  If you have purchased Adobe Creative cloud, please open the creative Cloud Desktop application and click the preferences on the upper right of the Application. Magnatune, please navigate to Apps and select and change the language from there. You will need to download the necessary application again it is in the English language.

  What is a purchased product?  If so the serial number is related to the language, so it's likely that you inadventently bought the French version.  I would recommend viewing ordered a swap of platform of Adobe product or language Exchange.

  Looks like you bought it with the Japanese and want to just English from top to bottom.  Probably the best thing to do is call Acer Support and see if you can pay for the DVD of restoration.  This will not only get you on English, but you'll have the right support for future use.  I hope less than a hundred dollars.

  You need to change the language in the AAM from Dutch into English before installing the software, once you change the language, and then install this will be in English.

  1. uninstall the Applications

  2. start Adobe Application Manager
  Windows: choose Start > all programs > Adobe Application Manager
  Mac OS X: Alias for Adobe Application Manager is located in your Applications folder.
