Spaceport.sys BSOD KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR

Hello.

I got the BSOD twice in the last two days at seemingly random times. I did research online and discovered that it could be due to problems with the hard drive. I'll do a chkdsk soon but here is my question: spaceport.sys shows here? Can this be any problem other than the HARD drive? What causes these problems with the HARD drive?

Hello

To help you, we will need for the. DMP files to analyze what exactly happened at the time of the accident, etc.

If you do not know where. The DMP files, here's how to get to them are:

1. go to the folder % systemroot%\Minidump.

2 copy all the DMP files in the Minidump folder on your desktop and zip then those files.

3. download the zip containing the. Files DMP Onedrive or a Web hosting of your choice and paste it in your answer. Favorite sites: Onedrive, Mediafire, Dropbox, etc.. Anything with waiting-timers.

4 (optional): The type of. DMP files in the Minidump folder are known as small images of memory. In any % there will be what we call a kernel image (if your system is configured to generate). It is labeled MEMORY. DMP. The difference between the small images of memory and core-dumps in the simplest definition is that a kernel image contains much more information at the time of the accident, which allows more debugging of your question. If your upload speed and you're not going against any strict caps bandwidth and/or use, etc., the kernel image is the best choice. Note that the core-dumps are much larger in size due to containing much more information, that's why I mentioned the download speed, etc..

If you plan to use Onedrive but don't know how to download it, please see the following:

Download pictures and files to Onedrive.

Please note that all programs "cleaner" such as TuneUp Utilities, CCleaner, etc., default will remove. DMP files after use.

If your computer does. DMP files, follow these steps:

1. start > type systemroot which should show the Windows folder, click it. Once inside this folder, make sure there is a Minidump folder created. If not, CTRL-SHIFT-N to create a new folder and name it Minidump.

2 Windows key + Pause key. This should appear in the system. Click Advanced on the left system settings > advanced > performance > settings > advanced > make sure there is a check mark for "manage automatically the size of pagefile for all readers."

3 Windows key + Pause key. This should appear in the system. Click Advanced on the left system settings > advanced > startup and Recovery > settings > system > ensure there is a check mark next to "write an event to the system log.

Make sure Small Memory Dump is selected and ensure that the path is % systemroot%\Minidump.

4. ensure that viewers is ENABLED:

Start > Search > type services.msc > on the name tab, search for Windows Error Reporting Service > if the service status is not started, then right-click and select start. Also to ensure that, under Startup Type set to automatic rather than manual. You can do this by right click, select properties and under general selection on 'Automatic' startup type and then click on apply.

If you can not get into normal mode to do this, please do so via Safe Mode.

Kind regards

Patrick

It seems that you have a bad hard drive or RAM module in your new system (ran 6 hollow landfill WinDBG), since it is a new system, I would bring her to the store you bought and let replace it.

Read this guide on how to test your RAM Modules: http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/how-to/pc-upgrades/3432631/how-check-for-bad-ram-modules-in-your-pc/

Read this guide on how to test your hard drive: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/toolsofthetrade/tp/tophddiag.htm

Personally, I'd suggest to return the computer to the store and allow them to correct the problem, apparently not driver related to me (especially if you updated all..), it seems that you have a malfunction of the equipment.

You can try and run CHKDISK (http://windows8themes.org/how-to-run-chkdsk-in-windows-8.html), but I suggest you RMA your system and let check the RAM and hard drive.

If however, you want to ensure that it is not Windows, then reinstall Windows and see if the problems come back, but I bet they will be.

I know this answer might not be what you want... but...

The screenshots of the blue screen shows the details of the file iastor.sys.
This file iastor.sys belongs to the SATA controller driver.

Especially this kind of BSOD would appear if you must pass between the compatible mode (IDE) and AHCI in the BIOS.

It could also be that the HARD internal disk works badly or the HARD disk controller.

But I think you should start the basic principles which is the replacement of the HARD disk.
    The warranty is valid?
I recommend you contact a technician because in this case, the warranty would cover the repair costs in case of valid warranty.

    Hello

I can't find exact laptop specifications and don t know what version of Win7 you have with your machine, but I can't imagine that you have such problems after the original recovery image installation.
Original recovery image contains drivers tested for your machine.

Sorry, but I must ask you once more: you may have noticed this problem even if you have installed the original recovery image that you got with your machine?

  • Win32k.sys BSOD Intermittent problem

I got a problem for several months with my computer all of a sudden stop and will the BSOD. The problem seems to occur when something on the InterNet, such as; From IE8/Google Chrome, access to a new tab, using the link that begins the new tab, change the pages and even beginner Email (Outlook Express). My system, in its current form, has run flawlessly since 2009. The complaint of BS is still the same: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, then that indicates a problem with win32k.sys. This question IS NOT preceded by a power interruption. I have a genuine XP installation with Service Pack 2 CD (because it is upgraded to SP3).

I tried to find the fault using MemTest 86 (boot from CD when you run the test) and my RAM memory test. No defects found in 10 run tests.
I had once an indication that there may be a flaw in Z: drive.  Drive Z: is a physically separated, HD 20 GB which stores much of the things of the InterNet as cookies, graphics, etc., and all files downloaded from the InterNet are stored on this drive (to avoid infecting my system drive). I ran CHECKDISK tool with Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors checked options and Auto-Fix file system errors. Connected the CHKDSK boot by following the instructions. No problems found.
I also use CCleaner v4.09 to remove most of the detritus left by the InterNet (especially on drive Z :) and also check the register of questions.
I have also four Minidump.DMP zipped files (using 7-Zip [file .7z]), but do not have the installation on this page to send the files damaged by arches. I file before, but not SkyNet or whatever is the sharing of files also mentioned elsewhere.

