I'm going through a monthly subscription of Acrobat XI to one I bought purely and simply. However, when I opened Acrobat XI I am told my subscription is expired and I need to renew. How can I move to the purchased version that I downloaded and installed?

What is the oldest version (e.g. cheaper!) an InDesign disk that I can buy to run on the new iMac with El Capitan?

Hello, I'm stuck in CS4 on Mac, so I'll try to understand what is happening with the newer versions of CS. apologies if I got things completely wrong.
I heard that you have now for rent Creative Suite. What version of CS started the subscription service and it's subscription ONLY, or you can buy it purely and simply as (as with the previous editions)?
If the news is subscription ONLY, which was the latest version of CS which can be bought in the normal way, so to speak?

CS6 is the last version that can be purchased on a license basis, but this possibility begins to fade. It is more than 3 years now and as operating systems become less compatible, it will one day makes no sense at all for Adobe to offer it, or it will make sense the user to buy an incompatible product.

I checked your account details and I see that you have a valid license of Acrobat, you sure you edit file in Acrobat and not in the reader?

I just want to cancel my annual subscription, in Acrobat DC and subscribe to another product. I NEVER had as much bad to try to follow the simple giving from Adobe, that to go zero part I called the individual number of sales, no joy, it sounds until it cuts. I finally tried the business number, and said, of course to dial a different number. This number after pressing choice after choice and have the voice say: "your wait time is between 1 minute and 2 minutes", was 20 more minutes later, still a no go. All I want to do is change my plan for the love of God! Why Adobe makes it darn hard to do business with them? Anyone who has been down this road and has ideas to help you, please answer. I even changed my information of credit card with an expiration date to see if it would encourage some Adobe response, nope. Thanks in advance for any help. Sorry for the rant.

I opted for the payment plan monthly subscription after my trial, and unless I'm blind, I have not been provided with a serial number. I work from a Mac and using Google Chrome. Whenever I try to install it, it says:
