Static microphone headset

Hello

I recently bought an Aspire E5-573 and I use a new headphone Sennheiser PC3 and an audio input/output separator.

I have a lot of background noise when recording - on another laptop, I can just check the "noise removal" and it works fine - but here the only improvement options are 'personal call', 'registration' and 'disable' - they do not solve my problem.

I tried to install all the latest drivers from RealTek but I can't the noise suppression option... I see that this laptop is running ALC255 while my other running ALC269?
Is there a way to get this noise removal option? Statistics is quite significant and prevents me to make quality recordings.

Is attached a photo of what I see and what I was hoping to get...

Is there a way I can change the provider of sound effect to get the RealTek one and noise removal option?

Thanks in advance for your help and best regards,

It can be a crap shoot to non-Acer audio drivers working correctly.

There are a large number of them working here. Maybe you can get one to work.

  • USB Microphone (headset) do not pick up sound

    Hello.

I am currently using a headset (wired) Gioteck EX - 05 USB. The drivers installed perfectly (to my knowledge), and my recording devices in my PC recognizes that a microphone is there. However, from this moment, he can only play her even though the helmet itself. The microphone just not my voice, and I know that it actually works, since I've used it before, and when I listen well "Listen to this device ' I hear a kind of static electricity, but nothing else.

My PC works on Windows 7, and to my knowledge the on-board sound is "VIA HD Audio Deck", while the majority of the solutions I've seen about Realtek seem not to apply.

Attempts to try to correct what I've tried so far are put in different USB slots and uninstalling the drivers and allowing them to reinstall.

I just got a new helmet tomorrow because I think we can the drivers simply do not work on W7. However, if I can get this to work I will not need to buy a new helmet. On the other hand, maybe I need a wire to the top if this new headset does not work, as at the time it could be something on my end PC and not the headphones.

Solved the problem. Problem was in the helmet itself. Got a new helmet and now it works.

  • Lighting control and microphone headset disconnects on iPhone 7 more

    Here's my question:

I use headphones a lot. While driving, my desk at work etc.

I have an iPhone 7plus and have lightning of headset connected, is I let them cool for a long period of time, I can hear this sound as a click. Once this click occurs, mic/line controls stop working, but I can still hear notifications and music.

I can restore the connection just unplug the headphones and plug their folder in. My fear is that this is some kind of energy saving function, but I'm not sure.

Does anyone else have this problem?

    I'm having the same problem.

After sitting idle for a few minutes there is a pop sound and then controls no longer work until the headphones are disconnected and re connected.

This problem also affects the mic which means that if you get a phone call and try to answer through the helmet, the person at the other end will be unable to hear you.

I'm afraid unplug and re - connect the headphones will cause unnecessary wear on the port of lightning and the helmet.

Hope that soon, there is a fix for this problem.

  • Can I use a blue tooth cell phone headset (Nokia BH-100 say) on my laptop into the microphone.

Can I use a blue tooth cell phone headset (Nokia BH-100 say) on my laptop like microphone (headset). As I need to talk on Skype very often. Have a normal headphone cable drag restricted my moving around. It would be better that I can use the headset blue tooth replace my normal headphones.

My laptop has built-in bluetooth function. How would the connection? Would it not as easy as connecting normal bluetooth with my cell phone to transfer files? Thank you. :) FYI, I am currently using Windows Vista SP1, Acer Aspire 4935.

From what I can find, this would require a custom program to do this. It is not available in Windows, as it is. All that being said, I must say that it is not available.

There are sets without wireless/Bluetooth on the market for the PC headset/microphone, so you might be "unplugged". Mark <> Microsoft Partner

  • Headset Bluetooth connects but microphone does not work

I recently bought a blue Parrott Xpressway II Bluetooth headset to use with my Windows 7 computer and a Bluetooth of Rocketfish RF-MRBTAD adapter. First installation went well, and it worked for several hours. Then it disconnected and struggled to reconnect you to the top. Once he did reconnect, the helmet would work for reading, but not for the record.

