  Please, try the following:

  1. from the home screen, press Options > Advanced Options > host Routing Table.

  2. once the host Routing Table is open, press the menu key (2nd button from left to right and down) and press 'register now '.

  You should see the recording sent message and will receive an email of record. If your browser does not restore, please remove the battery for about 10 seconds and replace to do a reset. If you still do not see the browser I would contact your wireless provider for your service books pushed.

  You can also search the e-mail settings icon in the installation folder. Click on this icon and you will find the option of sending service books.

  Open your BlackBerry browser > press the Menu key > Options > Cache and clear your browser's cache (you can even clear the cookies as well, same place).

  Now do another reboot (turned on, battery pull, etc.)

  That is right. With the browser BlackBerry, all traffic goes through the servers of your company first, then it goes to the internet. So you can have access to your intranet and internet sites. Even if your business can allow/deny you from visiting sites if they choose to.

  Here, how I did it follow these steps:

  First, I put my data plan on my BB Torch and registed sim card in a network in my case Etisalat. Then I took the torch and put it in a different BB that I used my BB "BOLD" where can I use my data sim card.   I have a Priv and beginning on Friday, September 16 I started having this problem 'No Service', with tangential versions, including "no SIM - no Service".  I've improved the marshmallow in June, really didn't even know that I did at the time.  And they probably had more recent updates but I don't keep track.  I got on the phone since April and it worked perfectly until Sept. 16.

  I had a passport, which I loved, but changed for the Priv because the passport had no supported applications.  I love the Priv and want to stay with Blackberry, but if it does not get fixed I'll have to make a change.
