Delivery Manager stopped working message is displayed while I use my player account in sky

When I use my sky player account is to be the message Delivery Manager has stopped working displayed.i contacted the holder of technique of player sky who inform me that the problem is due to Microsoft Silverlight.The only solution so far is to uninstall and reinstall Silverlight, which happens every day, can anyone help with this problem.

You can try the steps below and check if the problem is resolved.

Step 1: Clean clean boot.

 

1. click on start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

The user account control permission.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type

password, or click on continue.

2. in the general tab, click Selective startup.

3. under Selective startup, clear the check box load starting points.

4. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable all.

5. click on OK.

6. When you are prompted, click on restart.

7. after the computer starts, check if the problem is resolved.

If the problem is resolved to check what is the cause of the problem, referring to the link given below:

Also, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the software problem on your computer.

Reset the computer to start as usual

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

Click Start, type msconfig.exe in the start search box and press ENTER.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue. On the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.

When you are prompted to restart the computer, click on restart.

Note: After you determine the startup item or the service that is causing the problem, contact the manufacturer of the program to determine if the problem can be solved. Or, run the System Configuration utility, and then click to clear the check box of the element of the problem.

Also: if you have the Kontiki software or Silverlight installed on your computer you can uninstall it and look for the question.

    You can check if there is information in Event Viewer which may help us to solve the problem:

    What are the information contained in the logs of the event (Event Viewer)?

    You can also temporarily disable the security software and firewall installed on the system and check if the problem persists.

    Note: Be sure to enable the security software on the computer after checking.

    I'm having a problem with my desktop icons.  The first time, I use a desktop icon to enter a site when I first you register my lap top everything works but when I close the site and try to open another icon on my desktop, icons no longer highlight or open.  This just started today.  Ran a comprehensive analysis with Norton 360, but he found nothing. I've tried several things like do a clean boot, by safe mode, but even there it happened the same thing but this time, stop once and restart it once, and then it worked normally. When I started windows normally, it did the same thing, so I tried and inplace upgrade and did not work, so finally I did a cover, but only on the first partition, which is the operating system, now I have this problem, Explorer stops working at random times while browsing the folders, it restarts, but then the same thing happens.
    Please help me I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit and sorry for my bad English.

    I tried your methods, but still did not work. In the meantime, I did a full restore to two partitions, and it worked. I guess the problem was I uninstalled a few unwanted games, which came with the pc and the anti-virus of the trial.

    I solved the problem by creating a new admin account, reinstall the application Manager separately and by installing SP6 a go from there.
