Smartphones blackBerry Strange question... Help please :)

Hello everyone, I am Ozzy, and this is my first post (I think?) on the support forums. I hope you're all well on this cold day today.

I was hoping you could offer me help on issue of ths that I'll explain in details.

Info on the device
I have a Bold 9700. Device is unlocked and I use it on Tmobile.

Apps - I just last night installed CF Google and Google. I removed Score Mobile earlier and am now remove scoremobile fc to see if it wil solve my problem.

File before and after a battery to remove/replace. (Go to settings, then Options then status):
I have 43.8 MB free space left (Woohoo!, I managed to find a lot of free space since OS6 installed 2 months ago now, have not had problems surrounding this OS install )

A battery pull fix your problem?
Nope - I did several battery grips without my question being fixed. Im making a new one because I deleted an application.

Well, until this morning, 08:32 my device connected to the internet totally don't fine - no problems.

Now, I can not connect at all! I tried a BBM ping and test the message to a friend, I sent my service books, made 6 or 7 battery pulls and uninstalled apps that I installed last night. Despite all this my phone doesn't let me connect to the internet.

Twitter says "loading...". "because I have messages from refereshed, Opera Mini is not connect and my native browser is not connect either! The service books that I resent have not come back to me again?

I got a free internet for totally centuries now, this could be the problem? . Would Tmobile took my free internet? It was working fine this morning, but . Voice calls seem to work fine (although I have no credit to make calls, the Lady at tmobile voice connects and sounds good).

Also I dropped my phone too, but only from the bed to the floor (and not a high level on the floor).

Any advice? I feel lost without my BB operating . It's a part of me why are not the service books

HIE Ozzy, it comes to your first post in fact unless you have a different user profile. About your problem, a thing of interest that I see if the fact that you were able to surf the internet for free for ages. BlackBerry services are paid for about US$ 10 per month. Maybe you were lucky and now the deficit has been filled. Then, contact your service provider and ask your BIS account status, maybe they will give you an answer, or else you can start paying for the data service on a monthly basis to the access service.

    1. connect your USB cable to your PC in the BACK port, or another to the back of your PC, not a hub or the front USB port.

    2 here is a link to the latest OS released for the 8310. Use it.

    507 number only means that the Desktop Manager does not see any OS loaded into the device. Log on to the PC again and run Loader.exe again and it should load the operating system on the device.

  • Torch Smartphone blackBerry Bold questions

    Hi, I picked up a BB Bold 9900 after having a nightmare of a week with my BB Torch that I had been used for more than a year.  I have the following problems with my two phones:

    Phone NEW-BB Bold 9900:

    Despite transfer all my contacts from the torch to the "BOLD", many contacts are missing from my contacts list in the "BOLD".  Why is this?  These are still visible in my flashlight.  Therefore, it is absolutely useless for me to buy a BB if it is even impossible to recover my entire contact list.  Quite frustrating!

    FORMER telephone - BB Torch 9800:

    (1) touch screen, red touchbutton and keyboard are dysfunctional.

    (2) in spite of the withdrawal of the SIM card, the 'search box' on the home page seems to be hitting hlhlhlhlhlhlhlhlhlhlhlhlhlhlhlhlhlhlhlhl... automatically WITHOUT ANY CONTRIBUTION whatsoever! (goose bumps!)

    (3) BB Desktop Software version is updated according to the update link.  Says the ad Office device using the latest version.  So not the possibility of an upgrade.

    How can I solve the problems with the two above devices? Help, please!

    With you your old phone, connection to BlackBerry Protect with your BlackBerry ID and do a data backup.  If you do not have BlackBerry Protect installed on your old phone, take the time now to do.  You can find Protect www.blackberry.com/protect from the browser of your phone visit BlackBerry App World.

    Then, once your backup is complete, remove the battery from your old phone while it is turned on and with the SIM card still in it.  Replace the battery a few seconds later.

    Now, remove your SIM card from your old phone and put in to the new.  Turn on your new phone and the connection once more to protect (the connection can be found using the link above).  He will see that you have changed phones and will ask you if you want to associate your new phone with Protect.  The answer is Yes.  When it is connected to the Protect, look for the icon Restore From A Backup File and select the backup file that you just created.  Load on your new phone, make sure he restored correctly, then you can remove your old phone of protection if you want.

    It's the best way I know to deal with the situation.  Give it a try and post back with your results.

    There are, I don't know what I thought, but I deleted my BB Messenger.  I lost my list of phone, but the phone actually display my numbers at times.  I went and everything reinstalled (after I saved the info), but now when I go to restore on my Office Manager, he doesn't let me select one of the icons... now I can't restore my phone list in my contacts.  It should automatically start the backup and restore process when I plug my phone into the computer, but it is not... I am very frustrated.  If you know how to help, please do, but use normal information (not a Curmudgeon).  Thank you

    Open your Desktop Manager > Backup/Restore > advanced.

    In the left pane, choose file > open and navigate to and select your most recent *.ipd backup file and open it.

    THEN see if you can click to select the database to BlackBerry Messenger and then click the right-pointing arrow in the middle to move the database on your device.

    What contacts? Your address book... IF you have BlackBerry Protect installed and running on your old device, Protect restore data including your address book and other data. See more here:

    BBM contacts are not saved with Protect. However, using the same BBID, they will be restored if your previous 9790 had BBM 7 installed. Your BBID restore BBM contacts.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones SMS full Notification - help please

    I'm at my wits end with my Blackberry Torch 9810.  I have very little text messages in my Inbox, I lost the lot for some reason my phone has decided to change some date & in the future and trying to resolve that, in my opinion, I wiped everything, do not know what I did a few weeks ago, but they disappeared.

    Now I get notifications that my SMS Inbox is full and I need to delete messages.  Can someone help me I have a lot of messages on the handset and cannot believe it is complete unless there is an option I need to select/deselect.  The user guide is useless.

    I changed a parameter in the past as text messages seem to be endangered if they were in a month or so old, but all that I did I can't and don't know how to handle all my text messages myself.  My old iphone allowed me to keep the text as long messages I wanted with what appeared to be a very large storage area, now I just want to throw this thing in the bin.  Unfortunately I have 18 months remaining on my contract (business) so I can do nothing about it.

    You've restarted the unit? Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most defects and errors of operating system, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.

    Remove the battery while your phone is on, then replace it a few seconds later.

    If you're hoping that RIM will see your message - these forums are a chain of support to users, not a conduct of user-to-RIM. Therefore, it is unlikely they will see what you wrote.     Understand that RIM has no unilateral control over the availability of AppWorld. On the contrary, a triad of entities must agree - RIM, wireless service provider, and Government. So, what you can do, is put pressure on your company and/or your Government to allow the AppWorld in your country.

    In addition, you should know that AppWorld is simply a portal, vending apps developed mainly by others.     Your service provider is responsible for providing all services and support for you. No one else has no control. They need to solve this problem. You have the ultimate leverage - you pay for services they don't deliver. They have the ability (in fact, the responsibility) to escalate your case at RIM for extra support if necessary. You have no free method to request support from the RIM as the escalation of your provider.
