Impossible to find info and online help, need to talk to a real person. They used to have a support phone number technical but is not running more. Info will be very appreciated!

    Sounds like you are trying to install with the ORIGINAL serial number provided with your product rather than the NEW one with the download.

    Adobe do support the last two versions (10 and 11) so if they have knowledge of 7 at all it's just a lucky accident...!

    Furthermore, I hope that you install on an old computer to Windows XP, because you won't get far in Windows 7 or Windows 8 with this version...

    I am the holder of the registration for the software and had previously installed. I replaced my system and you need to reinstall all my software.  have software, boxes and serial in my possession. Previously, I was directed to ctl + shft + dble left click to receive a challenge code that was provided to the Adobe representative, Customer Service which in turn provide a response code that would allow my software to record properly.

    Tried new support chat online and found an individual who understood exactly what to do.

    For any other person with the same problem, here's what to do:

    1. Enter the serial number of the upgrade of the software (look for the green check mark)
    2. Select the product calling and enter the serial number of eligible product
    3. Software either active or generates an error message. If the error message, go to step 4
    4. Hit (ctrl + Shift + Double click left) - which launches the sequence of stimulus / response as follows:
    5. system creates a code of challenge you will need to provide Adobe with a customer service representative
    6. Adobe customer service will provide you with a response code that perfectly complements the software activation

    I use creative cloud membership. And I fails to cancel the membership. I use google chrome and firefox to access my account, but when I opened 'manage plan' to cancel, there is always a 404 error.

    So I try to contact the customer service team, but there is no any direct e-mail contact, only forum and phone number, no cat. I post in the forum and that answer only Member me, not the adobe staff.

    We, customer, pay US $ 33/month to get a very bad customer service. I use many online services and Adobe seems the worst customer service I've experienced up to now.

    Contact customer via chat and they can't help me because the invoice from the adobe site is provided by digital river and they are unable to track the purchase - they need to order number that is not on the invoice

    I don't understand how adobe can not keep a purchase according to the invoice is provided on their own Web site

    The site gave me a hotline number that has a message recorded for products CS saying Adobe does not offer telephone support for products cs - go to site

    A bit frustrating - the reception in Sydney adobe phone number even goes to a messaging speech just as the number of licenses in volume on the invoice

    Anyone at adobe can really help? -even find one at the end of a phone would be a good thing.

    I ordered Acrobat DC Pro student 11 days earlier by phone, the sales representative said I would not need to present evidence since I used my school email as my user name for connection. I have connect a few days later to download and install Adobe, said my order is still in treatment, could take 24 hours to check. Yet a few days later, I get an email saying that I need to connect and click on the link 'Submit the evidence' to complete my order. He does not and never has been a link 'Submit proof' anywhere on any of my account pages, so I try using online chat and I wait more than 20 minutes, no response, the next day I call technical support, as the sales rep told me to do if I had problems, he told me to use aid to chat online and says goodbye! Does anyone else have this level of difficulty to get this software? If anyone has any ideas, I would be grateful for help with what to do next, in addition to calling my credit card company and stopping payment to Adobe.

    Yay well, after an hour of waiting for support, I finally got it.

    Will be held on 1 and the last under pretty I never give to Adobe.

    Support officer was very helpful, but the other 11 days of aggravation and ineptitude on the part of Adobe won't forget anytime soon.
