  We had the similar problem in the past, our problem is:
  Problem:
  We have removed weblogic default security domain user and create a new user when Manager nodes and managed servers declined. When we try to put in place managed servers after the starting node Manager we continue get refused authentication errors.

  Solution:
  Recreate the user weblogic now try and implement servers managed from the command line using weblogic user. Once they are up to tap them down and bring them to the top again with the new user you created and it will work

  Reason:
  The 10.3-managed servers seems to store the local credentials he managed ldap or cache servers. When you start managed servers don't know the new information of identification and authentication performed against the old values of credentials stored, where they fail. Once they are started with the information identification old they communicate with the admin servers to sync it hides with admin servers and new identification information is updated and then you can restart the servers managed with the new credentials.
  Note: Sometimes after reboot you can meet the problem as the synchronization with the administration server process is asynchornous, weblogic prints a line saying something like asynchronous operation with the null Server address. If the line is printed sync has arrived and you're good. In case you do not see the line to reboot once again and you will see the line after which you can restart with the new credentials.

  You may have to go to your profile folder and delete the file logins.json (make a backup first!) then manually and try the procedure again.

• [SOLVED] Administrator - lost privileges with records (Win7)

  Hello.

  I am the only account on this computer, and it's an administrator account (Windows 7 32 bit).  I have confirmed that I am free of viruses and other malicious software.

  The problem is that my admin privileges work only partially.  After the test, it would seem that I control everywhere where I should, save for when it comes to the folder structure real itself.  A simple example, I cannot save to a folder read-only and aren't I allowed to change its read-only State.  However, in the Control Panel, I am able to edit any variety of details that have the shield of the administrator beside them.

  I even ran across the simple 'check' the clock I've seen done on other parts of this site and Microsoft in general.

  How can I return control?  It is not very useful for me to have areas that I can't access.  I hope I won't have to dance around too.

  I use a custom application Apex 5.0 authentication.

  After connection, if the user password has expired so I am able to move the user to the page of free password change.

  However, I wanted to logoff this user by force and so that the user can connect with the new password. I tried with owa_util.redirect_ur but no luck.

  Can someone tell me please how to do this?

  Instead of OWA_UTIL. REDIRECT_URL, use the following API: APEX_AUTHENTICATION. LOGOUT

  Create a process after the process of change of your auto password:

I am the authentication of the APEX for my application - and I try to get my request to the user to reset their password after the first use of force.   I still don't understand why the procedure did not indicate the flag correctly, but support for Oracle has been able to give me a solution. For those who are interested in the future - the solution was to set the workspace setting "require the user account Expiration and locking" to Yes.

  I didn't realize that this setting would influence the requirement for a user to change their password on first use.

• Lost in My Documents after the failure of the system files

  I have a (~ 6 years old), Dell Precision Workstation 360 serice XP Pro pack 3. This morning when I got up the screens show vertical bands of color. Given zero has nothing - not even the selection screen or function key boot options to enter the bios Setup. In brief - not even a partial boot - just (double) monitors show the vertical lines of color. Encryption on the motherboard could have found death I took the C: drive and plugged into one another computer (XP) via one box drive external usb. In windows Explorer I can see just about everything that I expect to see on the drive except in the My Documents folder. I don't know what should be there, but the only in My Documents is the music of my pictures of my user name and user name. The only items in these folders are the XP sample music files and images. I did a search on the entire disk for a couple of files that I know should be in My Documents, but nothing was found. Since then, I ran a virus scan using Norton Internet Security, but he found no virus. I've got some critical files on this disc I need today. Stupid me - had not saved them in a few weeks, so a lot of work is missing.

  Any assistance to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

  It seems that there are file system corruption, after the failure of your hardware. Try some recovery software data (links below) or, if data is critical and expense is not a problem, don't take any chances and send the drive to a professional drive savers data recovery company.

  I have a xx1 table with id and flag columns. So I want the data in this table, after the last flag matched. I want that data to id 7 in the rooms. Even if the id 2,3,5 are null flag 'Y' was at 6.   I bought a toshiba Satellite C850-1cp and I had some problem (I dropped a coffee on the keyboard)

  One of my friends told me to restore win 8 unsuccessufully because the function keys do not work...

  What exactly do you have after the replacement of keyboard?
  Have you installed new system or what?
  The USB ports worked before the replacement of keyboard?

  Satellite C850-1cp was pre-installed with Win 8 64 bit.
  Usually, you should be able to load the original image.
  Switch on and press F12. Now you should see recovery of HARD drive option.
  Is it available?

• DeskJet 6940 ink black smudges on page some time after the change of the cartridge

  Ink started smudges on the printed page, not immediately after I changed the cartridge ink, but after about 50 leaves.  Some leaves have small lines perpendicular to the printed lines as was ink on the rollers.

  I opened the printer and wipe excess ink above the bottom of the grey cables and off the coast of stainless steel rod that runs through the Interior.

  Reset the photoshop preferences could cure the problem.

  Press and hold down the Shift + Ctrl + Alt keys right after the beginning of the launch of photoshop 7

  (Shift-command-Option on mac)

  Keep possession of the keys down until you get a dialog box asking if you want to delete the adobe photoshop settings file

  You can run the restructuring in the Regional service menu or you can use MaxL Alter database appname.dbname force restructuring