Worked well but had to respond to survey questions to continue.

It was final but related to memory.  I doubt it's the memory itself, so I'd start by Driver Verifier.

These accidents were related to the corruption of memory (probably caused by a driver).

Please run these tests to check your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.

If you're overclocking (pushing components beyond their design) return you to default at least until the crash is resolved. If you don't know what it is that you're probably not overclocking.

1-Memtest. (You can read about running memtest here)

2-Driver Verifier (for full instructions, see our wiki here)

If you encounter problems or get stuck at any point, feel free to ask questions

If you are unable to Windows because it crashes too early, try safe mode.

If you can't mode without fail, try to use the system from the installation DVD restore to bring the system back to the previous point of restoration that you created.

  • Unable to start XP in safe mode, stuck at mup.sys; BSOD with installation disc

My computer is a computer laptop Asus eeePC 1000H with no material changes and default OS. I left the machine all night and came to see the machine with the error text:

"Reboot and select proper boot device."
"or Insert Boot Media in some boot device and press a key.

Restart in safe mode gave me the same error, except that I could see that the boot process failed at mup.sys.

Then I tried to repair my installation by using a Windows XP installation disc so I could use the Recovery Console, but I got a BSOD and error:

I have turned off unnecessary equipment in the BIOS and still have the same result. The next step here is to erase completely the machine and retemplate TI - something I'm eager to avoid.

I've been surfing on support forums all morning and I noticed that there is a spike in people with this problem. Is there a virus going around or was there a windows update last night? I use McAfee if it makes a difference.

From your description of the problem, it sounds like the hardware failure, no software (virus). First test the drive and RAM. Since you don't have a CD player with eeePCs, you need to use bootable USB based on keys of an external optical drive or troubleshooting tools. Or, if the computer is under warranty, contact Asus support.

  • T410 nvlddmkm.sys BSOD on startup

    Hi all

I had my T410 since the end of last month and had a BSOD on startup several times so far. Whenever I caught, I noticed that the driver nvlddmkm.sys nvidia was the cause. Each time the BSOD, I get the prompt "windows did not start successfully", how by selecting "Start windows normally" translates the fine start System. Since this BSOD is only presented to a cold start, I'm not too hampered by it outside my boot up times by doubling the time it does. I ran the update of the bios/driver Thinkvantage, as well as I'm running with the latest updates for Win7 Pro x 64.

Everyone knows this? If so, have you found a solution? No matter what Lenovo personal support out there have an entry?

  • Windows Vista (x 86) NetIO.SYS BSOD me HELP!

I changed my BIOS settings for optimized def and again! even on Ultimate SP2 happens, OMG!.

WHAT TO DO! ? It always happens even if I leave my PC alone for a few minutes! OMG!

    Hello

    1. don't you see 0x000000D1 on BSOD error code? If not, what is the error code?
    2. using a single processor or a computer equipped with multi processors?

This occurs usually after a driver for a third-party network adapter is installed. NETIO.sys is a driver file.

We recommend that you uninstall the driver of network adapter in the Device Manager and allow Windows to install a generic driver. To do this, follow these steps.
    1. click on start, type devmgmt.msc, then right-click on devmgmt and click Run as administrator.
    2. from the list of objects, expand network adapters.
    3. right click on the sub elements and click on uninstall.
4 restart the computer for changes to take effect.
    5. once the computer is restarted, windows will load the generic driver.

Make sure that your computer is up-to-date.

    I hope this helps.

    Kind regards

    Hello

I am really lost and hope that someone of you could bring some light here.

I'm dealing with BlueScreens 3 last month. All have the same reason. However, I've never had a blue screen before them.

In general, it seems like a bug in the driver of the CARD, but in contradiction with this is

    1. that I never faced a blue screen before. The system is stable for 1 year >!

    2. I did not change any hardware or any driver!

These accidents were related to the corruption of memory (probably caused by a driver).

Run these two tests to check your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.  Launch auditor.  You need not run memtest again unless you want to.

If you are overclocking anything reset by default before running these tests.
    In other words STOP!

If you don't know what it means that you're probably not

1-Driver Verifier (for full instructions, see our wiki here)

2-Memtest. (You can learn more about running memtest here)

I would like to also update your 2008 e1g6032e. sys Intel (r) PRO/1000 adapter NDIS 6 driver.
  • NETIO.sys BSOD

I've been getting regular BSOD on My Windows (32 bit) operating system 7 for quite a few days... I had downloaded the app to display blue screen and it says that it is caused by some ' NETIO. SYS'... However, I can easily start my windows and run without any difficultiy in safe mode... PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THE QUESTION ABOVE...!

Send a copy of your dump file in a shared file on your disc of sky with a link here.

The dump file will be created in c:\windows\minidump. You may need to change your settings in Windows to be able to view the file. To show hidden files type Folder Options in the search box above the Start button and select view advanced settings and check that the box "display files and folders" and 'Hide protected operating system files' are not checked. You may need to scroll down to see the second element. You should also make sure that the box before "Hide extensions of known file types" is not checked.

What is your computer brand and model? If not a branded computer, what is your motherboard brand and model?

Please download and run the display driver and download a copy of the report he produced on your sky player. To obtain a report all drivers Select Edition, select all followed by file, save selected items.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

Please provide a copy of your system information file. Type system information in the search box above the Start button and press the ENTER key (alternative is select Start, all programs, accessories, System Tools, system information). Select file, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. The system creates a new information file system each time system information is available. You must allow a minute or two before the file is completely filled before exporting a copy. Please download your disk from sky to share with everyone and post a link here. Please say if the report was obtained in safe mode. The request for a copy of this file is additional to answer the question about the brand and the model.