At the present time, I have:
    • Updated Bluetooth driver to the latest version.
    • Choose the Microphone headset as default device for recording in the sound section of the control panel.
    • Choose the Microphone headset as default device for playback in the sound section of the control panel.
    • Unplugged the headphones and then reconnected it.
    • Unplug the Bluetooth adapter and reconnected.
    • Restart the computer after each of these steps.
So far, nothing seems to work. The headset is listed as peripheral by default for recording in the sound section of the control panel. (There the green check mark next to it). However, the helmet is clearly not pick up sound. No matter how hard I speak into the microphone, not a single green bar appears next to the list for headset.
However, the network of microphones (which is simply registered as loan, with no green tick) straightens his. I see green bars appear next to his entry, when I make the noise. That microphone works, despite not selected.
Can anyone offer advice on what I could do to get this working microphone? In the end, I want to use with Dragon Naturally Speaking. But for now, I'd settle for just the microphone to transmit all information.

    Hi Brian,.

What is the brand and model of the computer?

    Method 1:
I suggest to run the troubleshooter and check if that helps.

    (a) OpentheAudio recording utility by clicking the Start button, and then click Panel.

    (b) in the Search box, type Troubleshootingand then click on troubleshooting.

    (c) under hardware and sound, click Troubleshooting audio recording.

    Method 2:
If him persists, try plugging the headphones on another computer as suggested by Sébastien M on September 12, 2013. Check to see if the problem occurs on the other computer.

  • How can I get my two headphone microphone jack to work with a single shot?

My 510 had two jacks, but my 520 has only one. I want to use the microphone on my headset... even if I can't use the headphone speakers at the same time. How can I get my laptop from the microphone to the microphone headset? The built-in function takes too much background noise.

    Thank you.

    Abigail

    Dear AbigailCW,

I'm afraid that it will not work. Two jacks, one of which was a standard on older PCs, serves as input and audio output microphone, in short, audio out, voice went in through your microphone. This has changed now because of recent trends and can be inconvenient for most users.

I solved this problem by buying a USB soundcard with these two entries, and it cost me about US $ 10. As its USB cards helps stimulate an additional gain so I better sound now than ever. May be worth it.

    Best regards.

  • Paviliion dv7: external Microphone not Picking Up Sound

    Hello

I recently bought a product that works better with direct external headphones. It was my first time ever using one with my laptop. When I went through the set up process, the microphone would pick up all the sounds and I couldn't hear anything through the external listener.  I tried to use the microphone and headphone port as well as the helmets of the different with the same result. Headsets work very well on other devices.

When I use only ordinary headphones connected via the helmet, I hear very well.

I went to control panel > hardware and sound > Sound > manage Audio devices to solve problems, but nothing has worked. I tried to update the latest drivers and I was told later are already installed.

Is the name of the product: HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC

Product # (NOT the serial number) is: B5R46UA #ABA
The external microphone is called: IDT High Definition Audio CODEC

    Please advise,

    chriscinthed

    Hi @chriscinthed ,

You can do a System Restore. System Restore will help if something is automatically updated and wasn't on the laptop. It will also fix the sound.

When you perform a system restore Please note remove all USB devices and headphones. Disconnect all non-essential devices because they can cause problems.

Speaking to Rosetta Stone said headsets for use with the software here is for Plug-and-Play technology for the connected USB headset. Other computers you've tried have the Beats Audio.  To turn on or off the Beats Audio, press the fn in combination with the b button. Decision-making has influence on the Beats Audio which may need to be turned off. Then, try the microphone.
You guarantee that you plug the microphone headset in the selection for the helmets on the laptop.

    Thank you.

  • HP n208tx... headphone microphone combo does not recognize mic

When I try to connect any headset combo hp having even taken for headset and microphone both... the laptop recognizes no sound speak into the microphone. but I can hear songs in the helmet. Any solution?

Hi ujjwal258518, welcome to the Forums of HP. I understand that your microphone does not work in your combined port. Unfortunately, it behaves as expected. The combo Harbour will not work with the only micro devices, it must be part of a communications headset/microphone device. The other possibility is to get a USB microphone.

As described in the user guide: "If you get a microphone/headset device, make sure that the power cable of the unit has a connector 4 pin that supports audio output (headphone) and audio (microphone)."

Page 6 shows the right side. Section 3 describes the combo Harbour: User Guide
