Strange .css analysis...

I have a test page for this question to make life easier... (no, this isn't an advertising page before asking!)

On the page, I put the gross .css reference, but also examples of tables and headings.

The padding on the topics do not work and the collapse of the table does not work...

The cell walls should be only a total of 1px thick!

You can see where I have gone wrong?

Finally cracked!

I found that I had aon the line above with a colspan wider than my total tds on the next line - this had to eliminate the border on the lastin the line.

Changed the colspan and - fine...

  • Strange behavior of CSS with IE9 and JDeveloper 11.1.1.6.0?

    I work with 11.1.1.6.0 JDeveloper and ADF. There is a single file CSS skinning, which is a bit more of 7800 lines. All is well in Chrome, Firefox, IE7, IE8 and IE10. However, when you run the application in IE9 aren't certain styles get applied.

    I noticed that the elements that were not make style were lowest in the CSS file (around 7500 line). I cut and pasted the styles in the CSS file, refreshed, and that items that were not before style now received their styles (I could inspect the page and see that the CSS is not load at all - not a problem with the CSS selectors is not not in the rendered HTML).

    I first thought, it may be a thing of file size, but after reading this post, I'm not sure. In addition, which does not explain why I have the problem of IE9.

    Has anyone having problems with IE9? It seems very strange to me that this would be a browser problem. My first thought was that it was an error or invalid CSS used, but I started with a line of CSS and moved it further down in the order until he has stopped working (I changed the background of the header to rose). There was a single line of CSS, where the background is pink when applied on line directly in front, but when you apply directly after that the background was gray again. I've scoured the CSS but saw nothing wrong with it (see below). I removed the CSS in question and the background of the header still showed once pink. She drops by a few lines, and he ceased to be picked by IE9. Following this process, but has not been able to find a solution.

  • CSS keyboard files strange behavior - Dreamweaver CS4.

    I have a question that is really frustrating. Whenever I'm editing one. CSS file, I'm seriously wacky behavior.  I'll be editing and it will be fine for a little bit, but then I hold down the < shift > key and any key other than the letters will work properly, the entire document will be the highlight, or DELETE or nothing.  I'll end up in random places.  It is so bad that I started to edit my CSS in notepad ++ just to save my hair.

    The really strange thing is ONLY happens in. CSS files.  HTML, JS, etc are all normal.  I'm a typist touch (tribute to Ms. Martin in high school) and use the keyboard a lot for things like the lines of copy, cut and paste.  At first, I thought maybe would it be my keyboard but I have 2 different Microsoft Keyboards, and then the laptop keyboard, and the behavior is the same on all of them.

    My setup in the case where it makes all the difference is:

    • HP EliteBook 8530w
    • ATI FireGL 256 MB video card
    • Windows XP SP3
    • Dreamweaver CS4

    Keyboards in question are:

    • Laptop keyboard
    • Microsoft 7000 wireless ergonomic keyboard
    • Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000

    What I tried:

    • Update drivers
    • Remapping keys in Dreamweaver
    • Checking Windows keymappings
    • Disabling microsoft IntelliType.

    So far, nothing works.

  • CSS (?) strange problem

    Something strange has happened, where all the text on my site now, everything is "BOLD". It seemed logical that I had messed up something on the stylesheet, so after spending hours, trying to isolate the problem, I even that as far as to remove the link to the style sheet, but everything is always "BOLD".

    It is located on every page.

    If anyone has ever heard of such a thing or has any ideas, I would be very happy.

  • Strange spaces that appear when viewing DWCS3 CSS Layouts

    I am using CSS Layouts in Dreamweaver (2 fixed columns, left sidebar, header and footer) to build a site from scratch. Everything looks fine in Dreamweaver, but as soon as it is presented as a preview in a browser, a space appears between the header Div and sidebar1″ Div.

    I put the padding and margins to 0 in the two Div and used a < UL) and CSS for style and with a substitution effect.

  • Pages can be rearranged/merged automatically to restore strange sequence even after partial analysis of double sided documents

    I would like to scan in pdf format of the documents that are deteriorating badly.  These documents can be printed on both sides and there are many of them.  The pile of documents can be placed in a regular charger scanner but only one side of the documents will get scanned at once.  Then I could return the stack and scan on the other side.  But which leaves me with a grouping of the odd pages of the pdf documents and a collection of pages even.  How could I then reorganise/merge pages so that they appear as a normal sequence of odd in the PDF? Thank you.

    Of Acrobat Help:

    You can scan both sides of pages even on scanners that can't stand double scanning. When both sides is selected, a dialog box appears after the first parts are analyzed. You can then reverse the original paper documents in the status bar, select the Scan back (put reverse of leaves) in this dialog box, and click OK to analyze the rear parts of the paper pages. This produces a PDF file with all the pages in the correct order.

