Smaller images?

When emailing photos to "My pictures", I used to get a drop in box with the choice "make my pictures smaller". I chose this, sent by e-mail to the image and everything was fine. I no longer get the menu drop down and when I send a picture it comes out huge the Envoy at the end. How can I fix it?

==================================
For Windows XP, try the following steps:

Reach... Start / run and type
(or copy and paste):

regsvr32 /i shimgvw.dll
(Yes, the space after the 2 and the)
After the i is necessary)

Press on... Come in...

You should see a dialog box stating:
DllRegisterServer and DllInstall in successful shimgvw.dll

Also...

There is a free PowerToy called
ImageResizer... you can download it at
the following link:

http://www.Microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/PowerToys/xppowertoys.mspx

After installation, you can open any folder
that contains images and you will have a
option to resize. Just right-click the selected
image files and choose resize images.
You can select a picture or an entire group.

The program will place the resized in copies
the folder with your originals.

BTW... when resizing if you go to... Advanced
Button / Custom... and enter 1024 in each area...
It will be a good size for e-mail application.

On Amazon do not show small images on some pages. The titles are there, but no pictures that I know it's something to do with Mozilla because I tried the same pages on Amazon using IE and images appeared. I wouldn't change anything that happened all of a sudden. I tried d/l of other versions, but nothing worked including the Beta 4.

With Amazon on display, click the button to the site identity (for more details on what is, see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Site+Identity+Button) and then on more information. This will open the page info dialog box.

First, select the permissions tab, make sure that 'Load the Images' is set to allow (default selection should work as well)

Then select the media tab, and then click the first item in the list. Use the down arrow key to scroll the list. If any element has the option 'Images of block of (field name)' selected, deselect the option.

This should hopefully solve your problem, but see also https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Images+or+animations+do+not+show.

Some add-ons can also block images, for example, if you have AdBlock Plus installed, make sure that you have not accidentally created a filter to block images.

  • small images in the icon on the desktop

Sometimes when I create a shortcut on my desktop shows a white square with upper right corner folded down, but the real image of the shortcut is very low. For example: my icon for g-mail is a small envelope framed in red and my bing is a small orange square with a white b in it, but neither one is a full icon. They are inside the white square.

The size of the area corresponding to the icon on the desktop is fine. A small image is sometimes found inside the white square.  The icon is 1/2 inch to 1/2 in., but the real picture is nch 1/4 by 1/4 of an inch.

Is there a solution to this problem or am I stuck with an another inconvenience of Vista?

  • When I resize a photo to the web LR displays a very small image, not the actual size.

When I resize a photo to the web LR displays a very small image, not the actual size that appears when I download on a website! ???

Yes, it should work. It should show you exactly what the image will look like on normal, non-retine displays. At least if you have the resolution of your screen (in preferences-> display system) the value 'best for display '. In this case your computer exactly double the resolution.

The link I posted above is for when you want to go further. In fact, he shows how to send images of different sizes to people looking at your site on the retina against those who seek to your site on normal screens. This will allow a still sharper image that people can get on a display to display. What it basically does is make their web browser asks a 1600 pixel image if only they are viewing on a screen high resolution while asking a low-resolution image 800 pixels for people using normal poster. This example uses all available pixels to choose the type of display. It takes just a bit of HTML and javascript coding. My main site done automatically like smugmug has this built already, but my blog site does not automatically so I had to code around it. This makes your images look amazing on the screens with high resolution such as on the screens of the retina and iPads.

  • Images separated long in small images

    Hello

I have a picture of long 700x4000px I need to split into several smaller images of the same 700px height but of different lengths.

I do this with about 100 different images, I'm looking for a way/tool/command that will allow me to select an area of a large image, and save/export it in a separate image in its own right.

Is there a way to do this?

I really want to have to select each piece, crop, save money, take a step back, then repeat.

Each long image is different requiring different separations so I can't just set up an action.

    Thank you

Your images are of size vary so you need describe the process and the process must not use crop and reverse, it would be easier to fool the bottom and do the different layers of image size, then remove the bottom. You have all your images in layers. Allows you to save the sub form of image files which is what you need.

