  I tried two days enjoy this phone and its more trouble that a mechanism should be. slow when you ask it not do something. requires additional steps that should be short films.   A battery may fail in different ways and have different symptoms, in function. You see one of them.

  I figured it was a knockoff and not an OEM battery.   It is OEM, and you bought from a retailer, I would tend to believe that the battery was ok when you guessed it.

  As the battery worked for a while, I tend to doubt that there is a problem with the device.

  If it were me, I'd get another battery and change my habits.   Top it off when you can and load when you sleep, see what happens.
