you can read the tiny text and do a lot of business development type and graphic design works, more multitouch features that can be intreguing there, but I think the screen is a little too big to play video games.  That's my thought.
