  I have BB Desktop Software Bundle V5 1626 and have failed for the last 2 versions to synchronize my photos of the device memory or the memory card. When I click on Media Sync/photos it shows no pictures at all.   Well, thanks to ongoing research (and a lot of frustration) I found the solution to my problem.

  All of this has to do with the encryption of the photo files. When encryption is enabled, the image files will have the jpeg.rem extension. These files cannot be synchronized by BB Desktop Manager. They will be not even appear in the synchronization window.

  Unlike is written in the Curve 8900 help file, the encryption option is not under Options/memory but rather under Options/Security Options.

When I try to install the Office Manager, everything installs without count Roxio Media manager. It gives me an error and cancels the installation of Roxio and continues with the other stuff. I really want to transfer Photos and videos from my phone to my computer and vice versa. Please tell me what can I do to install the Media Manager to get the work of the unit. I do not have the installation CD, I downloaded it from the blackberry website. The English version WITH media manager and I even clicked Custom install and made sure that he had the intention to install it.
