• How can I sort the slides in a slide show by file name?

  I know, stupid question, but the default always seems to be in the capture, and I often to reorganize and rename the slides.

  I searched on the menus, but how do not capture the slideshow to sort by file name, date?

  Mode library, viewing a folder or Collection, press T to hide and show the toolbar.  (Or view menu, see the toolbar - first item in the list.)  With the toolbar is visible, see sort order.  If you don't see it, click on the small arrow to the right of the toolbar, and then select sort.

• First Elements 10 - moving to the time line images

  Have version 10 and no manual is still available, so a simple question im sure.

  I say 100 photos that I want to spend in my film, make a slideshow of sorts.

  Y at - it a way for all move and set the time (or the number of images) as each image is displayed.

  So select all 100 images and move to the line in time and set the time to display every second one to 1 as an example.

  Is there a way to select multiple images on the time line and put them all to show for a while.

  I know that a silgle element can be selected on the time line and dragged manually to make a moment specifice,

  but this time can be entered by entering a value/time?  I would like to change the time on all 100 at the same time.

  My goal is to make a quick movement of pictures slideshow, be able to set the time on the screen for each group

  the same value, all of a sudden, do not have to select each on the time line and adjust it manually on a frame-by-frame.

• rearrange the images in a slideshow

  I want to switch the order of what pictures appear in what order in an iPhoto slideshow.

  I tried to make one the key photo so that it displays the first image, but it does not,

  suggestions are welcome.

  Can't you just sort them manually?

  I am doing a slideshow in which you can click on a thumbnail and it will change two images on the page. Sort of a slide show double. Y at - there a trick to getting a slide show widget do in muse?

  Here is a picture of my site. I try to get the thumbnail to trigger change in the photo of the image at the bottom right, as well as the main one at the top.

  Thank you for taking the time to answer! I think I can find a workaround. I used a widget of the basic composition, and apparently everything that you throw in the area target in the composition (photos, text boxes, etc) everything changes when you click on a new trigger (vignette).

  It seems to work for now, but I still have to test more to make sure it sticks. Thanks again for your help!

• jQuery slideshow with captions

  Hello again, I have another question about a jquery Slideshow. A few weeks back, I had a few questions about creating a slide show in Dreamweaver, and thanks to Ben Pleysierauteurs, I have what I'm looking for in a slide show.

  Now I'm looking to include captions as well... I went through the edition of images in photoshop to include captions, but it takes a long time, and I can't do the captions for all the match the way I have with the images.

  I've been looking around online, and I see that it is possible to include captions with jquery slideshows, but when I start reading in what I see, he loses just me... My understanding of web design is basic html.

  I used the second slideshow coding from the link given to me by a few weeks back from this site:

  my understanding of the coding is Basic... I get to basic html but after that I'm lost.

  I'm afraid there is not much we can do to help you with your coding of deficits.  The cold hard truth is that DW expects that you understand the HTML, CSS and to some extent JavaScript.  If you want to do things advanced as image galleries, you must learn to work with the code.  It is not difficult. There are many tutorials online to help you.

  Cycle2 is a slideshow/Gallery built on the jQuery JavaScript library.  If you're new to jQuery, it's the system to "Do more with less code" allowing designers to add all sorts of nifty widgets to their web sites with a minimum of manual coding.  It really is to learn to use.

  Cycle2 has many options, including the legends/overlays and pagers with thumbnails if that's what you want.  See the links below for details and code examples for using the plugin.

• PIN images fullscreen slideshow?

  I use a slide show full-screen in Muse and it seems that all the images are proportionally resized with fill and pinned in the Center. This means that if some of my images of people do not have the same general layout, pictures, heads, etc.. Is it possible to pin these images to the top or the bottom, so I can have some sort of consistency? As it is, about have the perfect pictures work, while others look weird because the topic has a part of its head hidden by the menu. I know it can be done with a simple filling, but in the slideshow option, you do not have this choice. I did with the dish on the Parallax of coding, but no idea how to proceed in Muse.

  With images in a slideshow full screen, we cannot define different series for different images, all images will be used in full screen and resize with browser.

  In your case where images are not even and includes parts of cut, you will need to change the images outside the Muse using any image editor and then use in the slideshow.

  Or try to change the layout of the page with elements of the page if they overlapp no matter which specific page section.

• Problems using slideshow widget-sharing widgets

  I'm having a problem with the site that I am building right now, for some reason, whenever I do drag and drop widgets slideshow of the Exchange, they will not work. I get the message that the JS files are missing.  I've never had this problem with any of my other sites and I was wondering if someone had noticed? I need to set sort the folder that contains the js? I doubt that I've never done this before, but who knows.

  It boils down to something that could have gone wrong.

  What FTP you are using to transfer your files to your server?

  You can try this:

  Go to the Upload Mode in your FTP program, and check if it shows "ASCII" or "Auto". If it is showing one of these, change it to "binary". Who can solve the problem for you. If your FTP writes on the server, the ASCII mode for .js files, this sometimes gives questions.

