• Stop the scrolling jumpy behavior

  When I initially opened a window that has a scroll bar (Finder, Safari, Mail), it momentarily displays the full view of the content of the window at the top.  However, after a very short time and after that I stopped any scrolling, content jumps down from a line (or section) content, lost the material at the top of the window.

  I can scroll upward to view the content at the top of the page, but when I take my hand off the mouse, after another moment that content breaks down again to lose the sight of these bits.

  For example, on this forum, the black line on top (with different options 'tab' white text) is lost.  In a window of Finder, in list mode, this is the first line of text that jumps out of sight.  In Mail, it is the first item in the list that moves from view (for the list of messages) and it is the upper bits of the message in the messages pane.

  It doesn't all the time but often enough to be annoying.  FWIW, oddly enough, I don't think I'll have this behavior when I force a scroll to the top of the window using the trackpad.

  Is there a way to stop this behavior to jerk upward?

  Welcome to Apple Support communities.  From what I understand from your description, it looks like at any time, you open an application that displays more content of the screen and you stop scrolling, your screen is "jump" to the next page/section/line by itself without any intervention on your part.  I can certainly understand why you contacted us about this!  I would find it difficult to read what's on my screen, if the content "jumped" every time I removed my hand my mouse. I'd be happy to help in any way I can.

  First of all, you don't mention what version of Mac OS X you have.  Update software on your MacBook is always recommended and would make sure to have the latest versions of Safari, Finder, Mail, and other applications included in Mac OS X.  The following documents will help you back up your MacBook and update your operating system:

  You mention using a mouse, and that this behavior of the screen will not occur when you use the trackpad integrated.  Is an Apple mouse (wireless Magic Mouse or USB model)?  If it's a third party mouse (not made by Apple), then you will need to check with the manufacturer to see if they could have updated drivers for it, or if there might be some settings that cause this problem.  Another useful troubleshooting step would be to try this in a user account 'test' to see if it happens there, too.  Who would tell us if the question is to scale the system, or simply in your account.  Use these instructions to create a user 'test'

  From your MacBook in safe mode can help determine if starter or connection elements are originally your scrolling problem.  It also removes the font caches, hiding the kernel and other files of the system cache.  Title of the article says it's to El Capitan (OS X version 10.11), but the instructions are the same for other versions of OS x:

• CS5: files .gif stop animating after closure

  I use CS5 + Windows 7, and I would like to make GIFs in the clips.mp4/.avi loop. I make sure that I put a loop for "forever", and I have save the file as a gif file.

  However, once I have download a site on chrome (like imageshack and tumblr), the image always stops animating or anime at all. I tried to download the image to Firefox, and it looped for always on the direct link to the image on imageshack. But when I upload the image to tumblr on both browsers, either from my files or the imageshack link, it always stops in a loop. When I go on a mass-Delete messages, a gif tumblr page that has a size smaller than an older gif (this anime no more than all) loop. All other gif on the site I didn't always looping.

  Help would be greatly appreciated! I would really like to have my own connections in my tumblr blog.

  To add to silkrooster, the reason why some websites it is to optimize the image to download faster and prevent abuse of bandwidth. These online services may be trying to give you a hint that 'video' GIF files are abusive.

• How to stop SysListView scrolling animation when selecting elements with keyboard

  I'm migrating from Windows XP to Windows 7 and use two programs that use SysListViews to display lists of files and folders.  Programs are Explorer2 and QDIR (both are file managers that accompany the Explorer).  They present them a pane like the Explorer that displays the files in a folder and can display them using large icons, small-icon view, list, Details view mode, and so forth, just like Explorer.  What I use is list mode.

  Now the problem.  You can use the keyboard to navigate through the page.  Cursor right key for example, selects the file in the next column to the right of its current, and repeated position cursor rights continue to move a column to the right.  When a column that is off the screen is required, this column is presented the screen and so on.  Likewise, HOUSE selects the first file in the folder, and the last END; the window is changed to display the selected file.

  But in Windows 7, the display is scrolling animated from its current position to the one containing the selected file.  When you move a column to the right, for example, data Scrolls left (take a second quarter or a half second or if) up to the column to the right has been brought to the screen.  When moving to the first file to the end, by the RECEPTION and at the END, a sequence spinning updates occurs when the display is refreshed during his trip.

  On XP, updates are instantaneous - there is no animation.  This is what I want.

  Do you almost exactly the same thing. this.myMovieClip.Play (); in the button's event handler.

  Of course, you might have a problem of scope with the event handler reference, but there are many threads on here already detailing this issue.

  When you run a test, look in the compiler errors Panel. There are several things wrong in your script in frame 1. Who will do the animation just exercise, stop at the end will have no effect, because the code is never reached.

  I have an Edge file animate simple OAM that I placed in my Adobe Muse site (it's just a logo that appear). Using the effects of scroll in the Muse, the logo appears when I scroll up to a certain point in the Web page. However, if I scroll upward, beyond the position key the logo disappears instantly.   As I understand it-once the animation runs out of frames (on the timeline) the animation is going to disappear. (Assuming that the imported animation is linked to a scroll effect) the simple solution is to extend the timeline of the file Edge animate seconds to survive the scroll on your page.
