Now, I am unable to get any password to work with id when you try to access blackberry aps. It seems to me the answer would be to eliminate my current blackberry on the phone id and start over.   Go to Options > device > advanced system settings > by default the service.  It's when you change the default settings for messaging and calendar.

  All BlackBerry ONLY send messages in plain text, no HTML formatting (unless your fowarding an HTML previously received by e-mail). Blue is the color that BlackBerry use ON the response of type to indicate that you are in a response to the e-mail.

  And what you see in Outlook can be affected by your own Outlook settings, but has no importance.

  The email sent was the plain text, with no formatting.

  I recommend that you try to start safe mode:

  If the behavior continues, then well... think what happened just before this behavior started? A new application? An update? A theme? Something else? Think carefully that the slightest change can be causal... and try to undo all that was.
