Smartphone blackBerry 8530 to reboot, do nothing

Hello

I have a 8530 and OS 5, last night I just downloaded some software and weather acurate and 1 theme calling real world application, System asked for a restart and after that I restarted and it moves up to the window when my carrier logo appears and just stuck in there, I removed the battery several times and tried but same situation its not not to start tried to connect with the desktop software but show disconnected as its starts not completely.

I removed the battery hold on pricing and then inserted the battery and rebooted but same situation.

Pls help me.

Problem solved I rebooted the BB in safemode and deleted the last installation of the software and now my BB is alive.

    Hello!  I work for a University and manage the support of end-user for our blackberries.  I have a user with a Blackberry 8530 who randomly receives the Exception Index 91 Eception > = 91 error message.  It seems especially pop up when she's in BBM - specifically there are a friend request that it cannot open or answer to this seems to "trigger" this error.  It may be a coincidence, I honestly don't know.

    With this problem, I have decide it was better fall back and punt-, I did a full cleaning and set up on the BES Server (our Director asked to give him a new password to activate).  I ran through the activation of business for her, it activated fine, no problem.  Has worked with her for a while, but then a few hours later - same error message. Beyond wiping and backup implementation, I don't know what else to try.  Is there anything specific I can do for this error message?     This isn't an error at the level of the system, it is a mistake to application level. Something the user is done with the BBM (or whatever the application that she uses when she sees the error), is originally that the application access to a memory not valid; in a Word, poor programming the part of the creator of the application.

    Go to the home screen. Hold down the ALT key and type "lglg" (it's L, G, L, G, lowercase, without the quotation marks). You won't see anything as you type, but after typing it, the system log file is displayed. Scroll down the page until you see a line referring to an untrapped exception. The application name will be in the info for this line. You can then uninstall this program to see if the problem is resolved.

    If the program is to launch a n > = n exception, your best bet is to notify officials of the application, and hope that they will have a quick fix in the short term, or a patch update is ready to be released.

    To use the services of RIM owners (including the AppWorld and Push email capability), you must have an adequate data of your carrier plan. Carriers host BIS BB users. In general, BIS is not available through generic data plans. Several ships make stop what is needed the Blackberry data plan.     I recently got a BlackBerry Curve 8530. After having to speak on this subject 15 minutes on the phone started having hot, wifi is discontinued and theres no dowloads on it what so ever. This could be a problem serious or - is this normal for this type of phone? My old Curve 8330 never got that way. Please answer this question then I can decide to send the phone in for a replacement.

    Here are a few tests that you can run to determine things...

    I recommend that you try to start in Safe Mode, which will remove the automatic enforcement of all 3rd party applications function and the module:

    It will take several attempts to get the combination of keys ESC (press/release/hold) OK, so be patient. When properly in Safe Mode, see what happens.

    If the behavior continues, then well... think what happened just before this behavior started? A new application? An update? A theme? Something else? Think carefully that the slightest change can be causal... and try to undo all that was.

    It is also possible that your battery or BB has encountered a problem... to test, this sequence is necessary:

    1. Get a known good and already fully charged battery... use it in your BB and see what happens
    2. Get access to a BB good and the same known... use your battery in there and see what happens

    The results of this will show if your BB or your battery that has the problem. Carefully note please that 'new' and 'know' are not necessarily the same things. Although rare, a 'new' battery could certainly be defective. On the contrary, the easiest (and cheapest, btw) method to perform this test is to find someone with an identical BB which has no problem... trade in batteries and see what happens. You can also run these tests in normal mode and safe.

    Please try this sequence... Note that, throughout the whole 4h15m process, your BB should stay connected to a good charger (not the USB PC):

    1. With battery, connect your BB to the wall charger
    2. Leave it alone for 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the screen not
    3. Remove the battery
    4. Wait 15 minutes
    5. Insert the battery
    6. Wait another 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the screen not

    This has been known to "revive" some BBs.

    It is also possible that your battery or BB has encountered a problem... to test, this sequence is necessary:

    I would infer that something was not quite right in the software update, you did, and so a refill of the BONE is in order.

    From a PC, you can install any compatible OS package (for example, for your BB model exact number) of a BB via this procedure:

    In fact, you may be able to retrieve it without the drastic recommendation above. I recommend that you try to start safe mode:

    Only in cases where the application has caused corruption OS a full reload of the OS should be demand... but if it's just a bad application behave, Safe Mode will allow you to remove it.

    The Setup program indicates that the new software has been installed, and then it seems to want to reboot the device. The device never returns, ends with an App error 606.

    I loaded the cool device software, without change. Removed Software Desktop, loaded fresh, then loaded a fresh device software, without change.

    I tried to load my old device software but the Desktop Manager will not allow him.

    I reloaded software device 3 times, always the same behavior, always the same error at the end.

    I'm out of ideas.

    Any help?

    This bit is quite unusual... done correctly, you can force any OS on your BB package as long as it's your exact model number. So I'm not sure if you're really using all the good stuff... so, even if a lot of this will be redundant, please examine carefully for subtle tricks do you need to... done correctly, this can heal the situation. But any errors on the way (not ignored, stage not completed correctly, etc.) invalidates the whole process and translates the automatic process of support and limited to only the OS packages currently supported by your specific carrier.
