  • Application Manager stops working when I click the sign in button

I am running Windows 7 Home.

I had CS6 Beta installed, but have removed.

I downloaded the demo for CS6, it extracts and started installing. The Adobe Download Manager crossed the first screens little (license) without problems, but when it comes to the screen to connect ' continue', and I click on the yellow button at the bottom right to connect, the Application Manager stops working, and I get a notification from Windows telling me that he will let me know if she finds a solution.

After what happened the first time, I uninstalled Adobe Application Manager and delete the files downloaded or extracted the second time to start with a clean slate, but no go. I have the same problem.

    Ideas for a solution?

    Thank you!

I guess all downloaded download assistant, and then it's the application manager that supports for installation.

I solved the problem by creating a new admin account, reinstall the application Manager separately and by installing SP6 a go from there.

    Hello

    Thanks for the reply.

Have you checked the State of the issue in safe mode and clean boot state?

    Try the next method.

Restore the system to a system restore point where everything was fine.

    The system restore.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/products/features/system-restore

Important: System Restore will return all system files not as documents, email, music, etc., to a previous state. These files of types are completely affected by the restoration of the system. If it was your intention with this tool to recover a deleted file to non-system, try using a file instead of system restore recovery program.

    I hope this helps.

    Hello

    Try the following

Firstly, uninstall your current version of HP Support Assistant using Microsoft 'Fixit' at the following link: this is particularly useful for correcting problems that may prevent resettlement on the machines running a 64 bit OS.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall

When this has completed, restart the computer.

Then download and install the latest version of HP Support Assistant of the page on the link below - the download links are to the bottom of the page.

    Hello

This problem may be due to one of the following problems:

    • You are using an outdated or corrupted video driver
    • System files on your PC can be damaged or do not correspond with other files
    • You may have an infection of viruses or malware on your PC
    • Some applications or services that are running on your computer may be responsible for Windows Explorer to stop working

    Method 1:

Try the steps of error: Windows Explorer has stopped working

Note: the data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means there is a risk of data loss.

Important: the data available on bad sectors may be lost when chkdsk attempts to repair your hard drive.

    Note:

Ignore them perform a upgrade in Place the link above.

Also ignore the safe mode and clean boot.

    Method 2:

We will try to start the computer in mode low resolution and check the status of the issue.

Low resolution starts Windows using your current video driver, and using the parameters of frequency low resolution and refresh. You can use this mode to reset your display settings.

    Refer to the section:

Turn on the video resolution (640 × 480)

  • every time I try to open Manager modules firefox stops working, what can I do to fix this?

Well, I have a problem with adobe flash player, which had stopped working (I can't watch videoes on youtube). I learned that I can solve this problem by clicking on add-on Manager to control the program. but every time I try to open it start loading then I get the message firefox add-ons stopped working and needs to close. I close it and again click on Add-ons (options / general / manage add ons) is the same thing over and over again.

Hello, all first please try to update to the latest version Firefox (firefox 18.0.1) - you are using a very old version and insecure at the moment.

If this does not resolve the issue already, so maybe that files in your profile folder that store the information on your extensions could have been corrupted. Please go to firefox > help > troubleshooting information > profile - display folder... then windows Explorer should open your profile folder. there looking for files named extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite, extensions.sqlite - journal (and in some cases also extensions.txt, extensions.rdf). delete or rename the files and quit firefox, they will be regenerated the next time you start firefox.

  • Satellite Pro U400 - TrueSuite Manager setup.exe has stopped working

I have a Satellite Pro U400 running Vista Business (OEM) and at the start of a desktop computer TrueSuite Manager pop-up message appears telling me there is an update to install.

When I try to install the update, I get a window that says Setup.exe does not work.

Signature of the problem of the relationship an APPCRASH-is30C0.exe with the exception C0000005 code.

I tried to uninstall the TrueSuite Manager through Windows uninstaller programs, but get the same message - setup.exe has stopped working.

Appreciate advice on how to solve this problem.

    Hello

I think that it is a simple case of corrupted registry entries and files that could belong to the TrueSuite Manager software.

I agree with the previous user, and I recommend to reinstall this software again.
You may need to clean the OS before installing the Truesuite again.
In this case, I recommend the CCLenaer. It s a simple and free tool and can be downloaded on most Web sites.

Google and you should find more information.

  • BUG: Power Manager 3.64 stops working and won't uninstall

    Gravity; High

This has now happened twice in the past days.

The first time it corrupted my system to the point that I had to reinstall Windows.

The second time I have used the Startup Repair to return to a Point of recent restoration successfully.

I then removed and reinstalled Power Manager 3.64, which seems to be OK now (knock wood).

Nevertheless, it's a serious problem that must be quickly addressed and corrected!

It happened twice, it is that I got an error message that 'Power Manager has stopped working".

He offered to check if a new version is available to solve the problem, but it was not.

Both times the Power Manager on the taskbar battery indicator was an empty white outline.

Both times I tried to uninstall the power manager, but the Uninstall suspended indefinitely to 94%.

The only way that I could regain control of the system was with forced stop,

but which leads to corruption of Windows where crash bluescreen when starting.

Windows and Lenovo Patch logs events the most recent crash are attached.

    Hope that helps.

UPDATE: just crushed ("stopped working") new! This time I just rebooted, and it works again,

but this problem still needs to be fixed as soon as POSSIBLE!
