  CS6 is the last version that can be purchased on a license basis, but this possibility begins to fade. It is more than 3 years now and as operating systems become less compatible, it will one day makes no sense at all for Adobe to offer it, or it will make sense the user to buy an incompatible product.

  I checked your account details and I see that you have a valid license of Acrobat, you sure you edit file in Acrobat and not in the reader?

All I want to do is change my plan for the love of God! Why Adobe makes it darn hard to do business with them? Anyone who has been down this road and has ideas to help you, please answer. I even changed my information of credit card with an expiration date to see if it would encourage some Adobe response, nope. Thanks in advance for any help. Sorry for the rant.
