• I just installed Acrobat Pro XI.  When I went to start the program asked me for a serial number, which I have, but the menu drop-down did not include Pro XI and gave me an error message

  Also, check the following:

  • Check form is saved in XML form dynamics in the Save as dialog box.
  • Make sure the menu drop down doesn't have a limit value / specified in the object > Binding tab.
  • I would drop the second "ElseIf" and just run with a 'other '. It seems only two choices, then the principal if the declaration will capture a condition and the other with the second exit.

  When you attempt to save a bookmark using the "Bookmark this page", then by selecting Menu bookmark to display a list of recorded files, the list of the saved files that appears is a short partial list. This list does not scroll to view unlisted remaining folders. All of these files are searchable/accessible when "show all bookmarks".

  The method that seems to work OK is to use the method you describe. It requires another step to click or two, but I can see and reach all my saved files when you save a bookmark. Thanks for the suggestion of workaround.

  I would suggest that there is a bug in there somwhere that needs to be squashed.  It prevents a complete list of saved folders and bookmark s from being displayed under Bookmarks Menu when Bookmark this Page is selected.

• RoboHelp 11 - text menu DHTML drop-down is not displayed in the output folder

  I had this problem in almost all versions, which are currently using 11. Created new topics, imported old themes that worked, also created new projects 'test' with a subject in there with a text hotspot. That's what I do.

  2. click on DHTML > create menu drop-down Hotspot and text.

  To try your suggestions, I have solved my problem. Looks like when I generate my code that I have to do my output folder on the network server drive.

  What I did is generating the code on my and then local C:\ drive by copying on the network server. Some how this is something for files, don't know what, but it works now.

  I did a system restore, after seeing some other problems with my computer. Now, it seems to work correctly. I think that refreshing Firefox may not have worked until I did the restore, because he tried to open my previous session, even after rebooting. • The cutting tool will not work in trying to capture the menu drop-down

  I've recently upgraded to Office 2016 from 2013 and since then my Snipping Tool will not work correctly. I can always capture what I want except for the drop down menus. Eight other users are connected to my network of the company; all Windows 7, all Office 2016 and it works on all the computer but mine. I opened the Snipping Tool, click Cancel (tried to escape, too), and then open the menu drop down, press Ctrl + print screen and nothing happens. Can someone help me?

  I just thought of it myself. Used to work in previous versions using the Esc, then press Ctrl + print screen. Now, it's a little different.

  1. Your screen are preparing to capture you want, with the exception of the drop down.
  2. Open the capture tool and choose the type of capture you want (I use the Rectangle) and now the new part... Choose a delay for however many seconds you have to when you press New when you can open the drop desired down.
  3. Click new. (The capture tool will activate not to but the number of seconds you have chosen late.)
  4. Open your drop desired down and wait for the tool.
  5. Proceed as usual.
