  It does not work. You need to copy to your hard drive. Do NOT use a Nikon utility to do! Nikon software is so bad that it tends to make the files unusable nave even in their own software, if you have an older version installed. Use a system built into the tool.

  I have a CD containing photos as jpg files. I can read perfectly fine on my old laptop Windows XP, but when I insert it into the laptop Toshiba using Windows Vista it tells me that there are no files on the disk?

  I assume that you have created and burned this CD of picture on another machine.
  I noticed several times that the CD / DVD that was burned using different CD/DVD burner cannot read correctly on other laptops.

  But a hint;
  Have you tried the registry trick?
  Completely remove the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters from the following registry key values:
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

  Then restart the computer and check if the CD can be read!

  This is a bug resulting an uninstall of the previous version of Ps CC (14.x). We are working on a fix for this currently.

  If you want to resolve this problem before we can put the fix, you must uninstall Ps CC 2014 (15.0) [do not delete questioned preferences], and then reinstall it.

  You must be at least 6.2 Lightroom. You can upgrade to LR6, or use the free Adobe DNG converter to convert raw files to DNG, which can be read by LR5. A third option is to subscribe to the plan of creative photography of cloud, which gives you the latest versions of Lightroom and Photoshop.

  I have a MacBook Pro and when I try to import a music CD into my iTunes library, iTunes not read the album or track titles.  I've seen other messages on re - install iTunes, problems with Gracenote and be connected to the internet.  My computer is connected to the internet and Gracenote is still not read the CD.  Is there a solution for this other than to manually enter the tracks on the album and track names?

  I tried the fix option, tried to find out if it is activated, etc. Still not reading.

  Problem is the CD Player reads only DVDs (takes a minute to load) it won't read/write on CD or open the CD. The CD is not corrupted I used them several times before and others are empty. When I try to burn something using Nero 7 on an Audio CD it just keeps telling me to insert a CD R/RW blank, even if it is present in it. It makes a click noise all few seconds, but is never to play the disc, or accept it has a vacuum in and let me continue to burn files that him.

  When I tried a CD Rom it just stopped after trying for 30 seconds and has not loaded.

  When I tried a legitimate Audio CD (bought) he did the same. Ever, loads the data.

  When I try a DVD it works however it takes about 30 seconds to load this feature.

  The disc is a failure and the laser that handles CDs is completely dead. Replace the drive. It is a simple and inexpensive hardware solution. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

  I recently bought a Nikon D500 as a return to the top of body.

  When you try to download my first photos on the D500, Lightroom would not read them. I searched and found an update of the software. After update, Lightroom read and downloaded pictures of the D500.

  Now, Lightroom will not read or download new photos taken on the original D800!

  I have searched for new updates to the Lightroom software but tells me that my sorter is up-to-date.

  Display the exact error message you get when importing.

  D500 requires Lightroom 6.5/CC 2015.5. Cameras supported by Adobe Camera Raw

  You updated Lightroom to version 6.5? This is the version you need. What is the exact wording of the message you receive?

  Each device is compatible with a minimum version of camera raw.

  Please check if you have this version of the camera installed which include your raw files.

  It would also be that your photoshop will not have to install this version of camera raw as its very old.

  In this case, you can convert your raw files to DNG and can use it.

  To convert the files to DNG, you must download and install the DNG Converter.

  Upgrade, or -.

  Convert raw DNG images using the Adobe DNG Converter program free of charge your Sony raw images. Then import the DNG versions in Lightroom.

  "Adobe DNG Converter" is not part of Lightroom (or Photoshop), but a separate (standalone).

  You "run" program, select the folder of images from Sony, select a folder for the output DNG files.

  Support for the camera has been added in the latest version of Lightroom, version 5.7.1. After you download Camera Raw 8.7.1 will have no effect on Lightroom because Lightroom does not use plug in Camera Raw. You must ensure that you have updated Lightroom to the latest version in order to have support for this camera.