    When I use the SpyMenuBarHorizontal.CSS and then check browser compatibility, I get a styles analysis of the error and the line he says is this:

    The Dreamweaver team knew exactly what he was doing when he created the style sheet. Hack, although desirable, are sometimes necessary to the realities.

    I can't access/browsing Netflix, I'm redirected to a login screen. But it seems strange that when I try to navigate around Netflix, I'm still on HTTPS and you load on HTTP.

    This problem happens only in the pages of HTTP and not HTTPS pages?

    Is it possible that some sort of proxy or security filter modifies the page until it reaches your browser?

    I tried to empty cache, watched: config for odd configurations, made a private window and disabled all extensions. None of them had no effect.

    Test pages: Amazon.com and https://developer.mozilla.org/samples/cssref/background-image.html - two of these pages have loaded by CSS background pictures. For example, the Amazon logo at the top left is a background loaded from a CSS page. The image itself can be found in gross:

    But why, why why these images are displayed on their relevant Web pages? I see that Amazon, eBay, and many other sites Web without a range full of images. In particular those used for menus and other important navigation buttons.

    Here's what I see on the Mozilla page mentioned above: I see the text, but no expandable star image. It works in other browsers and on other computers in Firefox.

    The page that I tap on right now has no blue background, windows are not correct (as the search engine is not a rounded grey area) and the magnifying of research is missing. So this experience makes it impossible the use of simple pages.

    Well, it took me some time to investigate the new presentation of 2016-06 of the ASC (Japanese, etc). It's really annoying...

    You can find my current project CSS below. For better maintainablility, I made new CSS file derived from the previous one for 2014-06 format. Section of the DISPLAY OF THE WIRE CONTENT has been significantly redesigned. It may contain useless residues of the previous, because I have not yet cleaned up seriously.

    Moreover, the Q brand in question is placed in a strange way, using the negative zone offset (left:-60px banner), which would be the reason why it behaves well in your settings.

  • not recognizing css text

    We have FF 13.0.1 and he did strange things... as not to recognize styles. In particular, text/css generated by Dreamweaver CS3 is not displayed. Also, we find that the graphics are not repeated, even if the code is telling the browser to do so. These problems are not seen on IE or Chrome. Any ideas?

  • Strange behavior of GUI

    Hi all

    I'm a software developer in a neurosurgical research, and we are looking in a good software package to perform analyses on our biomedical data (16 channels of continuous data for 14 days at 200 Hz)... (btw: Labview is the way forward?)

    Therefore, I try to evaluate the latest version of Labview 2012 64-bit, but I'm having a strange problem. After a few seconds to play with the GUI (adding items to the VI,) or just resizing of windows, he answers correctly. It does not show the menus more (they appear for a fraction of a second, then disappear). I have to close the graphical user interface in the Task Manager... It also occurs in the window Gettings started...
    I installed the latest patch of f3, but it solves nothing.

    Here are my details:

    Windows 7 Pro SP1 64 bit

    CPU: Intel Core i7-3630QM

    RAM: 20 GB

    I'm only using LV on a fairly normal installation of windows 7. Reboot does not change, nor a restore/update of GPU drivers doesn't change anything...

    In the meantime, I could save a simple vi, with only a few items and I open it as well, but I can't work with it for more than a minute...

    UPDATE: everything by typing this message, I tried to disable certain things, and at the moment, it seems to be resolved by disabling NVIDIA nView Desktop Manager (v 136.53), which I use for my setup dual monitor... I'll keep you updated if this really solves the problem...

    RESOLVED: I now use LV over 20 minutes with no problems... now I'll see if it can meet my needs...

    I tried to design a problem for the analysis of the student - and tried two diodes in parallel - but with resistance

    above and below of one of the diodes (diode therefore is not potential ground on each side).

    Multisim failed to produce a DC solution.

    Then... How Multisim to produce good results?

    Oh my! I don't see that.

    I know what your problem is. The two sons that you named N3 and N4 to LTSpice are all two appointed 2 in Multisim. These two wires will be behave as if they are connected. We call this a virtual connection. To see the name of the net, double click on the wire. I also recommend that you put on the visibility of all the names of net for debugging:

    1. Click Options > properties sheet
    2. In the Circuit tab, click Show all in the net option box

    You're not the first person to be victims of this behavior is not so obvious. We addressed this issue in our last version, Multisim 11. Virtually connected nets are explicitly designed with connectors now and it's much more difficult to police this kind of problem.

    In the meantime, if you don't want to upgrade to Multisim 11, it is worth your while to upgrade your Multisim at 10.1.0.1. There was a bug in 10.1, which fixed us for 10.1.0.1 which could cause this strange behavior. The 10.1.0.1 update is available free of charge via OR Update Service.