  If you are not already using it, I recommend FileZilla.

• Integrated personalized with slideshow banner

  Hello, I have a simple question for you all, I hope that I can get an answer and I hope I can do that I guess how it.

  I have a simple banner with a gradient type border is about and the name of the school and address and phone fax number on the lower part with the logo 'w '.

  I'm looking to keep all this content and add in a sort of slide show of dynamic type curvy inside, make the slideshow at the same height as the banner, probably to the logo 'w' on the other side or something like that. probably looking at using a simple slide show Jquery which just scrolls the images and lets define me what size I want and how fast I want to scroll the ect.

  Then I need to take the banner of photobucket, in dreamweaver. IM assuming that I can mate the slideshow section and the section of the banner in photobucket, making some types of cuts off area where the slide show will go. I don't think I can put the jquery slideshow in photobucket.

  If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask, I don't really know how else to explain it, I might try a few models in paint later, right now I can not access photobucket at the school. Ironic.

  You don't need Flash for this.  Just create a few images of the same size in your graphics application (Fireworks or Photoshop).  Save for web in jpg or png in your local site of DW folder.

• Cannot find the dialog box 'Create Slideshow '.

  I have the first Elements 7 and I'm trying to create a slideshow.  The help page refers to a dialog box 'Create Slideshow', but I don't see that anywhere.  I looked in all the menus, each icon and I tried right-clicking on the photos that were driven down to the timeline, but no slide show option.

  I did manually slideshows using PE7 before, but it's a big pain to have to manually set the duration of each slide, rather than changing the default sort.

  There are actually four different ways to create slideshows in Premiere Elements, and I'll show you how to do each one in my books.

  But I think you are referring to the slideshow creator on the project Panel. To use it, select several images or clips in the project Panel (by selecting that you hold down the Ctrl or shift) and right click. This will open the Panel I think you are looking for.

• Adding photos to the slideshow.

  I'm trying to add photos to my slide show.  They currently reside in a folder under folders and my slide show is in the Collections category.  No luck the combination of the two.  I know I am missing something completely obvious here.

  If this is an existing slideshow collection , you have already created, select and drag the new image their source folder files and drop them in the collection icon to existing slide show located in the Collections folder. The new images appears on the slide show according to your selection of command "Sort" located above the film (Capture time, command of the user, etc.).

  There used to be a problem with the 'STROKE Border' option in the module slideshow causing soft (blurry) imagery at resolutions scaled down (which is nothing less than full resolution). If you encounter this problem, try unchecking the stroke border option button. I just tried with LR 3.4.1 on my Windows 7 system and a 1280 x 1024 PDF slideshow looks great with the border of the stroke... perhaps it is fixed in LR 3.4?

  I use lightroom 3 - How can I change the order of images in a slide show... I'd like to be able to slide / move images in the order that I want to but it is not possible to sem... so how do I do this please?

  You can order your photos in the library, in the grid view Module. To be able to establish a user sort order, you must be either

  • A collection (not smart collection)
  • In a case of low level (no subfolder more below)
  • In a level bottom-no folder, but without having scored "Include Photos from subfolders"

  1. Select the photos you want to
  2. Order them as you like.

• Save the bridge sorting in Explorer?

  After you sort the photos in Bridge in a special order, I select some of them and copy them into a new presentation file. When you open this folder in Explorer, the photos are always rearranged according to their number, but there is no control in this new folder menu sorting.

  Is it possible to save the fotos in the direction of the sorting bridge and open this original sequence into a computer, where Adobe products are not installed so that I have to use the slideshow of the Explorer?

  As far as I know that Windows will always use this kind of ranking in the Solution Explorer view. What I do is make a copy of the presentation files, re - order in bridge and batch rename them in bridge so that Windows will use this order.

• Slideshow of PSE7 to PREL7

  I think I've sorted the query that I started out as 'MAZ44 '.

  When I created the slideshow in PSE7 I created as a background color for all slides, when the SS appeared on the time line in PREL7 there were 2 video lines, one for photos and "background SMIL Regio". I deleted this backdrop and replaced with a color matte.

  The slideshow makes now, records and remains displayed.

• Photo of sorting in the Sierra

  I recently returned from a trip and imported my photos in Photos. They are a mixture of photos from iPhone and my camera, but I have synced the time on both, they would then be in the correct order once mixed between them.  Because I was in the mountains, some photos have a geographical location, embedded, and others do not.

  However, in the Photos, it does not seem to be a way to sort everything by time. It is all the photos with the news of geographic location as a moment of consolidation, then showing those without much later in the order. This applies even to try to sort "Oldest first" album. The result is very disjointed and confusing, as photos taken seconds apart on the same subject appear nowhere near each other in the album sorted.

  Other than the manual update of hundreds of photos with an approximate location, or stripping all its location data, is there a way to get around this?

  Make a user photo album - either a standard album or smart album (smart album for pictures between certain dates is probably logical) and you can then sort by date/time, ascending or descending or title album (menu display == > sorting)

  LN
