  Is it possible that you are using version 4 of Lightroom serial number to install on the new computer. Check in your Adobe account online and see if you also have a Lightroom update registered serial number 5.

  I use Blackberry "BOLD" T-Mobile service.  I have the BES data package which includes BIS.  My email Enterprise BES, browser, sync with Exchange server, contacts, calendar, everything works.

  Except that... my BIS email setup.  I tried BB device logging to create email. Email Setup Wizard, select "I want to create or add an email address" I get error - we apologize there was an error while trying to access the service.

  I also tried logging on my T-Mobile account and click on the web link: e-mail setting blackberry; to create ([email protected]) whenever I click on the link create e-mail blackberry in my T-Mobile account, it gives me an error: we're sorry, there was an error while trying to access the service.

  I called T-Mobile repeatedly and the lame excuse they use is: this device is not supported. I said T-Mobile uses the Blackberry 8220 flip phone with using the same OS 4.6, Javalin BB, and BB 8900 use the same service books.  When I call the Blackberry technical support... they spend on the male for T-Mobile.

  Is anyone out there using BB Bold with service from T-Mobile with BES/BIS and their professional and personal internet e-mail: works on the "BOLD" BB.  Ideas, thoughts, suggestions and help will be very appreciated.

  There is really no reason to get one of these address of @carrier.blackberry.net. They are not visible on any other webmail site and are prone to collect spam, with no available spam filtering options. I advise users to not use it.

  However, why some? Because they can. Some users use these addresses to transfer mail from a POP account as these addresses grow instantly by the RIM servers.

  I tried to get cards Blackberry works but I couldn't see an icon.  She showed as an application in advanced as BBmaps 4.7 key/applications, but I could never find the icon.  I read a post that said to reinstall so I removed it.  When I load Desktop Manager 5.0, I do not see an option to add BB maps so I dug further.  I found a document on support to Blackberry who told to remove cards from BB I need to remove LBS, so I did this.  Now when I goto application loader I don't see same LBS or Blackberry maps.  When I click on browse I find not all loader files.  I wonder how to get LBS and Blackberry Maps works.  I have Google maps but the locations on this subject are disabled by a few streets and I'm interested if BB maps is better than that.  Any help would be appreciated.

  Well, I found the answer before someone could answer.  I need to download and install the BB OS (in my case 4.7.1.77 for Bell).  Then, I was able to reinstall Blackberry Maps, which is also LBS (I Believe).  Now I have the compass icon that should have been there all along.  I hope that this thread can help someone else.

  I am a new Blackberry user and you have a 8520 Smartphone (EDGE, Wi - fi), v4.6.1.314 (Platform 4.2.0.135).

  I have TEXT Messages, E-mail and Messages files and the number of unread files appears. I met 2 problems-

  1. your received but alert new message does not appear in any folder.

  2 unread messages displayed on screen, but there are no unread messages in a folder.

  Tips to clear the message unread... try them in the order.

  If you have a new icon rogue Message on your home screen, or a negative number (-1), one of these solutions could erase or reset:

  Try these options:
  * Hard Reset BlackBerry now ALT CAP (right Shift key) and DEL (or with the BlackBerry power, remove the battery and reinsert the battery)
  Messages > saved Messages
  Messages > view folders, check each folder (calls, SMS and MMS, and boxes, saved missed boxes, browser, phone logs etc.)
  * Scroll at the top of the folder, on the title menu, click or tap to MARK PRIOR OPEN date
  Change your theme and see if it persists and return to your desired theme. (Options > theme > select.)
  * Clean and reload your OS.

  I am interested in upgrading to the Blackberry Tour 9630 when it comes out, but I wonder if the Non-camera version has a slot for SD cards or if it's just the version of the camera?  The SD card can hold office documents you type using a version of Documents or the dynoplex eoffice weather to go.

  Thank you!  The reason why I was asking was because the info currently in view indicates that a Micro SD card comes pre-installed only with the version with a camera but it isn't one that comes pre-installed with the version without a camera.

• Smartphones blackBerry email and SMS combining not even when set on "handset."

  Email and SMS/MMS all combined in main box mailbox messages until a few weeks ago. Now, when I get an SMS message, I'll still take the little icon showing me I have mail, but when I click on my mail box, there is no new message.  I have to click on the menu, click the display folder, and then click SMS messages to display. My phone IS set on the combine (believe me, I checked and re-checked this hundred times already), and I even did a hard restart more than once to try to get it working again. Any ideas?

  BUT now I can't restore my data to my phone.   When I used the Desktop Manager, I clicked on restore and then came a box that says: "the data in the following databases...". Do you want to continue? ', followed by a list of my databases. Below that is a box for you to check that says «Clear the current memory of the OBU... and restore data...» ».  This sentence is overlying (you can see in the text) the Yes/No to click on the box.  So, even if I check the box in front of the text, I can't click on Yes or no. (nothing happens when I click on it). I tried to restart a few times Director of office, but I always get the same thing.  Should I uninstall and reinstall?

• BlackBerry Smartphones showing new SMS when there is not?

  I have the Blackberry Storm, v. 4.7.0.75, and my phone shows w / an astrik on "SMS" icon on the home screen that I have new messages. It does NOT indicate that at the top of the home screen where the time is displayed as it does normally if there are any new texts, emails, etc. I get out my phone's battery and replaced it, and the astrik went maybe 5 seconds, then reappeared again. If I go to the menu screen (show all icons) then go back to the home screen, the astrik will disappear momentarily and then come back. I have NO new messages, all saved messages, or something like that. If anyone knows what I can do, please help.

  It was probably ti necessary reset my email setting on my laptop... but how to do when the crash...

  Looks like email account was always on my previous provider... he can explain why I can't configure it with my new provider... Have to wait now that it is active!

  I uninstalled BBM by accident and you need to reinstall.

  When I went to reinstall, it says "Messenger of blackberry application already exists. Replace 6.10.49 with the version 6.10.49 version', but if I say yes then it said "there was a problem during the installation, please try again.

  However, I can't find BBM on my BB just about anywhere!
