  I still think you should get a new card reader.  The adapters are not likely to be the problem.  On the other hand, I had a player go bad and yet still be "recognized" by the computer.

  It is possible, but probably not - IMO that reinstall the driver (if available; in general, however, these devices use drivers that come built-in to Windows) or a firmware update (if available for your drive in particular) could solve the problem.  What is the brand and model of your card reader?

  At the very least, you should see if you can find someone with a SDHC card reader and then see if you can read and format the card using your cards.

  OK, now.  Solved the problem. The vi is fine, but some fragile son have been identified... worked in MAX but not in vi.  Now that the connections have been tightened, it works for both.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

  The biggest problem I see with the page is that there is no defined document type.  This means browsers have to guess what validation to use to guess what effects should arrive.  If you click on edit->-> category title/encoding Page Properties, you must define the Document Type (DTD).  I.e. once set DW will define the type of document for you.  You can then save and re-upload your document and we can see if the same problem persists.

  You should still be able to delete the files in your Acrobat.com account (and receive a confirmation message "delete file" when you do. If this isn't the case, please clear the cache, and then open a session in https://cloud.acrobat.com/files. When you select a file to delete, you will see a list of options at the top of the list of files - on the far right, you will see the delete option.

  Good job on the recovery! But all is not lost for your data. If you did the update via your PC, then in the early stages of the process should have been a backup of your data (assuming you do not defeat this feature). If you're on a PC, then look for in your entire hard drive to a file with the extension of the IPD (*.) IPD)... check the date and time of the results... created more recently is your best candidate and if all goes well, it was created at the time you did the update.
