  Looks like there may be some confusion on your system which application should be associated with PDF files. You can reset the file name associations by following the steps described in these articles (depending on your operating system):

  With Windows Live Mail, highlight the first email, press the button and highlight the last email. Who should choose all emails. Tap the delete icon, or right click on emails highlighted choose Remove.

  It should be similar for other email clients.

  Thanks for this info and choosing the communities Support from Apple. I know how important the possibility of using the Mail app in a way you expect!

  If I understand correctly, when you open the Mail app on your iPad, it shows Inbox, but don't start at the top of the box of reception, but in old messages and you need to scroll until you get to the top of the Inbox and your most recent messages.

• Email app Windows 8 has not downloaded emails for the last 5 days and will not be synchronized or the other.

  Since Tuesday that my email will not download a single message, cannot me sync (it is said synchronization during more than an hour, but never progresses beyond).

  I checked the app, app licenses, Updates settings (down load at the front desk), and now I'm out of ideas.

  It happened once before, when a large email failed to send file, once that I deleated that it worked well, but this time, I don't email in the project or sit in the sent going nowhere folder share.

  At a loss how to solve this very annoying problem.

  You have already installed the 8.1 update and the new e-mail application that comes with it?  It fixes more than 100 issues with the original 8.0 e-mail program.

• Default value for the downloaded documents

  How can I get my documents downloaded by default in Acrobat instead of the player?  They used to always default to Acrobat, but last year I have inadvertently downloaded the latest player now they default it.  I have to close the document in Reader, and then reopen in Acrobat.  I would like to lose this extra step.  I thought to delete the drive but was afraid that it might affect Acrobat.

  As you are on Windows 7. Go in Edition > Preferences > General

  Click on the button select as Default PDF Handler

  Click OK

  I HAVE DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS.  I have a MacBook Air and recently updated to 2015 2 version and I checked 'Show add photos screen' in the preferences as suggested to stop it crashing.  Still, it breaks down or could not load several times, but less frequently.  What struck me the most upset is it does not show the choice of the right hand before downloading and just uploaded immediately.  He has not shown me the destination drive or he asked me first what format I want to use (for example to date before the number of the image), and only allows put me in key words first before hitting the import button.  It is a big problem that I don't see where he's going.  Fortunately photo files went to the last location that I used.  It is not acceptable that I can use a second external drive in the near future so I don't want to order the photos to go to a different place and NOT the last I used!  Let me know when you all these difficulty.  Adobe, you messed up of course upload!

  Lightroom allows you to choose the destination at the time of importation, however, the structure of the hierarchy for destination has been removed from the last update.

  I need to see the script so that it will sign in fields many/any signature in the active document without having to put the name of the field in the script, as domain names vary with each document.

  The content of the e-mail is good if I watch on the webmail of the ISP from a browser, but not in TB when it downloads.

  Also tried to disable the index and anti-virus, deleted Inbox. Verified network is functional. Tuberculosis is the latest version 38.4.0 on Win10. Account settings are correct. Sending e-mail works.

  Thanks for all your help. What I've read, Windows Defender is a decent antivirus program. Not the best according to some, but at least for a while, I'll use it and see if I want to try another.

  This application is on the members of the family another PC and she use it mainly for e-mail and social media. Not used to browse a lot, or download files, etc. Defender may be sufficient.

  I see a lot of messages about the problems of McAfee with the security of Mozilla products so probably will not recharge it. Although I use it on my PC but have installed TB here.

  For now, the problem is corrected and thanks again for your help.

  Hi - I tried a coujple of time to set up an email for my 7600 but it won't save no and default return values to the original which is embedeed in the printer. It appeared to work for a year back when I first set up the printer, but the data seem to have disappeared. Also get the 551 error trying to add shippers as authorized additional e-mail addresses.

  When I start a new message in Thunderbird 38.1, I noticed that there is a "novelty". Thunderbird automatically fits into the To: field with the e-mail address of the person to whom I sent an email. This can have disastrous results, if for example I have a humorous message to a colleague and do not notice that mail from my supervisor is already included. I couldn't find instructions on how to disable this default behavior. Thanks for your help!

  I started Thunderbird in safe mode by shift-click on the application icon. I found that the problem has disappeared. I uninstalled the extension 'Identity selector' (version 1.93) and restarted in normal mode and the issue had still gone. However, I then reinstalled identity selector and the issue has yet been set. So, I don't know if simply start in safe mode, then rebooting in normal mode, or if the uninstall and reinstallation of identity selector is what makes the difference.