Action could be created to do what you want to do. If you use relative size selection where you would use percentage slice image. And here is one that I created to cut an image into 4 quarters using copy paste... Your selections would be different from mine. Your values of angles selection up and down there would always be 0% and 100% each selection would have x % split the image into sections. Largest number of selections that you just want must cover the complete picture. You can include overlapping to envy,

  • Add small image to all forms

I created a few oval domes, making the shape and adding background through swatch. As you can see I have added a picture of little bird at 1st, but you need to know how to add to all at the same time.

Can someone tell me if it is possible to add a small image to each oval in one appointment?

Do I have to convert the 1st forms and if so what?

    With regard to the parakeet1.png

Don't know what exactly you want to achieve.

Do you want each oval look the same or

you want an image on all of them?

  • How to I resize a larger image 72 DPI to the smaller image quality but of good size stick in the brochure

Hi, I'm trying to resize a larger image from wide 16 cm saved at 72 dpi for a smaller image of wide from 5 cm to quality for the prompt for an art show I'm having. I think there a lot of information on the picture therefore it is great, I just want it condensed into a smaller image. If I adjust the size of 5 cm wide, it changes the dpi to 230 which would be better for printing (the 72 dpi is much too grainy). However when I stick it in the flyer that I do in photoshop it sticks like a massive picture. I then tried to drag the corners to make the right size and it became even longer than a 5cm wide 72 dpi image. I hope that makes sense for a person. So basically I need a large document size of 5cm that I can put in my small circular which is the best quality that I can do! Thanks in advance!

What the PPI is the file that you are trying to drag in?

You are able to view your office showing the two files... ?

If you convert 16 cm/72 DPI image in the image of 5 cm/240ppi and then save. Then check the ppi with the flyer. If the flyer is still important with a low resolution will give you the cross between them so the magnified image of the ppi is displayed in big on the flyer paper.

  • Is it possible to add a small image to view from the list of the press article?

    Hello

I would like to ask a small image next to the link for my ad on my homepage - www.sunnysideinstantlawn.com.au - is it possible?

    Thank you

    Tammy

Using the function of the news of the scrap and build your news with the web application instead.

You can have multiple views of different lists, you can have a custom field multiline text box short introduction, title, date of the course and your image. With this, you can retrieve the value only of an image with the _value option in the image tag.

You can then thumbnails of BC have only one large image and then small image from your listing.

You have the detail view friendly of complete SEO for the web application as well as for the full article.

You can do a lot, it's just how you feel you want and what you do with the installation and layout of it. Much better than the news Module

  • fixed image with smaller images fluid around her

    Hello

I floated a large image so that the small images wrap around him: http://www.demilodesign.com/assets/CSS/test_slider.html

But when the width of the browser window is small I would have the big picture 'stuck' in place and have small images to move fluidly around it and with the width of the browser. Making the big picture absolute or fixed so far prevented the top of page three small images of skin around it and I get a hole to the left of it. Thanks for the ideas.

Have you considered to define the clear property on the image in the application of media for the smaller ports of view?

This will keep the larger image fixed in its place when the user is in the small windows.

  • Using of checkerboard to fluid and a mobile site, or load smaller images for mobile.

    Question for a beginner:

You can use checkerboard to fluid for Tablet and desktop, while having a mobile site?

The problem will be the loading time.  I use a tool for css/js called Magic360 to display of large plates 3d products.  It requires 72 images, but works very well with the fluid grid.

My understanding is the grid will load the images full size, but scaling to fit the screen.  Go from office to Tablet would be acceptable, but mobile would be much slower compared to a dedicated site.

Another option would be to have the small images to load mobile within the grid of fluid, but I don't know if it's possible.  Thank you for any assistance.  I'm watching a ton of videos on lynda.com to learn the basics and progress.

Put your large images in #slideshow - LG and smaller images in #slideshow - SM. use media queries to show/hide the divisions.   Use a separate external stylesheet for that.  You don't want to alter master key or FluidGrid.css files.
