  The question is, I look at a Satellite Pro A10 for a friend, and he seems to have no Modem connection or wireless, despite the modem plug and the switch at the front for the wireless connection. The machine is second hand, and we see that there was only a software modem of Toshiba used but it seems to have disappeared. None of the devices appear in Device Manager or anywhere else.

  Before starting the assumption that they are faulty is there anywhere on the Web from Toshiba site where I can put the serial number and look at the specifications of the machine when it was purchased (as you can with a Dell :)). It is an old machine and If the wireless has been upgraded optional and it did not buy so it won't of course work but I need to know.

  Chapter 3 lists all cards supported wireless. I see no support for wireless since any N cards.

  I don't see the BIOS updates that add support for any model of card N Wireless either.

  Installation a unsupported card will cause the laptop does not cranking up what the card does not support is removed.

  Please right-click on any PDF on your system, then go to properties > under general, you will find "opens with". Here you will see 'change' option, by clicking on it, wil give you a window from which you can choose the Acrobat Standard XI as a default for PDF files.

  Users must be able to read the model they use as a base, then they will have to be added to the permissions of the WFA of your model.    It's in place, so you can control the security and visibility of the model.   For example, you can have 5 groups that can create specifications for packing of models but only a group can use models of labelling of North American, Group B North American Base packaging models etc..
