  Disconnect all external devices from the computer and try to restart the computer and check what is happening.

   

  Step 1:

  Try to boot to the desktop in safe mode and check what is happening. Only basic files and drivers needed to run Windows are started. If a problem doesn't reappear when you start in safe mode, you can eliminate the default settings and basic as possible cause device drivers. To start in safe mode follow the link.

  If you are able to boot to the desktop in Mode safe, it means that the third-party application prevents the computer from starting in normal mode.   I found a post on our discussion forum to a client who was trying to do the same thing as you and also ran into a crash of VB6. In his case, the accident was caused by an incorrect setting during the call to the function.

  The first part of the post office treats the correct settings. The second part of this post does not apply to your configuration, your type of card that supports under the power state.

• RoboHelp crashes when I try to change a sensitive 5 html layout page

  If I right click on one of the pages screen layout in the section of provisions of area form of project configuration that RoboHelp breaks down.  If I create a new, the Editor opens, but RoboHelp crashes whenever I try to change it. I can manually change the slp files in a text editor, but it's not particularly easy!

  I have 11.0.3.268 of RoboHelp.  I tried to create a completely new project, and the same thing happens.  I work locally on my desk, publication on a server.  I've added yet not any control of the project's source code.

  Any suggestions would be welcome.

  It is a known problem of regression in RoboHelp 11.0.3. The only solution for now is to open the SLP files with Notepad or another editor.

  I tried numerous amounts of time to install several updates, including windows vista service pack 2, but whenever I do they keep all default.   If you have installed a security software on the computer, then I suggest you try to disable temporary and check to see if the same problem happens. Make sure that you enable security software back once the diagnosis is made to prevent the computer from virus attacks.

• Windows Live Mail crashes when you reply.

  It comes to Windows Live Mail Version 2009 (Build 14.0.8089.0726) running under Vista/64.  Recently, to meet some incoming mails, WLM "Calera" for 15 or 20 seconds.  What is happening is: I double-click on a message and it appears in the reading pane.  Then I click 'Reply to all' or simply Ctrl + R for an individual response.  This transfers the incoming message for the written component and should show a cursor flashing above the received message.  But what is happening is that the writing pane opens with the message embedded in the top of the Panel and no blinking cursor.  After that the second of 15-20 period, the message falls where it belongs and the cursor appears.  Everything is fine then.  Could there be any property of these incoming messages that would cause WLM for this?   Second posting this message, first one disappeared from the system).

  I use Windows Vista Home Premium (64-bit platform).  Just recently, when I right click on the red X in the upper right to close a window, the window and the cursor freezing for about fifteen seconds.  The window then closes, and the slider works normally.

  This happens to my office, although my laptop (same operating system Vista, except for the 32-bit version) works normally.  I use CCleaner on a regular basis, and I have the latest version of AVG anti-virus and Microsoft Security Essentials installed.  This Setup has worked well for over a year.  This problem appeared only in the last 24 hours.

  First, as soon as the computer and then restarting it later in the day, the question has not repeated itself.  I had read on Google that people with this problem a couple of years, were not so lucky.

  I have not addded any software, except to perform Windows updates usual a week ago.  The suddenness of the appearance of my problem led me to believe that these patches were probably not at fault.  When I went to log on to this second time, I had planned to restore the system to a previous backup to see if that gave me work around the problem.  However, it was not necessary.

  No error message appears when the problem occurred, and the problem was if I was in the office or on the Internet.  Nevertheless, I intend to register your comments useful diagnosis for later use, and for your efforts, thank you very much!

  It is not all the time, but it happens sporadically. The only way to retrieve messages to work is then to restart the Mac set. I'm running El captain and only, it started to happen after I upgraded from Yosemite to El captain.  Any ideas how to fix would be appreciated!
