• Slow Mac after installation of El Capitan

  After installing the OS El Capitan 10.11.13 my computer is very slow, I hear a noise hard drive and get the Bowl from the beach and several programs (mail, number, pages, etc. stop responding and I have to force quit them) I just use Time machine to backup and run the diagnostic of the egret. Here is the result. Can someone help me?

  Avoid using third-party cleaning software. This software does more harm than good. You don't need it. All computers become slower over time even in normal conditions of use. Experienced users erasing the hard drive and do a clean install from scratch, from time to time; or every time that the installation of a major update of the OS. Do means if you must maintain regular and several backups.

  Add more RAM or reduce the number of simultaneously executed from applications and utilities. Delete unnecessary anti-malware software and any software that promises to clean your Mac. Look for the runaway process: Runaway applications can shorten the battery life, affect performance and increase the heat and fan activity.   I have a Mac Mini (ver 6.2 end 2012, i7 to 2.3 GHz, OS X 10.10.5) that I just put new memory to upgrade to 4 GB 15 GB (Crucial 16 GB = 8GBx2 kit corresponding blades plug their scanner software and HW Apple specs). I use HDMI to my Vizio 32 inch HDTV and now my Mac runs slower for typing, clicks, etc, but the software seems to work fime. I have checjed the "about this Mac" and it shows the memory is available and authorized to use. I also run app "Cleaner" memory and it shows the total memory available and currently in use.

  Then what should I do to solve the slow?

  I run a mini end 2012 with 16 GB.  It's fast... I also have SSD which also provides the spectacular for startup performance improvement and any disk activity.

  I'm about to throw my laptop out the window, so any help would be appreciated.

  Thank you very much. Removing unnecessary services, update drivers and removal of Spybot and AVG has made a big difference. The machine still seems slow in some places, so I'll download a system monitoring tools and see if I can figure out what is the cause.

  I have problem with my laptop. It is a technical issue. Recently, my system crashed and I reinstalled system, now I have problem with speed and works, when I install some programs or copy the file into different space, the system is slow and it's look like a block for a while.

  example: I have 2 partitions when I copy a large file like 400 MB of partision partision 1 2 I have like 50 kbytes 1200 KB transfer.

  I tested my system with the tool of diagnosis PC Toshiba program and he said: it's an OK status with the material. I used some more flavor called Easy Recovery professional programs to test my hard drive and the status is OK.

  What do you thing about my problem. That's the problem with my hard drive or motherboard? you know any problem to test some of those things to help me.

  Your device comes pre-installed with a Toshiba recovery media?
  I would recommed to check the HARD disk.
  You can try to use some HDD monitoring tools. Googled around.

• Adobe Creative cloud slows mac after starting upwards

  Everytime I turn on my Macbook Pro, it takes about 15 minutes to open any application of CC Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc) and then when they open they run very slowly and are very agitated for 20 minutes, then it seems to run ok for the rest of the day. It's extremely frustrating, especially since it happens also on three of the four iMac that I have in my office, so early in the day, we cannot do anything at almost 9:30 - 10: 00 which is losing my work time and upset my clients.

  As I say, it seems to happen on my macbook at home and three other iMacs at my desk, this isn't a hardware problem.

  I looked on forums and people have advised it is a problem of sync to kernel or something to do with file synchronization, but I shot everything that stop and turned it off in the system main preferernces > Panel Extensions as well as in Creative Cloud Desktop preferences, but it always seems to happen. I also disconnected cloud creative and reconnected again, but nothing changes. I also deleted the com.adobe.acc.plist of my "library > preferences but nothing has changed." I tried to uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop, but it wouldn't let me, saying that other applications required, so before uninstalling the entire suite Adobe to my machine I don't know what to do.

  Have you looked under purchases in the app store?  Can't update iPhoto because it is not available in the App Store

  If it is not there you can try reinstalling iPhoto 11 of the original source and the upgrade to 9.6.1 but I doubt it will work

  Try to open the Task Manager and look for the instances
  from: wmplayer.exe and complete the process on each of them.

I am running a 21 "4 K Retina Mac El Capitan 11.4 in 64-bit mode. Goto: Applications / Utilities / Adobe CC / CAC / Creative Cloud.app the "Get Info" and luck for the App "open in low resolution. "THIS CORRECTION IS THE PROBLEM!" Now it opens and the icon is on my top menu bar to the right.

  Adobe should add to their web support page for the Creative Cloud Manager Download Page. Have run you a Mac in high resolution (retina in 4K or 5K) you must goto the creative Cloud.app the and modify the application to open in low resolution. Or when the application installs it is watching to see what kind of Mac your race and change the App opens in correct mode.
