  BC uses the address of electronic mail as a primary key, so I guess that FirstName and LastName have been replaced with a presentation of each new, rather than be unique for each presentation.

  Business customers have access to use a 3rd party push service. Pro customers can use push service from Adobe, which is currently limited to the badge for applications non-kiosque and trigger downloads update and update of the opening for kiosk apps.

I stay in Singapore and have officially requested cancellation of my subscription on 26 Jan. I had the monthly subscription again Jan. 29. I wrote AGAIN today to see my credit card bill and told me it was a technical problem and would be cancelled my subscription and I will be refunded, but having lived to get official confirmation on my cancellation AND always current load, who am I to believe I will not be charged again? I also have no confidence in Adobe products more and think twice before signing up for any services paid Adobe again.   In case you are working on a windows machine and after following the instructions above, you still encounter the same problem, can you please review the instructions below.

  1. Restart the computer in safe mode with network.
     • Immediately after the computer is turned on or restarts (usually after your computer beep), press F8 at 1-second intervals.
     • After that your computer displays hardware information and performs a memory test, the Advanced Boot Options menu appears.
     • Use the arrow keys to select Safe Mode or Safe Mode with network and press ENTER.
  2. Please sign out and sign back for the creative Cloud Desktop Application and verify that the subscription is not trial showing.
     • Connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
  3. Restart the computer and check the creative Cloud Desktop Application.
