  Whenever I connect to my creative cloud Desktop Manager, I receive one of two scenarios:

  (1) my apps are listed correctly

  (2) my apps are not listed and does not give me the installation option; Instead, I see icons that say "start the trial".

  In scenario 1, when I click to open a program (e.g., After Effects), the program loads, but I am presented with a screen of "Trial has expired", by which I am required to re-login using my credentials. However, once I do, it informs me that the application has already been installed in other places, and I will need to sign out of all other applications. Once I select this option, my CC Desktop Manager disconnects, but I am able to use After Effects.

  This also happens when I start After Effects locally, without having to navigate through the Desktop Manager.

  It's really frustrating to have to connect. I uninstalled and re-installed all my apps, as well as the Director of office of CC, but problems continue to persist.

  Is there a cure for this? Ideally I would like to use CC Desktop Manager like a local Manager opening my apps since, and not having to log in each time, how I imagine things are "supposed" to be. The caveat is that I use the connection of work/business.

  Do you mean without errors in the text or formatting? When you place an Excel doc, the Place dialog box allows you to display Import Options. You can choose to place as a non formatted table and apply to any InDesign Table Style.

All the birthdays and the synchronized contact info but no other dates on the calendar. Spent way too much time trying to run when I discovered that the RIM software does not support the last office. GREAT!

  I m a first time user of BB and very satisfied with the purchase. Recently, I set up a password to protect my phone. When it crashes I just type the password and it will unlock. To my surprise when I tried to sync with the Desktop Manager, he asks the password, but when I type on my laptop it doesn´t acknowledge it and starts the 1/10, 2/10 tryes screen. The only solution was to remove the password of the device.

  Where I'm going wrong?

  Be warned that 10 incorrect password attempts will wipe your device - be careful.

  You have probably a problem of common user where you 'think' you have an uppercase character or a number in the password and you do really, becase that your password is masked by asterisks when you entered first, and you have continued to enter the password ON the device that you think it is.

  Who is? It is a common mistake.

• BlackBerry smartphones can not connect 8230 to Desktop Manager

  Last week I can't get my 8230 curve to connect with my Desktop Manager on my XP or Vista machine.

  It was working fine all this while but it suddenly did not connect this last week. Would it be a software update or something from Microsoft? I use v4.2.2.14 on the xp and the v3.5 on vista. It can connect to the PC and I can browse my press card, etc. It will not work with the Desktop Manager only.

  And my curve continues to Flash 'connection to the office.

  Error 507 means that the device doesn't detect any operating system installed on the device.

  See the link below to download it and follow these simple instructions.

  Hi and welcome to the forums,

  I think that you do it correctly, the Desktop Manager goes by PIN code. I would have suggested 2 accounts on windows that you already have.

  There are two files remain active on the PC, when you close Desktop Manager: BBdevmgr.exe and rimdevicemgr.exe Device Manager. I usually have to manually kill the process using Windows Task Manager. I did not have two accounts on my machine, so I don't know if these end up when switch you users. I was looking at these processes when you place or logoff users. If they stay in place, they will give you bad. You can take the habit of restarting between you and your wife using the Desktop Manager.
