Smart form withdrawal button problem (it is not so cold)

Would be useful if someone has a solution for me, but I think it's more a problem with Captivate Smart forms in general.

I like to use active forms in the form of buttons especially now you can have different States for the normal, over and down. The problem is that the active forms when used as buttons shrink, which in some respects is good because it gives the user some type of visual feedback of interactivity and I think that it is the intention then Smart forms as buttons have been introduced. But here's the problem, if you place your cursor on the edge of the button shape and click shape retracts and is no longer under the cursor. When you release your mouse button does not trigger any action that was attached to this button

I'd be happy for someone to report a quick fix that I am missing but I have not found all the messages about the present. This problem makes me see again my principles of interface design when you use Adobe Captivate and active forms in the form of buttons to make sure that the user clicks in the active area of the Smart button shape. We are talking only about 5 pixels, I think, but if you have effects such as glows and shadows on the button and then visually you give the user more opportunity to meet this problem.

Any whoooo, if someone can tell me, «oh, you just need to click on this option...» "and hey presto no shrink more so GRAND and I apologize for this rambling post

Hi Rod,

Yes, it was one of my first thoughts, but I quickly discovered that although the new States are great, they are still very limited in this first version of new feature and you can affect only the background and outline of shape, what got me thinking and found a workaround.  It won't work if you don't have a stroke that is already applied to your shape and you use a fill sold.

First, I added a line of px 1 to the normal state of the smart shape and it's the same color as my filling. Then I activated the idle state and added a px race 4 of the same color.  "Hey Presto" it worked and the smart shape does not decrease at all.

You MUST have a stroke, applied to a Normal State to work properly, or any size you do the low width of line of State, it will not increase in size correctly. Strangely, it has increased only very slightly and only about 2 px regardless of what size you defined in your inactive state.

So that kind of works, but unfortunately I used a random variable of different smart shape using images, gradients and colors buttons different diseases. Close, but no cigar.

    I'm fairly new to Captivate that maybe this isn't a problem and more a matter of learning. But, the objects that I use as the buttons are all now called ' Smart form ' in the properties panel and timeline. I'm having a problem to find a way to identify the correct object for target with actions. The only time where I see there's real name/object id are always there when I'm trying to build a fast action.

    I use 8 Captivate on Mac 0SX 10.10.3.

    I suspect that not looking to a slide, but a model of slides? Objects on a slide are never any ID.

    For objects on normal slides, you can change the generic name in the properties panel as before.

    And this name appears in the timeline panel

  • Unable to align captions text and smart forms with variables

    Hi all

    I love the idea of using active forms as buttons.  I use them as general navigation buttons.  They are all lined up well above the background image:

    My problem is when I add the placeholders for the intelligent forms (or captions) variables:

    No matter how set up the coordinates x, y, height, width and alignment, the objects using variables will not match upward with the other.  Note that "page 1 of 12" mislaigned, despite the object itself is lined up with the other three objects.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Indeed, I forgot to mention that this is not because of the shape, but on the fact that the text is rendered differently when a variable is inserted. I'm sorry.

    To try these new features, I created a simple swipe. The slide contains two groups, each group containing 3 smart shape objects. I wanted to make a group in a button that would show the second group. However, it seems that only one smart form can be a button, not a group of shapes. Is this the case?

    No Jay, a group cannot be an interactive object. In advanced actions you can hide/show a group which is a huge time saver

    Hi, see controls customize Firefox, buttons and toolbarsand click on restore default settings.

    If this does not help, Try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).

    If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:

    • Click the menu button

      click Help

      then select restart with disabled modules.

    If Firefox does not work, you can start Firefox in Mode safe as follows:

    Clear the cache and delete cookies only from Web sites that cause problems.

    "Clear the Cache":

    Satellite A300 broken my number key 3.
    Easy to fix but still Toshiba have charged me £43 to replace it with a new full keyboard.
    It is less than 6 months old and still under warranty.

    Well, it is your personal opinion but I agree.

    However, if you understand something about laptops so you'd know that the single button can not be replaced.
    Only the CAP can be replaced but not the button on the keyboard, and thus the entire keyboard needs to be replaced!

    In addition, the guarantee only covers hardware problems that are not caused by laptop user I n don't know why the button on your keyboard is broken (maybe you was your fault) but I think that you have contacted the ASP in your country and talked to the technician then why you didn't explain that it wasn't your fault?

    In any case, the case should be clear now

    My bike Turbo G suddenly crashed last night, while I was working with Photos of Google. The phone is about 1 month, purchased from Flipkart. Here are the questions that have emerged all of a sudden:

    1. No function button Home and the right button. They do not work.
    2. No quick drop-down settings menu. All of a sudden is not working.
    3. Cannot transfer from phone to computer I choose is no longer the option to transfer files. (no menu drop-down)
    4. No notification.

    This happens when the system: OS crashes. U go to Recovery Mode and then choose Wipe Cache partition and after wiping Cache Partition, choose the device to reboot.

    Wipe Cache partition will delete your personal files or anything like that. Erase all dump and error and cache generated by the Android operating system.

    Don't know why it works, but it does.

    I did two things:

    1.)

    I replaced .add with insert and then add Index numbers

    2.)

    This added to the code:

    Returns false;
    }

    I tried without step 2). but then focus jump bad, in any case, it now works as it should.

  • Designer form design console problem

    I have problem on 11g r2 design console

    It is:

    (1) can we delete the custom or by fields of form of default process in the form designer


    The problem is that I deleted the form field to process custom in the form designer with unfortunately I deleted the default one that is * "UD_ADUSER_USERPRINCIPALNAME."
    After that the version is activated. Now, I add by default one by creating the new version, but it is not save and version no activation.

    I get the error like this during activation of the version

    This form is attached to a resource specific IE, for a definition of specific process of a resource.
    In this definition of process under reconciliation field mapping, the deleted column is always mapped.
    This is the reason why you get this error. If you want to remove any attribute of form, first remove the reconciliation field mapping in the definition of the process.
    Remove the column attribute / and activate the version.

Maybe you are looking for
