Spectrum of HP: touch f11 always on

The witness F11 stays on and I can't get sound.  Any ideas?

Try the following.

Download Conexant HD Audio Setup on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp76001-76500/sp76172.exe

When finished, press and hold the Windows key and press R

In the run window, type devmgmt.msc and press to enter.

In Device Manager, expand sound, video and game controllers.  Right-click the Conexant device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

When you are finished, download and reinstall the Chipset driver at the following link.

When the reinstallation of Chipset has completed, restart the laptop.

When windows has reloaded, open your download folder, right-click on the setup of Conexant and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  Once this done, reboot the laptop and let windows load completely for a few minutes before checking.

    The light under the F11 key normally means that the keypad is on. You can enable/disable this function if you press FN + F11.
    Did you check that?

    In addition, it would be interesting to know if you can access the BIOS with the keyboard or the fact that this problem only occurs in Windows mode.

    Apparently, after updating your iPhone OS iOS 10, your Notification sounds do not allow you to change what you want. I'll be happy to help you to get Notifications of work as it should.

    How to backup your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch – I always advised having a backup of costs before you start troubleshooting.

    Force-quit all running applications, and then restart your phone to make sure everything starts correctly. Force a nearby application on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch . Then test sound Notifications for your applications.

    Reset iPhone settings - don't forget to write your networks, Wi-Fi/passwords before you start. On your phone, go to settings > general > reset > reset all settings. This step will return your iPhone settings by default.

    They are certainly not useless. Do you really believe that Toshiba will offer unnecessary buttons? ;)

    Have you tested the feature with the factory settings? It works properly with the Toshiba recovery image? I have the same buttons on my Satellite and everything works perfectly. I use Winamp too. No problem at all. So I wonder what you do with your laptop.

    In your ad, I can not even find information what operating system you are using.

  • Could not open the charms bar using the touchscreen

    I installed Win 64 8 months last on my laptop HP 2760p convertible.  Stylus input has always worked well, but touch has always been a little uneven and sometimes does not respond to the entry for a few seconds.  But the touch has really become problematic.  What's weird, is that he seems as follows: behavior weren't that occasionally and now almost always happens:

    Recently, I uninstalled a lot of pilots (including the removal of hidden devices / ghost) for hp quicklaunch/hotkeys, video, touchscreen, touchpad.  I basically let windows install the default drivers of the gournd upward (like touch was working well last month).  Still no go.

    If I rotate my screen in portrait mode, then the shot of charms bar actually seems to work (!) and the top of the screen (where the charms bar would live in landscape mode) will not receive touch input.  It seems therefore that the physical appearance of the screen.  However, he sometimes works in this area, so I know the screen is able to receive touch them there.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I'm going crazy...

    This problem appeared on my HP Sleekbook that I bought yesterday. Thought I was crazy, because the right side of the screen worked fine initially. As suggested by Robert, I have reset the calibration of the screen and that solved the problem.

    When you say Recovery Manager does not work, I guess you try touch F11 immediately after power? This error message does it give you?

  • Change the color of the image in a PDF document

    I have a form that must be used with OCR software. What is shown must be in a light red color that the scanner will not pick up allowing it to treat only the information provided on the form.

    The problem is that, when printing, lines and red letters are too dark, so that the scanner does not ignore them as it should.

    I would like to use Acrobat 9 Pro to lighten the color, but I'm not having a bit of luck to find how to do this. I do not know if I have the right tool for the job.

    In the old school image capture, red is the equivalent of black - it's a matter of spectrum of wavelength (?) and always picked up.

    Blue - specifically light blue is never returned.

    I don't know what breed the colors the image analyzes the process of capture and not...

    Acrobat is not the best tool, however. In Acrobat Pro, you are able (to some extent) to select objects and images, then open them in the default value of the operating system for the type of image selected for change:

    -If you select a vector object, Acrobat opens the object in Illustrator (or the OS default request with vector images?)

    -If you select an object based raster/pixel, Acrobat will open the object in Photoshop (or the OS default application with raster/pixel based images?)

    Changes are made outside the Acrobat, saved, and Acrobat updates in.

    How is this printed material? IMO, should be changed in the design program until the document is a final pdf.

  • SmartView: Full member name + Alias?

    I'm currently implementing Essbase 11.1.2 (newb!). I'm willing to allow users to create reports where the account dimension shows both the alias and the name of the Member. This can be in 2 separate cells or a single cell (where they would be joined). Currently, it seems that my only option in Smartview is either / or.

    Here is an example:
    ACCT # / Description
    12345 salaries
    12346 payroll
    12347 benefits

    I did my best to research, but nothing helped. My current thinking was to build a 2nd table alias that makes this (concatenate Member + Alias). However, I hope to not have to query the system twice (1 default alias, alias 2nd handset) source.

    I'm afraid you have touched a (always there, but I think it'll be fixed very soon now) limitation of SmartView with Essbase (mandatory data soruce given the comment of alias).

    What was so frustrating, you can see in the Options of-> the Member but grayed out Options dialog box. And of course, it's there in the add-in.

    At least alias changing tables is just a right-click in the connection manager.

    I have dd some changes in my CSS files in order to create a beautiful site of APEX. Now I'm almost done, but the final touches are always more difficult...

    I can't find where I can adjust the color of the links in my model.

    The thing is this:

    I adjusted the color of the ReportHeader to #FFFFFF (it's white people ;))

    But when the parameter 'Sort' is on in the report of the attributes APEX probably renders the page as if it is a link. Now, I want to put this value to white, because I'm not black in my site ;)

    How is that possible? Where can I find that value in my CSS? Because now I'm bored enough with watch it!

    The column headings use a tags. They have four Pseudo-classes of style, you will need to ensure that the text stays white all the way through:

    a: link {color: #FFFFFF ;}}
    a: visited {color: #FFFFFF ;}}
    a: hover {color: #FFFFFF ;}}
    a: active {color: #FFFFFF ;}}

    Note: you need to enter in a style sheet or a tag style in this order for styles to be effective.

    After the upgrade to Windows 10 1607, I have a problem with the sound led (F11 key).

    It is now always red even if I turn on the sound (by pressing fn + f11 key) or by turning on the sound in the Windows menu.

    Before updating the LED becomes white when I turn on the sound. IDT Reinstaling driver did not help. What can you recommend to solve this problem?

    The issue started after a recent update of Windows 10? If Yes, then I suggest a System Restore to before that point and see if the problem is resolved. Then, you can block the particular Windows 10 update does not happen. How to temporarily prevent a reinstallation of Windows 10 driver update.
