SmartView 11.1.2.5.400 - zip corrupt?

Hello

I recently downloaded SmartView 11.1.2.5.400 zip and could not decompress - corrupt zip archive.

I have tried different browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome etc) and download the sources (delivery and OTN).

Everyone knows the same? If so, with which it touches that this issue be fixed?

Thank you

Gabriel

For me that it still does not - I think that we are downloading from different sites "mirrored".

So, while giving up on this approach, I found a replacement on Oracle's Support Portal:

Patch 20327649: Patch Update Set: 11.1.2.5.400 for Oracle Smart View for office

Finally, I have something that works and that indeed there is size: 124MB

Bravo and thanks for trying to help anyway!

  • How to disable Smartview in Outlook 2010

    Hello

First time poster here, hope you guys can help out me. I am currently working on the deployment of Smartview in our environment. Clients access smartview to a Citrix connection, here are the details of our environment:

    Citrix server: Windows Server 2008 R2, Citrix XenApp 6.5 rollup pack 6. SmartView 11.1.2.5.400. Office 2010 SP2.

Customers: wide variety of different configurations, but the most common is Window 7 64 bit with Citrix receiver 4.1 to access Citrix.

I have some difficulty right now, but there is one in particular that I wish that you guys help me with. I need to have Smartview disabled by default in Office (I want to allow only users who need it). So far, I was able to turn off in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, but it does not work in Outlook. I tried to use the builtin option within smartview to hell with it, but it doesn't do anything.

There is a topic archived on this forum (can't seem to disable Smart View in Outlook) that describes what exactly my situation. I tried everything suggested in this topic, but it did not work.

Someone else has experienced this problem and managed to resolve it? I would be eternally grateful if you did and shared your solution.

    Thank you

You could change the Windows registry entries. Depending on the number of servers to install, you can't really go through the menus in Outlook.

Path may vary depending on your configuration, but on my machine there

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\

I think that if you change the Loadbehavior subkey to 0, it will disable the add-in.

I downloaded a zip file of the interenet and when I try to open an error message keeps coming up that it is not th file in zip format or the file is corrupted, I use zip easy to try to open the file.

    Hello

Its probably a bad zip as it says, corrupt. Or it could be a file format that is not ZIP, was
renamed with the ZIP extension. Try to use 7 - Zip to open the file. Try it on another computer.

I bought the full version of Photoshop Elements 10 thanks to Adobe, but cannot install it due to a corrupt 7z file.  I tried to download it through the following channels:

    2. the evaluation via download Adobe version

However, they can be extracted through the EXE from Adobe or through programs such as 7 - ZIP.

File is as follows (on Windows 7):

    Size: 1.50 GB (1,611,833,660 bytes)

  • SmartView 'Calc All' corrupted script Essbase database

I'm not sure that anyone has any experience of this incident before. We have end-users with the SmartView Excel of Hyperion Planning installed plugin. By default, there is an option of script that end users can click on the ' Calc all "to run.

In one incident, the user pointed out such a script to run on backend Essbase database 'Calc All'. As the work batch is quite laborious, we stop the lot via the Regional service console. But after the batch is stopped, we found that any level 0 data source disappeared - total lost! We tried to find a way to recover but without success. Finally, we need restore the full backup.

We checked with our Oracle consultant locally and they mentioned that, to stop a batch to the service console Regional is the right way to do it. It should not corrupt the database.

In any case please avoid accidental command running that script you use SmartView and Essbase. You should not prevent the lot via the Regional service console.

I don't know why an Essbase Calc default caused your data away, or why you couldn't stop him.

The problem with the planners of planning is to have this Essbase calc access. Why? A mystery.

An easy way to make sure a default Calc is not make havoc is to edit the Calc by default in the EAS do a right-click on the database by choosing together-> default Calc and removing the ALL CALC; It is here and in just a '; '. (without the quotes). This will validate yet but does nothing.

No one program cannot be used to detect and remove any malware. Added that often easy
