• sound options displays "disconnected."

  The sound is not my HDMI cable to my Sony TV. It shows that it is disconnected.  It worked fine before, but after that I updated the drivers for my ASUS hd 7770 (2 GB) it has stopped working.  In fact, it works when I restart the computer.  I can "extend" monitors and have no problem, the visualization and the pleading on my Sony TV, but as soon as I put the monitors back to normal it loses the collection with tv in regard to sound only...  I am able to send video to the TV immediately after but the sound won't Cross and playback devices shows that the appliance is disconnected.

  I also tried different things such as setting the HDMI etc. but default setting does not remain like that and the problem comes back.  I tried to roll back previous drivers and that has worked very well, but caused other issues with games etc...

  Don't know how to solve this; ASUS did not support.

  Yes to make it work if I set my pc to never turn off the monitor and never Hibernate.

• Visualization of music. Time remapping problem!

  Hey everybody. I played with visualization of music after effects a little and now I'm in a bit of a pickle. Many channels of music publishing have visualizations with particles and or animations that change speed based on the music. I have a copy of Trapcode soundkeys so I can turn the music in keyframes and achieve such animations, but here's my problem.

  If I time remap a composition playing time * 1 + Enter keys sound after the typing animation kick goes to the rear where it would have been without the kick. Is there a way to make a demo you time remapping only go forward? Y at - it a way of expression that checks the value of the last image and I'm way off?

  For example Monstercat make their background of particles. Is the speed of the particle generator ramp or there at - it a way to get similar effects of time remapping, so it could be used on more varied and interesting effects. Any help and responses are greatly appreciated!

  I understand that after your wife 5 iPhone update and your iPhone 6 the new iOS, you both know questions in regards the phone doesn't ring do not or may not alert you to the alert notifications when you receive a message. I use my iPhone all the time and I count on the possibility of having my phone alert me for incoming calls and messages. We'll see what we can do.

  The first thing I want you to do is to restart the two iPhones. Make sure that your wife's iPhone has the ring/silent switch on mute.

  in iDVD 9.1.2, after upgrade to 10.12, sounds imported into iTunes in the iDVD themes part is silent.

  I tried different formats (AIFF, AAC) does not. The sounds file in the media, but when setting browser in the

  well, it won't play the preview.

  Otherwise, the contents of the DVD in preview sounds good.

  Do I missed something or what is new under macOS.

• Why can't add sounds to mail to Sierra

  After the upgrade to Sierra, I would add is no longer a 'personal' sound of my files to act as my 'new message '. The sound folder is locked and I have, even as an administrator, can't unlock it or add sounds in the folder.  All I have now is a drop-down list of predetermined choice of Apple, and none of these things include the addition of new sounds.  Preference once gave me the choice to go to my files, I have more choice. Can someone tell me how to add my own sounds?

• Alarm brings more sound after updating iOS 10

  The alarm makes more no noise. I updated my phone a few days ago and initially, it worked, but now when the alarm "goes off" there is no sound. The volume is on and more strong, the phone rings when someone calls and other notifications make noise, but not alarm. Even when you choose a different alarm, no sound (usually, you hear a sample of the alarm). That I am I doing wrong or what happened?

  I do not have its coming out of my macbook pro os x 10.8.1 but if an earphone is connected I hear the sound and there is a red light through the matter of earphone. What is happening to you can help me?

  The red light of the headset jack means the MacBook Pro thinking that an optical audio cable is plugged into the port. Try to have disconnected and reconnected a headphone plug into the port several times. There is a tiny sensor inside the port that determines if the port is operating in analog or optical mode. Something similar by plugging should trigger the sensor and restore the analog signal.

  After updating my iPhone 6 to 10.0.2 has changed the sound quality of the voice of the people at the other end. It does not resemble a normal call. He has the kind of internet "voice over" quality to it. Is there a setting that may have been changed inadvertently made calls sound like that? It seems not horrible, but it's weird!

  There is nothing in the iOS 10.0.2 update that change any settings on the voice quality, nor is there yet a setting to change.

  Try to reset the phone, or if it does not, try a restore.

• New Audio USB Interface lose sound on El Capitan

  Hi all!

  A few weeks ago that I upgraded my MacBook Pro retina 15 "end 2013 to El Capitan, after that my USB Audio Interfaces (Focusrite Scarlett 2i4) and Safire 6 USB stopped working properly. Both work correctly when they are connected to an iMac 5K running the same operating system.

  I can listen to Audio for some time (about 10-2 Minutes, it is always different), when the Audio starts to crush und get outs, after a certain time there is only silence "click on" come out of the speakers.

  I already tried to reinstall OS X (starting with CMD R and reinstall OS), reset PRAM and SMC. Nothing has changed the question. Any ideas where it comes from?

  It is most likely a software conflict. Note the time at which audio is running out. Open the Console and look for accidents or mistakes at this time.

  The reason why it crashes on a mac, but not the others most likely is related to differences in software installed. Run Etrecheck on touch mac and post the report here.

  After the upgrade to Sierra, I have no sound.  Did a search, which was told to reinstall the operating system.  However, when I try to reinstall, it says I can't because I have a latest version.

  FWIW, it looks like you were in the public beta program and don't exclude therefore ended up with a 10.12.1 beta that would be most recent. All you can do is to wait for the release of the new version of Sierra.

  It could be something else, check 'about this Mac' and see what version it says is installed.

• No sound in Windows 10

  I have a new iMac El Cap, fully implemented in day running.  I created a partition of 10 Windows using Bootcamp.  Sound does not. Win Device Mgr shows no sound information. Direct X DXDiag says there is no sound h/w and advises to load a driver if it is planned.  Apple support (chat) told me (a) on Mac OS use Bootcamp Assistant > Action > download the Windows Support software to download on a USB stick, then (b) under Windows, run USBDrive > Bootcamp > setup.exe.  But the Bootcamp directory on the USB key does not contain a setup.exe file: only two subdirectories and an AutoUnattend.xml file.  Any ideas?

  It is an older BC driver package, but the structure of the file should look like.
